What Gizmoswala is and what the saving is

Gizmoswala is an online sexual wellness and adult products store for India. Its home page title calls it "India's #1 Sexual Wellness Store" and its footer calls it "India's First Sexual Wellness store", both the brand's own claims. The footer credits the company as NM Gaadlawala Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and links a Shark Tank page and a certificate of recognition from the Government of India. The store sits behind an age gate that asks whether the visitor is over 21.

Orders are single purchases with nothing on a schedule. The saving takes 3 forms: product tiles that print a regular price, a sale price and the rupee amount saved; free and anonymous shipping above a stated order value; and cash on delivery. The home page also runs a seasonal "Crazy Monsoon Deal" row, a newsletter box promising special offers and giveaways, and a combos section. None of the pages prints a coupon code or an end date for the sale prices.

The sale prices and how large they run

The home page is in effect a sale page: almost every tile in its rows carries a "Sale" label and a "Save Rs." line. In October 2026 its "Crazy Monsoon Deal" row lists the Jamun Joy pocket vibrator at a regular price of Rs. 2,550.00 and a sale price of Rs. 1,989.00, with the rupee saving printed on the tile. The largest saving in that row is on the IROHA Rin massager, listed at a regular Rs. 5,850.00 and a sale price of Rs. 2,199.00, with "Save Rs. 3,651.00" printed beside it. Other items in the row include Svakom vibrators, a vibrating ring and a butt plug, all shown with both prices.

The same pattern repeats in the seller rows for 2025 and 2026 and in the men's row, where a masturbator cup, sleeves and a reusable condom carry sale prices. As of October 2026 the Self Pleasure pocket masturbator shows a regular Rs. 1,250.00 and a sale price "from Rs. 699.00", so the figure on the tile is the starting price of the range and the tile does not say which option that is. Several tiles are marked sold out while still showing a sale price, so a printed saving does not mean the item can be ordered. Each tile also shows the store's own review count for the product.

The first-night collection, which the store pitches as gifts for a spouse, holds 5 products by its own filter, 4 in stock and 1 out of stock, among them a reusable crystal condom, a body massager and a Svakom pocket vibrator, each with a regular and a sale price. A separate collection page is titled "Black Friday Sale | Thanks Giving 2022" and headed "Valentine Offer". Its filter shows 24 products, 14 in stock and 10 out of stock, with sale prices on vibrators, masturbators, plugs and BDSM kits in black, red and pink. Its title carries a past year and no end date.

The saving amounts are the tiles' own figures. The pages give no end date for any sale row, no minimum spend for a sale price and no limit per customer, and they do not say whether a sale price combines with the shipping offer.

Shipping, delivery and the anonymous offer

In October 2026 a banner across the top of every page reads "Get Free and Anonymous Shipping for orders above Rs 500". The same banner sits on the collection pages and the blog as well as the home page, so it reads as a standing storewide offer rather than one tied to a single sale row, and it applies to the order total rather than to a product. A blog post on the same site, dated August 22, 2026, repeats the offer and adds unmarked packaging and cash on delivery. A strip repeated down the home page reads "Free shipping", "Discreet Delivery", "COD Available" and "Delivery 7-8 working day". The strip does not repeat the threshold, and no page states the shipping charge on an order below it. The footer links a Shipping Policy and a Discrete Packaging page for the detail.

After the order

Nothing converts and nothing renews, so what matters after checkout is whether an order can be changed or reversed. The footer links a "Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy" page beside the Terms and Conditions and the FAQs, but the home, collection and blog pages state no return window, refund route, exchange rule or cancellation deadline. On a cash order the money is paid to the courier on arrival, and the pages do not say what happens to an order that is refused at the door.

Billing

Cash on delivery is the payment method named in the pages' text, on the home page strip and in the blog post. The store details the site publishes for search engines also list credit cards, debit cards and UPI, and give the currency as Indian rupees. The cart panel on every page says that shipping, taxes and discount codes are calculated at checkout, so taxes are added there rather than shown on the tile, though no page names a rate or prints a code. No payment company or statement name is given.

Getting out

The contact route is the footer: an email address, info@gizmoswala.com, and a phone number. A "Log in" link leads to an account area, but no page says whether orders can be canceled from it. Anyone who needs to cancel a cash order before dispatch relies on those contact details and on the linked policy page.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog is organized by buyer and by occasion. For women it lists vibrators and butt plugs; for men, pumps, masturbator cups and cock rings; for couples, adult games, condoms, combos and BDSM kits. A shop-by-occasion menu adds bachelorette gifts, first night specials, honeymoon adventures and a Fantasy Premier League section, and the footer describes the range as covering men, women, couples, gays and lesbians. Brands named on the tiles include Svakom and IROHA beside items sold under the Gizmoswala name, such as an anal plug, a BDSM fantasy set and an electric masturbator cup. Product descriptions are short feature lists: the G-Bullet massager is listed with 10 modes of vibration and a 60-minute run time, the Pocket Bullet as 100% waterproof, and a body massager as made from premium medical silicone. Those are the brand's statements. The store's own site description adds that it has 50k+ happy customers, was featured on Shark Tank India and offers customer service in English and Hindi, all claims the store makes about itself.

The sale prices suit a shopper who wants to see the regular and sale price side by side, who is ordering above the free-shipping threshold and who is comfortable paying the courier on arrival. They suit less well a shopper who wants a published refund rule on the front pages or a code to enter at checkout, since the cart mentions codes but no page prints one. The sale rows change from section to section, so the price on the product page at the moment of ordering is the one that applies.
