What the brand is and where the saving comes from

Thrillerrr is an online-only Indian brand that sells silicone personal massagers for women, men and couples from its own store. The footer names Soulsync Wellness India LLP with an address in New Delhi, and the home page lists the range as wand massagers, bullet massagers, air pulse devices, internal massagers and wearables, strokers and wearable rings, kink accessories and wax play candles, with app-controlled models as a headline line. The FAQ says there is no physical store and every order is placed on the site. It sells goods, so the money questions are about coupons, markdowns, bundles, payment route and returns rather than trials and rebills.

The savings come from several places that stack in different ways. Every product card carries a regular price against a lower sale price with a percentage badge. A bundle section groups several items at a combined price. A coupon drawer in the cart lists codes that apply at rising cart values. And one code, NOCOD, gives a discount to orders paid in advance, which makes it the pivot between paying online and paying cash on delivery.

Coupons and the prepaid code

The cart drawer lists the coupons together, each with its threshold and a note of how much more the cart needs to reach it. In October 2026 it showed NOCOD for 10% off on all prepaid orders, labeled a flat discount and a "Limited time offer", followed by TH15 and MAX20, which give larger flat percentages once the cart passes higher values, up to 20% off on orders above ₹7999. The drawer gives no end date for NOCOD despite the limited-time label, and it does not say whether the codes combine or one replaces another; its "Apply All" button sits above the list, and the cart total shows the result.

The top banner repeats the NOCOD code and promises free handcuffs above a stated cart value. The cart drawer separately offers a choice of free gift above the same value, where a single product, the Bunny massager, is listed with a Select button. The banner and the cart do not name the same gift, so the cart line is what shows which item is added.

The cart also suggests an add-on, a Twister stroker, shown with a struck price, a lower price and an add button. Nothing on the page says it is added by default, so it is an optional upsell rather than a pre-selected item. A newsletter box promises "exclusive offers" to subscribers without naming a discount.

Because NOCOD works on prepaid orders, a buyer who wants cash on delivery does not get that discount. The FAQ says cash on delivery is available on all orders across India, so the choice is a real trade: the code is worth taking if paying online is acceptable, and cash on delivery keeps the order unpaid until the parcel arrives.

Standing markdowns and bundles

Outside the coupons, the product listings show the markdown itself. As read in October 2026, the Throb wand massager showed a regular price of ₹3,199 and a sale price of ₹1,899, and the same pair appears on the Bunny and Thrillpods cards. Other models, the app-controlled wands and wearables among them, carry larger or smaller badges, and a few items, such as the Boltz bullet and the Twister stroker with lube, show the same figure for regular and sale price, so no discount is attached to them. A section heading reads "Save More Spend Less" with a ceiling percentage of its own.

Bundles are described in the page copy as multi-product sets sold below individual pricing. Each bundle card, from gift boxes for him and for her to couples' kits and a pride bundle, prints its own price pair and badge, and several of those badges come in below the range the copy claims, so the card rather than the copy gives the saving on a given set. Many bundles and several single items carry a Sold out label, and one kit shows only a Notify Me button, so a listed price is not a guarantee that the item can be bought.

After the order: payment, delivery and what is free

There is no recurring charge. The page names no processor, no billing company and no statement descriptor; its footer prints a "Secure Payments" badge and a "We accept" line with no methods listed under it. The two payment routes it spells out are cash on delivery, available on all orders across India, and EMI. The FAQ ties EMI to prepaid orders, while the brand summary and the delivery section say COD and EMI are available on all orders, so the page disagrees with itself on EMI for a cash order.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders, according to the FAQ and the delivery section; for a cash on delivery order the page quotes no shipping figure either way. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days across Delhi NCR, and standard delivery takes 5 days across India. Packaging is a plain, logo-free box whose label shows the buyer's name and address and a standard courier reference, with no brand name or product description. Tracking comes by dispatch email or WhatsApp. Shipping, replacement and terms of service policies are linked from the footer, but cancellation before dispatch is not covered anywhere in the home page text.

Warranty, replacement and the money-back window

Every product carries a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. If a functional defect appears within 90 days, the buyer contacts support by email or WhatsApp for a replacement. The footer tagline promises an easy replacement with "No questions asked", which is broader than the FAQ's wording, so the FAQ is the more specific guide.

The money-back rule is narrower. In October 2026 the FAQ stated that Thrillerrr offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible unused, unopened products on orders of ₹999 and above. Bundles, accessories, lubricants, battery-operated products and opened items are not eligible. A buyer raises the request within 7 days with the order ID and photos. The page does not say how a refund is paid back or how long it takes. Because bundles are excluded from the guarantee, a buyer weighing a bundle's discount gives up the money-back option for it, though the warranty still covers defects.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The brand describes every product as body-safe, non-porous silicone, USB rechargeable and waterproof, with an app option on some models, and it claims over 1.75 lakh customers across India. A short quiz and a Bestsellers collection, which the FAQ limits to products rated 4.8 stars and above by verified buyers, are its suggested starting points.

The offer suits a buyer who is happy to pay online, because that route opens the NOCOD code and free shipping, and who is spending enough to reach the higher cart thresholds. It also suits someone who values the 90-day warranty for a defective unit. It suits less well a buyer who wants cash on delivery and a discount together, a buyer who plans to return an opened item or a bundle, and anyone who needs a named processor or billing descriptor before paying.
