What the store is and what the saving is

Sextoysworld is an online store for adult toys that sells across India. Its About page says the store went live in 2013 and lists cash on delivery, a 30-day replacement policy, free shipping and its prices as the services everything else revolves around, and it says the business runs its own warehousing so that it can fill orders itself. The range runs from rabbit, bullet and G-spot vibrators and dildos to male masturbators, penis extender sleeves, cock rings, silicone dolls, bondage items, strap-ons and lubricants. It is a shop that sells goods, not a membership, so the money questions are about discounts, payment routes and returns.

The saving comes in two forms. As of October 2026, the first is a coupon for 10% off on baskets above a stated value, published on the store's own Special Discounts and Offers page and limited to card and bank payments. The second is the markdown on individual products, where a product card shows two prices side by side. The conditions around both matter, because the coupon excludes cash on delivery, and the replacement and refund rules read differently on the About page and in the terms.

The coupon and the markdowns

The Special Discounts and Offers page states one offer. In October 2026 it reads "Get special 10% DISCOUNT on our Toys Collection" with the coupon code TOY100, for a product value above Rs. 2000.00. A starred note says the offer applies only to bank transfer, credit card or debit card payment and is not applicable on cash on delivery. The page gives no end date, no limit on uses per customer and no list of excluded products, and the wording ties the code to the toys collection rather than to every item in the store.

TOY100 is the only code the store prints. Two customer testimonials on the home page speak of an extra discount on a first online-paid order after signing up and of a repeat-buyer discount on a third order; the Special Discounts and Offers page itself describes neither, so they stand as customers' accounts and not as terms.

Markdowns are the other half. As read in October 2026, a 7-inch caramel dual-density silicone dildo, product code DNV30, shows Rs. 6,990 and then Rs. 3,390 on its product page, and the page's product data gives the lower figure as the offer price in INR. The home page lists its Bestsellers and Latest rows the same way, lubricant, strap-ons, vibrators, extender sleeves and a long-distance egg vibrator among them, each with a lower figure beside a higher one and a Buy Now button. The shop gives no date or rule for how long a product keeps its lower price.

Combining offers and what returns do to them

The terms page explains how the coupon behaves when something comes back. If any of the products in an order placed with a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon no longer applies to that order, and the benefit of the coupon is not included in the refund. A replacement is treated differently: the replacement order keeps the benefit of the same coupon that was used on the original. For free-offer deals of the buy 2 get 1 free or buy 1 get 1 free kind, the terms say every product in the group offer has to be returned together, because they were bought as a group.

Those clauses matter for a coupon buyer. Since the same terms say a sold product cannot be returned and only a broken or dead item is replaced, the replacement case, where the coupon survives, is the one a TOY100 order is most likely to meet.

Billing and payment

The payment routes the store spells out are bank transfer, credit card and debit card, named on the discounts page as the ways to earn the coupon, and cash on delivery, which the About page lists as a service and the discounts page excludes from the coupon. No payment processor, billing company or statement descriptor is named. The product pages carry a postcode field labeled "Check Delivery at Your Location", and the footer links a Delivery Information page alongside the terms and the offers page.

Prices appear in rupees with the label Rs. As read in October 2026, the terms add a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 99 or Rs. 399 that can be levied if a customer refuses to accept the original order for a product eligible only for replacement, or refuses a replacement product once it has been shipped. That is the only fee the pages describe, and it applies to refusal, not to ordinary delivery, which the About page describes as free.

The home page FAQ says each product the store sells is cleared by the customs authority and comes from international and local brands. The footer labels the site Adults Only (18+).

Canceling, replacing and returning

The terms say an order may be canceled before delivery. The route is the store's own contact lines: the header carries a phone number, and the footer links Telephone, WhatsApp and a Contact Us page.

After delivery the terms are stricter than the About page. They state that a product once sold cannot be returned, that a product can be replaced if it is delivered broken or dead, that the buyer must ask for the replacement within 7 days of delivery, and that a refund is not available in any case. Inflatable dolls carry no guarantee, return or replacement. A further line says a product once delivered could not be returned during the COVID-19 season, with no end given to that season. The terms add that for each product the return or replacement policy shown on the product or combo page prevails.

That sits against the About page, which advertises a 30-day replacement policy. The pages do not reconcile the 30 days with the 7, and the terms make replacement the only remedy; on their wording a buyer should plan on the 7-day replacement window for a broken or dead item and no refund.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

A basket buys goods sent in discreet packaging. The dildo product pages list what comes in the box: a care and user guide, a storage pouch for hygiene, tamper-evident or discreet packaging and support contact details. The About page says delivery partners work round the clock and that the store's own warehouse fills orders, and the home page names Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi among its top delivery locations.

The coupon suits a buyer whose toy order is above the stated threshold and who is willing to pay by card or bank transfer rather than cash on delivery. A buyer who prefers cash on delivery gets no coupon and falls back on the markdowns alone. The store fits less well anyone who wants a refund option, who may need to send an item back for a change of mind, or who wants the processor and billing name stated before paying. The conflicting replacement windows and the no-refund line are the main things to weigh before an order.
