What the shop is and what the saving looks like

Adultscare is an online shop for adult toys, lingerie, lubricants and sex dolls that sells in rupees and ships across India. Its pages describe it as India's largest online sex toy store and a multi-brand retailer. There is no membership or subscription, so nothing rebills; the savings are retail ones. The shop states them in words: a sale section of marked-down products, discounts for first-time customers and for online-payment orders, and "various offers" on orders above a stated spend line.

What the pages do not do is attach a number to the two discount lines. The FAQ says discounts are available for first-time customers and online payment orders, adds that different discounts and special offers are given from time to time, and tells the reader to ask customer support for the latest ones. No percentage, no code and no end date is printed. The concrete, readable saving is therefore the sale page, where each product shows a regular price and a lower sale price.

The sale section and the discount lines

Each sale tile shows two prices in rupees and no percentage badge. In October 2026 the page showed a pair of unisex leather arm-guard cuffs at Rs. 2199 marked down to Rs. 1599, and a handcuffs and eye mask combo at Rs. 1999 marked down to Rs. 1199. Most of the sale stock is bondage gear, cuffs and restraints, with a few larger items such as sex machines and wearable dildo panties; the page can be sorted by price in either direction. No percentage and no end date is printed for the sale. Outside the sale page, the FAQ says the masturbator range starts at ₹1299.

As of October 2026 the home page also says the shop suggests "various offers for the above orders of 1000 rupees and discreet Delivery", without naming the offers or saying whether that line brings free delivery. The sign-up page asks for a name, mobile number, email, password and billing address and promises no welcome discount in return, though the about page mentions reward club points and store credit without giving amounts. The FAQ leaves the size of the first-time discount to customer support.

The sale section is marked as a standing page with no dates, but one clause in the terms bears on timing: orders placed on special occasions such as Diwali, New Year and Valentine's Day are described as time-limited occasional offers that cannot be canceled.

After the order: charges, stock and delivery

There is no trial or renewal. What follows an order is dispatch and delivery. The FAQ says products ship across India from warehouses in major metro cities, and that shipping time depends on whether the product is in the warehouse nearest the buyer. The terms add a caution that a product listed as in stock may not be readily available for shipping, and that an item in stock when the order is placed can sell out before it is completed. No delivery fee, free-delivery line or delivery time in days is published.

The shop also takes orders by WhatsApp or phone as an alternative to the website. The FAQ says a buyer can place an order through the WhatsApp chat on either of two numbers, by calling support, or on the website, which suits a buyer who wants to ask about the first-time or online-payment discount before committing.

Payment methods and billing

The FAQ answers "Can I pay online for my order?" with a short list: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and bank transfer, and says the transactions are secure. A footer link names cash on delivery, with no word on whether it costs extra. Neither a processor nor a statement descriptor appears anywhere on the site. What the home page does say is that the shop offers discreet billing and shipping and leaves no trail of the contents of the items anywhere, which is a promise about discretion rather than a stated statement label.

Prices are in rupees with no taxes or handling fees shown. The sign-up form asks for billing information including an address, area, city, state and postal code.

Getting out: cancellation, returns and refunds

The terms carry the detail here, and cancellation has two statements that do not match. The product-return section of the terms says cancellation requests are considered when made about 24 hours after the order is placed. The separate cancellation policy says to reach the shop within 5-6 hours of placing the order, by phone or by email. Both say that once the shipment process has begun, no cancellation is accepted, and the policy rules out canceling special-occasion orders altogether.

Returns are narrow. A return or exchange can be claimed only if the product is defective or damaged, within 3 days of the shipment's order date, free of charge. Products that are simply not to a buyer's liking are not exchanged, because most are personal in nature; the terms recommend asking questions before confirming. The buyer is told to film the package being opened, from start to finish, because there is no responsibility without the video. Whatever a buyer paid for shipping stays with the shop when an item comes back or is swapped. The refund page adds that the exchange benefit does not apply to lingerie or to toys that come into close contact with the body. Opened electronic media, batteries and liquid products such as oils, lubricants, toy cleaners and bath products cannot be returned, though liquids damaged by spillage in transit are replaced at no cost. A replacement can take around 2 weeks at the latest. A wrong item, a manufacturing defect or a product dead on arrival should be reported within 3 days of receipt, and the refund page promises either a replacement or a refund of the costs in that case.

The refund policy adds a change-of-mind route: if a return request is made within 3 days of receipt, the shop will try to offer half the total amount as store credit, usable only for another purchase on the site, at the discretion of customer service, and the buyer pays return shipping. The request goes through a request-return button with a close-up photo of the product, packaging and tags intact.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The menu splits the stock into men's toys, women's toys, bondage gear, vibrators, dildos, anal toys, stainless steel toys and lubricants. The home page describes male sex dolls as coming in different designs, body types, hair and eye colors, and customizable features. The FAQ says products are made of silicone and TPE blends and are manufactured in India, China and the USA depending on the product.

The offer suits a buyer who reads the sale prices, pays online through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or bank transfer, wants written return and cancellation rules and a store-credit fallback, and is willing to ask support for the first-order discount. It suits less well a buyer who might change their mind, since returns cover defects and damage and the one concession is half the price in store credit. It also fits poorly anyone who wants a named payment processor, a statement label, a delivery fee schedule or a published percentage, because the shop publishes none of these. Support hours are given as Monday to Saturday, 10:00 A.M. to 07:00 P.M. on the contact page, even though the header says any-time support.
