What Naughty Nights is and what the offer is
Naughty Nights sells adult toys, lubricants and bondage kits to Indian buyers from its own website, with no physical shop. Its about page describes it as India's first branded online sex toys store built specifically for Indian consumers, and the footer carries the years 2018-2026. The saving is a permanent sale page: the shop says it runs an ongoing sale across every category, with deals refreshed as stock and offers change, and each sale product shows a percentage markdown beside a crossed-out price and a lower price. There is no membership, no trial and no coupon code on the pages. The shop does add a free lubricant with every order according to its about page, which is the one extra that is not a markdown.
The mechanics worth knowing before paying are on the policy pages rather than the sale page. A prepaid order canceled before dispatch comes back as store credit, not as money to the card or account, and once an order ships the refund rule closes. Those two terms decide how much a discounted price is worth to a buyer who might change their mind.
The sale page and the price bands
The sale page sorts by position or by price and lists products with a percentage in the heading. The sale page says each discounted product is the same quality-checked stock the shop sells at full price, not a factory second or a returned item. The shop adds that "Hot Deal" tags mark its steepest current discounts and that deals rotate, so a product discounted today may change next week. The page does not give an end date for any sale.
In October 2026 the sale page listed a mini USB multispeed vibrator at 66% off, shown as Rs. 2999 struck through and Rs. 999 as the price, and a water-based lubricant at 50% off, from Rs. 799 to Rs. 399. Those are the page's own percentages. Other products on the same page carry smaller ones, such as 33% on a masturbation sleeve, and a few carry larger ones, so the markdown depends on the product.
As read in October 2026, the sale page also groups deals into budget bands, from a compact-toys band under Rs. 1,000 up to a top band for sex dolls, premium masturbators and multi-piece kits. The middle bands cover the widest range of deals and the app-controlled devices and larger BDSM kits. The home page repeats the deal format, with featured men's and women's products shown as percentage markdowns.
What the price includes, and the two quirks
The shipping and customs page says every product is customs cleared, that the price shown is the final amount including taxes and duties, and that there are no hidden charges. The terms state that all prices are in Indian rupees unless noted, and they add that the shop may change prices at any time without prior notice. That last clause applies to sale prices too, so a price seen on the sale page is not held for later.
There is no recurring charge anywhere in the model. An order is a single purchase, and the pages show no subscription, rebill or pre-selected add-on. The two quirks are the free lubricant, which the about page lists under reasons customers choose the shop, and the sale-return question. The sale page's own FAQ answers a question about returning a sale item by pointing customers to the current return policy, so the page does not promise sale items better or worse terms than full-price ones.
Billing, payment methods and the descriptor line
The terms list the ways to pay: credit cards, debit cards, UPI, online payment gateways and cash on delivery where applicable. The sale page says cash on delivery is available on sale items as on the rest of the site, alongside secure online payment, and the header repeats cash on delivery as a headline feature. The about page says the shop introduced cash on delivery for sex toys in India. No processor is named, and the pages do not say whether a cash-on-delivery fee is added.
On statements, the sale page's discreet billing line reads: "Billing appears with the name XYZ Pvt. Ltd or similar." The line gives that name with "or similar" rather than a fixed descriptor, and no other page names one; the contact page and the 24x7 support line are where the shop takes questions before an order. The same sale page sets that line beside plain brown boxes, and the shipping page adds that parcels are labeled as cell phones or similar products.
Canceling and refunds
The cancellation and refund page is strict and short. An order can be canceled before dispatch. Once it is dispatched it cannot be canceled. Refunds are not offered for any order that has shipped, because, in the policy's words, the shop does not accept returns on intimate toys "due to hygiene and safety reasons". If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, the shop issues Naughty Coins equal to the value of the order, which can be used for future purchases on its website. The page does not say that the money returns to the original payment method, and it does not give an expiry date for the coins.
For a defect or damage on delivery, the shop asks the customer to make contact within 24 hours with unboxing video proof, and says that if the case qualifies it offers an exchange for the same item. Exchanges apply only to defective, unused items returned in original packaging, and they are not valid for a change of mind. The buyer must report within 24 hours of receiving the product, and after the item is received and approved, the shop says it dispatches the replacement within 3 working days. The terms confirm the same pattern: returns accepted only for transit damage, a manufacturing defect or the wrong product.
What the money buys, and who the sale suits
The range covers men's toys, masturbators and sex dolls, women's vibrators and dildos, couple toys and games, bondage kits, anal toys, lubricants and lingerie. The home page claims trust from 2 Lakh+ customers, and the shop says its support runs 24x7 across email, phone and live chat. Delivery is quoted as 1 to 2 days from dispatch for tier-1 cities and 3 to 7 days for tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and a self-pickup option lets a buyer give a nearby landmark instead of a home address.
The sale suits a buyer who knows the product, is content to pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery, and accepts that a shipped order is exchanged only for a defect or transit damage, never refunded. It suits less well someone who wants a refund to the card if plans change, since prepaid cancellations become store credit, or someone who wants a descriptor in advance. A buyer who values the printed percentages should still read the final price on the product page, because that price can change without notice.
