What Freaky Fun is and what the offer is
Freaky Fun is an online sex toy store for buyers in India. Its footer gives an address in Connaught Place, New Delhi, and the home page calls it a homegrown Indian brand that has become one of the leading platforms for sex toys in India in a short time. The menu splits the range into men, women, anal, BDSM and lubricants, with sex dolls, masturbators, vibrators, strap-ons and sex machines among the subsections and a separate LGBTQ+ section. The store runs on Shopify, and its terms of service are the standard Shopify template, which names no company or owner.
The saving on offer is the sale price. Most featured products on the home page show a struck regular price beside a lower sale price and a percentage badge, and the markdowns run from a few percent to more than half off. The store sells one-off orders, so there is no trial, no membership and nothing that renews. What a buyer needs to weigh is the size of the markdowns, how payment and cash on delivery work, how quickly a return has to be claimed, and who pays for it.
The sale prices on the home page
The featured products block works as the store's sale section. Each discounted item prints a regular price, a sale price and a percentage-off badge, and each tile carries the item's own star rating and review count. Items without a markdown show a single price and no badge, among them a strawberry lubricant, a prostate massager and an anal plug for beginners. One item in the block, a remote control vibrator, reads sold out with no add-to-cart button.
As of October 2026 the home page listed a silicone dildo with a suction cup at Rs. 3,499 against a regular Rs. 5,000, badged -30% OFF. The smallest markdown in the block was a chocolate lubricant at -5% OFF, and the largest a vibrating makeup brush and massager at -63% OFF. Between those ends sit anal beads, plugs and remote-control toys with badges in the 20s and 30s.
No page sets an end date for any sale price, explains what the regular price is based on, or says whether a markdown is a standing display or a time-limited sale. No brand page prints a coupon code, a first-order discount or a bundle price. The footer has an email sign-up box, but it names no discount for subscribing.
The terms add the usual limits on any price. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, and the shop reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, promotions, offers or shipping charges and to cancel an order placed on wrong information. It may also refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order. A sale price on the page becomes a firm price only once the order is accepted.
Brand claims about range and reach
The home page makes several claims about scale, all the store's own statements. One passage speaks of 500+ products across 25 categories, while others claim a range of over 1500+ sex toys, delivery to over 10,000+ pin codes and customers in 300+ cities, and a 4.7/5 average customer rating, without saying where the rating comes from. The top strip claims 5000+ satisfied customers and 24*7 customer support. The home page also says its products come from international importers and pass lab testing, again as its own claims.
After the order: delivery, discretion and shipping cost
There is nothing to renew or convert. The after-order facts that matter are delivery time, privacy and what delivery costs.
The home page says orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, and in 2 to 3 days in a metro. It says 95% of orders ship in discreet packaging, a share rather than a promise for every parcel, while the top strip and the shipping policy promise discreet delivery without that qualifier. The shipping policy itself is three lines: discreet delivery, delivery in 2 to 10 business days, and the line "Delivery amount is advance for COD orders". No page states a shipping charge or a free-shipping threshold.
Billing and payment methods
The home page says the store offers 5+ payment options, naming UPI, cards, wallets and cash on delivery in select cities, and adds that 60% of its customers pay in advance. Read with the shipping policy, a cash on delivery order still needs the delivery charge paid up front. In October 2026 the home page's ordering answer also tells buyers to check out with a preferred payment method, followed by the note "250rs to 1000 COD", which it does not explain further. Freaky Fun's Shopify terms add that card details travel encrypted over networks. Prices are in rupees. No page names a payment gateway or the name a charge carries on a statement.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
The refund, return and cancellation policy is the one page that sets out after-sale money terms in detail, and it is firm. A return needs the product in its original packaging, unused and unopened. A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is mandatory, and the page says claims without one will not be accepted. Used products cannot be returned, which the page puts down to hygiene, customized or special orders are non-returnable, and if a buyer gives wrong details such as an address or mobile number, the store says it is not responsible for any refund or replacement.
The two time limits on the page differ. The return process section asks the buyer to report the issue within 4 hours of receiving the product, with the opening video and clear images. The important notes section says return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. The 4-hour limit is the stricter of the two. After the store's team reviews the video and images, it guides the buyer through the return, and the buyer pays the return shipping unless the issue is the store's error. The page also says a return cannot be accepted only because the buyer is unhappy with the product's quality.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the page says the refund or replacement is processed within 10 to 20 business days. The policy's title includes cancellation, yet its text sets no rule or deadline for canceling an order before dispatch. For help with a return it lists an email address and a separate WhatsApp and call number, and the site's chat widget says support typically replies within an hour.
What the money buys and who it suits
The range covers toys for men, women and couples: masturbators, sleeves, penis rings, pumps and chastity cages; dildos, vibrators, strap-ons and sex machines; anal plugs, beads and prostate massagers; BDSM kits, restraints and nipple clamps; and lubricants. The long text on the home page is general sexual wellness copy rather than part of the offer, and the product claims in it, such as body-safe materials, are the store's own words.
The marked-down prices suit a buyer who has already picked a product from the featured block and wants it below its stated regular price, paid by UPI or card. The store fits less well a buyer who wants a code, a stated shipping price or a relaxed return window: the opening video is a condition of any claim and the claim window is counted in hours. Someone who wants cash on delivery should expect to pay the delivery charge in advance and to check that the city is covered.
