What MyMuse is and what the saving looks like
MyMuse is an Indian brand that sells its own intimate wellness products direct from its site. Its title calls it "India's First Luxury Intimate Wellness Brand" and the footer "India's first bedroom essentials brand", both its own descriptions. The range covers app-controlled and remote-controlled massagers, strokers for men, lubes, massage oils and candles, card games, and kits that group several products. The footer gives a business address at Oriana Business Park in Wagle Estate, Thane, and says the site is for ages 21 and over; an age prompt asks the same.
Each purchase is a single order with nothing recurring behind it. The saving comes in three forms on the home page: individual products shown with a sale price under a higher price and a percentage badge, a row of multi-product kits under the heading "Bundle And Save", and a free limited-edition travel pouch once the cart reaches a set value. Free, discreet express delivery and cash on delivery are advertised alongside, along with a 100 day warranty.
How the markdowns are shown
Every product tile repeats the same pattern: a percentage-off badge, a star rating with its review count, the sale price, the higher price beside it, and a line that prints the drop in rupees ("price dropped by ..."). Because the page prints the drop itself, a buyer can read the saving on each item without working it out. The ratings are the brand's own, and some are large: the Groove+ wand shows 424 reviews and the Come Together Kit 1429. The home page also claims "5,00,000+ Indians love us".
In October 2026 the deals row was headed "New deals everyday. Get up to 50% Off", a ceiling rather than a flat rate, and the Pulse full-body massager showed a sale price of ₹1899 against ₹2799 under a "32% Off" badge. The app-controlled range sat in a similar band, with the Groove+ wand, the Link+ C-shaped massager for hands-free use and the Dive+, which the page describes as a vibrating, ribbed egg for internal use, each marked down, and the remote-controlled Dive egg alongside them, and the men's strokers reduced too: Edge, which the page describes as ultra soft with 10 vibrations, Grip, a long close-ended stroker, and Jack, a beginner-friendly textured stroker with 3 patterns. Lubes and the Glow massage oils, one relaxing and one with mogra extract, carry the same two-price format, so a lube can be added to a cart at its own markdown.
The kits
The kits are where the largest reductions sit, because each groups two to six products under one price. In October 2026 the Wild Card Kit for couples, which the page says "combines 3 bestsellers" (Edge, the Dive remote egg and a third item whose name the tile cuts off), carried a printed drop of ₹4498, and the Come Together Kit for her, "Six bestsellers", showed ₹12999 against ₹24944 under a "47% Off" badge, the largest on the page. Between those ends sit the Mood Setter, Inside Job, Remote Play and Quick Release kits for her and an app-grade kit for her that the page calls "All our bestselling app-controlled products rolled into one". Each kit tile names what it pairs: the Inside Job Kit puts Dive+ with Groove+, for example, and the Remote Play Kit pairs Groove+ with the Dive remote egg. A kit price applies only to the set, so a buyer who wants one item from it pays that item's own sale price.
The pouch threshold and the newsletter
The header banner in October 2026 read "FREE Limited Edition Travel Pouch on ₹3,499+", and the cart drawer shows the same pouch as a perk reached at that cart value. Whether the threshold is measured before or after a markdown, and how long the pouch stock lasts, the page leaves open. The newsletter box reads "Share email and get discount" and "Get expert advice, pro tips, and insider discounts", without an amount. No coupon code and no end date appear for any reduction.
After the order, payment and billing
Nothing renews: there is no trial, no subscription and no pre-selected add-on. The cart drawer totals the order as "MRP (Incl taxes)", so listed prices include tax, and the buyer has to tick "You are 21+ and agree to the T&C" before the Checkout button.
The banner "FREE, DISCREET & 1-3 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY COD AVAILABLE" runs across every page, so delivery carries no charge, the brand quotes 1-3 days with its express service, and buyers can pay in cash on delivery. That banner is the only payment method the pages name; no other method, processor or statement descriptor is listed. Prices are in rupees, and the footer carries a "GST 2.0" link beside the shipping links.
Warranty, returns and support
The warranty is the one promise that runs past delivery. The MyMuse Promise block lists "100 Days Warranty" with the prompt "What's the T&C?", and the cart repeats "100 day warranty and discreet shipping". Its conditions sit behind that link, along with the Shipping & Returns and Terms And Conditions pages in the footer, and the home page itself sets no return window, refund rule or cancellation route. A warranty covers faults rather than a change of mind. Orders can be followed through the "Track Your Order" link, and support answers at support@mymuse.in, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The products carry short names: Groove, Link, Dive, Pulse, Edge, Grip, Breeze and Mini among the massagers and strokers, Glide among the lubes, Glow among the oils. A companion app, the MyMuse Sync App, is offered on the App Store and Google Play, with live control, saved patterns, audio stories that the brand says sync with a massager, and a long-distance mode that hands control to a partner. A 30-second quiz and a gifting guide help with choosing, and the menus sort products for him, for her, for couples and for gifting, and by type.
The offer suits a buyer in India who wants a kit at the deepest printed markdown, someone shopping close to the pouch threshold, and anyone who prefers to pay cash on delivery. It suits less well a buyer who needs the return and warranty conditions in hand before paying, since those sit on linked pages rather than next to the price.
