What Love Depot is and what the saving looks like
Love Depot is an online shop for sex toys, condoms, lubricants and intimacy products, selling in rupees to buyers in India. The footer calls it "India's Largest Pleasure Superstore" and the header "India's Most Trusted Shop for Sex Toys & Wellness", both the store's own claims. It is run by a healthcare company: the footer reads "A venture of TTK HEALTHCARE LIMITED", gives a registered address on Cathedral Road in Chennai, prints a GST registration number and adds "From the house of TTK makers of Skore Condoms, Prestige, and more."
There is nothing to subscribe to, so nothing renews. The saving is a markdown on the product itself. The shop's standing collection named Deals shows each product with a sale price, the regular price beside it and a percentage-off badge, and the homepage carousels repeat the same format. The badges run from small trims on imported brands to deep cuts on a handful of items. The shop prints no sitewide code and no first-order discount.
How the Deals collection is priced
Every tile in the Deals collection carries the product name, a star rating where reviews exist, a "Sale price" and, for reduced items, a "Regular price" beside it with a percentage-off badge. A few tiles show a sale price and no regular price; those are ordinary prices sitting inside the collection, not reductions. Shoppers can sort by sales rank, price or name and filter by gender, product type, power type (battery, rechargeable or non-powered), control type (app, button, remote or manual), stimulation area, usage and brand, with an in-stock-only switch. A "Shop by Price" block on the homepage offers another way in.
In October 2026 the Deals collection showed the Skore Tremor, a remote-controlled couple's vibrating ring, at a sale price of ₹1,645 against a regular ₹2,989, under a "45 % Off" badge. At the top of the range, the Je Joue Nuo vibrating butt plug showed ₹4,804 against ₹19,218 with a "75 % Off" badge. Across the collection the larger badges sit mostly on Skore, MsChief and Honey Play Box items, plus a few imported pieces, while most tiles from Satisfyer, Womanizer, Iroha and Je Joue carry small badges, many of them "5 % Off". Condom packs are listed at plain prices without a reduction. Beyond toys, the collection also takes in lubricants, massage oils, handcuffs from SXY and Creative Conceptions, and a Skore gift box for couples, each with its own sale and regular price.
The collection prints no end date and no rule about when items join or leave it. Several reduced tiles are marked "Sold Out" while still showing their sale price, including some with the largest badges, so a large badge does not always mean the item can be ordered. New arrivals on the homepage, such as recent MsChief releases, show a single sale price and no regular price, so new products are sold at their launch price rather than marked down.
What the homepage shows next to the offer
The homepage's "Hottest Picks" carousel runs tabs for top sellers, him, her, couples and new arrivals, and most of its tiles repeat the Deals format with the same badges as the collection. The Skore Tremor, for instance, shows the same pair of prices there, and a Shots thrusting rabbit vibrator carries a sale price under its regular price too. A newsletter box in the footer invites sign-ups with "Join our community for exclusive offers and the latest updates", but it states no amount or percentage, so it is a mailing list rather than a printed discount.
The store's published details give a founding date in July 2022, describe "fast, discreet delivery across India" and show its own aggregate rating of 4.46 from 3149 reviews, and the homepage closes with the line "Loved by Thousands Across India" as its own claim. Its press section quotes coverage calling it "An Indian Independence-era company" changing the pleasure products category, a reference to the TTK group behind it rather than to the shop's own age.
Billing and payment
The homepage's own description promises "100% discreet delivery with easy UPI & EMI payment options", and the store's published business details list credit card, debit card, netbanking, UPI, wallets and cash on delivery as accepted payment, with prices in Indian rupees only. The homepage gives no tenure, interest rate or minimum order for EMI. No payment gateway or billing descriptor is named.
On delivery, a homepage block headed "Discreet Delivery" reads "Delivered Discreetly. Always. No branding. No product names. No hints." That promise is about the parcel. The store's business details also list "Discreet Shipping India-wide" as a service and name India as the area served.
Getting help, returns and refunds
The footer's Help & Support column links "How we Deliver", "Returns & Refunds", "Shipping Policy", an FAQ and a contact page, and the header carries a "Track your order" link and an account login. The support email is care@lovedepot.com, and the store's details give a phone number as well. The homepage and the Deals collection themselves state no return window, refund timing or shipping charge, so the linked Returns & Refunds and Shipping Policy pages are where a buyer has to look before checkout.
Because every purchase is a one-off order, there is no trial that converts, no renewal to cancel and no add-on pre-selected on the product tiles.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The shop is organized for him, for her, for couples and "Intimate Essentials", with category pages for G+C spot toys, cock rings, vibrating strokers, butt plugs, air pulse stimulators, app-controlled and remote-controlled toys, wand massagers, kegel balls, condoms and lubricants. A "Shop By Brand" menu leads with MsChief, Skore, Satisfyer and Honey PlayBox as top-selling brands and lists B Vibe, Iroha, Je Joue, Le Wand, plusOne, ROMP, Shots and Womanizer among the rest. A press quote on the homepage describes the range as "internationally celebrated brands" alongside "TTK Healthcare's own brands."
The offer suits a buyer in India who wants a Skore or MsChief vibrator, ring or stroker at a large printed markdown, or who is happy with a modest cut on an imported brand and wants local delivery in rupees with UPI, wallets or cash on delivery. It suits less well someone hunting a deep reduction on a premium imported toy, since those badges are mostly small, or anyone who wants a first-order code, because the shop prints none.
