What the shop is and what the saving looks like

Sex Toys Store India is an online shop for adult toys that sells to buyers across India. It stocks vibrators, dildos, male masturbators, half dolls and full dolls, sex machines, bondage sets, lubricants and a section of named toy brands. The shop is a retailer, not a membership: there is no trial, no subscription and nothing that renews. A reader's saving here is the gap between the original price and the sale price printed on each product, plus the shop's statement that delivery costs nothing.

The shop's own FAQ says it offers discounts and discreet free delivery, and that it supplies products wholesale, which it gives as the reason its prices are low. The FAQ calls the shop's prices the lowest, which is the shop's own claim and not something the pages compare against anyone. What the pages do show is concrete: most products carry an original price and a lower current price, and the home page runs two banners about percentage discounts.

The discounts, in detail

The standing offer is the markdown printed on each product. As read in October 2026, the sale items on the shop page show "Original price was" beside "Current price is". The home page also carries a banner reading "Seasonal Sale started" with "Get 70% off", and a second banner, "New toys available", with "Get 30% off". Neither banner states an end date, says which products it covers or sets a minimum spend, so a buyer cannot tell from the banner alone whether a given product carries that percentage.

In October 2026 the home page showed, for example, a 9 vibrating panty vibrator at an original ₹8,099 against a current ₹5,799. The same pairing runs through the home page rows of realistic dildos, panty vibrators, app-controlled toys and half dolls, each card tagged "Sale!" with an "Add to cart" button, and the dolls and machines carry it at much higher prices. The banners and the product cards are not linked, so the figure a buyer pays is the current price on the card.

The pages publish no coupon code, no first-order discount, no newsletter offer and no bundle price. There is no loyalty scheme in the text. Everything on offer is a price already applied to the product, so there is nothing to enter at checkout and no code to hunt for.

What happens after the offer

Because the sale prices are the prices, there is no conversion step. The sale price on the product page is what the order is placed at, and nothing is billed again afterwards.

The ordering process has an unusual step. The FAQ describes the way to order as logging in to the website and chatting on the WhatsApp number given there, telling the shop what is wanted and choosing a product. The product pages also carry "Add to cart" buttons, so there are two routes, and the pages do not explain whether the WhatsApp route changes the price.

Delivery is stated as free to every part of India. The FAQ puts delivery at a maximum of 2 days to the doorstep in discreet packaging, and adds that the delivery charge is absolutely free. The pages give no courier name and no tracking description.

The terms add one price-related rule: the site reserves the right to cancel an order listed at an incorrect price or with a typographic error, and they say that if a card has already been charged for an order that is then canceled, the amount is credited back to the card immediately. So a markdown that looks too deep to be right can be withdrawn by the shop under that clause, and the page states the refund path for it.

Billing and payment

Neither the terms nor the FAQ say which company handles payments or what name appears on a statement. The terms refer to a charge to a credit card and a credit back to the card, and that is the only payment method the text names. The footer has a "We accept" heading, but the page text carries no list of methods under it, so the methods the checkout offers have to be read at checkout. The pages do not mention cash on delivery, UPI or wallets in the text.

Prices are in rupees, and the pages do not say whether the displayed price includes tax or carries a handling fee. A buyer who needs a named statement descriptor before ordering will not find one in the shop's text and would have to ask through the contact page, which gives an email address and a phone line.

The terms say the site is for buyers aged at least 21, and that the contract is governed by the laws of India with the courts in Mumbai holding exclusive jurisdiction.

Canceling and returning

The pages give two return rules that do not match, and a reader should know both. The FAQ says a buyer gets 7 days to return an item and that an unsealed product is not refundable, because adult toys are sealed and cannot be resold once opened. The separate Returns and Exchange page is stricter on timing: a return or exchange can be claimed for a defective or damaged item within 3 days of receipt, free of charge.

The Returns and Exchange page adds conditions. The shop does not exchange products a buyer simply dislikes. The buyer is asked to record a video of the parcel being opened, and the page says the shop takes no responsibility without one. Battery-operated items are to be tried straight away, before use, because a used item gets no warranty replacement. Exchange does not apply to lingerie or toys with close body contact. For a change of mind on an opened item, the page says that a request within 3 days may be treated at the shop's discretion, with half of the total amount returned as store credit that can only be spent on another purchase on the site. After approval the buyer pays the return shipping. For a wrong product, a manufacturing defect or an item dead on arrival, the buyer should request a return within 3 days of receipt, and the page promises either a replacement or a refund of the costs involved.

The process is a request-return button, a clear close-up photo showing the product, packaging, tags and booklets, an inspection of the returned parcel and email updates until the refund or replacement is finished. The pages say nothing about canceling an order before dispatch, beyond the pricing-error clause above, and they give no refund timeline.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The shelves run from low-priced lubricants and sleeves through mid-priced vibrators and masturbators to half dolls, full dolls and machines at the top of the range. The shop lists named toy brands as a category of their own.

The offer suits a buyer who already knows the product and compares the printed original price with the current price, and who is happy to order by WhatsApp or cart and wait for a free parcel. It fits less well anyone who wants to try an item and send it back, since an opened toy is refundable only as partial store credit at the shop's discretion. It also fits less well a buyer who needs a clear payment processor, a named statement descriptor or a cancellation path after the order is placed, because the pages publish none of these. Anyone relying on the 7-day window should know the other page says 3 days and should settle which applies before paying.
