What the store is and what the saving looks like
Sex Toy In Hyderabad is an online-only shop for adult toys that ships across India from Hyderabad. Its contact details give a street address in the New Market area on Charminar Road, its about page calls the business "a small team", and the site's structured data says it has served customers since 2009. The catalog covers vibrators, dildos, male masturbators, sex dolls, sex machines, bondage gear, chastity devices, anal toys, strap-ons, penis rings and lubricating gel. Everything is sold as a one-off cart purchase.
The saving comes from retail markdowns. Product cards print an original price struck through beside a lower current price, often with a percentage badge, and the shop gathers part of its stock into a Special Offer section split into budget tiers. There is nothing to rebill, so the money questions here are how deep the markdowns run, which orders can be paid in cash at the door, what shows on a bank statement, how late an order can be canceled and which purchases can come back.
How the discounts are laid out
The standing offer is the markdown itself. Listing pages for the shop, the special offers and each category print "Original price was" and "Current price is" for the same product, and many cards add a badge such as -30%. The home page repeats the format in its new arrivals and doll rows, with the higher figure shown beside the price a buyer pays.
In October 2026 the Special Offer section splits into tiers, each with its own page and name: "Offers of the day" for items under ₹999, "Super Sale" for items under ₹1,999 and "Real Discount Deals" for items under ₹2,999. The tier pages carry products such as bullet vibrators, penis rings, strap-on dildos and masturbators. One example from the Super Sale listing is a Strong Double Bullet Vibrator, shown with an original price of ₹2,570 and a current price of ₹1,799 as read that month.
The tier pages give no end date. The Offers of the day page describes its selection as "Regularly updated offers", where new deals may appear over time, and the Super Sale page tells buyers to explore the section regularly for the same reason. So a product in a tier today can move out of it, and a reader should read the current price on the product's own card rather than rely on the tier name.
The shop also says bulk orders can get custom deals, arranged by contacting support. The pages print no coupon code, no sign-up discount and no minimum spend for the markdowns: the reduced price is the price in the cart.
After the order: confirmation, shipping and what is final
There is no trial to convert and nothing renews. The home page sets out the order sequence: browse, open a product, add it to the cart, enter shipping details and choose a payment method at checkout, confirm and place the order, then receive an email with tracking details. The FAQ adds that confirmation arrives by SMS and email, that an account with the buyer's details is needed to order, and that no ID or KYC is required.
The return policy page adds a verification step: before anything is packed, the sales team calls to confirm the order, dispatch follows within 2 to 3 days of that confirmation, and metro delivery usually takes no more than 4 days after dispatch. The FAQ, for its part, says the shop does not call after an order unless there is a genuine delivery issue, so the two pages differ on that call. The FAQ gives a delivery estimate of 3 to 7 working days depending on location, names Delhivery as a courier, and says a missed delivery gets a call and a second attempt.
Shipping is free for most orders, according to the FAQ, and any charge that applies shows at checkout. Parcels go out sealed in plain boxes with no logos or product names on the outside, which the shop repeats on its home page, FAQ and contact page.
Billing and payment
The FAQ lists UPI, debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery for some areas as the ways to pay, and the return policy page names UPI, card or cash on delivery. A guide on the same site written for Amritsar buyers adds Google Pay, Paytm and credit cards. The FAQ says payments go through "secure and encrypted payment gateways" and that if a payment fails after money is deducted, it is refunded automatically. It names no payment processor.
On statements, the FAQ answers a direct question: the transaction shows a neutral name, and the product type is never mentioned. The Amritsar guide describes it as a generic corporate billing name. Neither page prints the name itself.
Cash on delivery is offered in selected cities, and the option appears at checkout when the pincode qualifies; the contact page says no advance payment is needed for those orders. No cash on delivery fee is published.
Canceling and returning
The FAQ says an order can be canceled before it ships and asks buyers to contact support quickly; the delivery address can also be changed only until shipping. After dispatch the return rules take over.
A return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. The FAQ accepts one only if the item is unused and sealed, or arrived damaged or as the wrong item, and opened or used toys cannot come back, which the shop puts down to hygiene. The return policy page adds that inflatable products cannot be returned once inflated and that motorized electronics must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For a broken or damaged product, the FAQ asks for a photo within 24 hours and promises a replacement. The replace process on the policy page runs: contact support with photos or a short video, repack in the original box, let the warehouse inspect it, and receive a fresh replacement if the fault is the shop's. The contact page speaks of "a replacement or refund" for a damaged or wrong item, while the FAQ and policy page describe replacement only.
When the fault is the shop's, the policy page says it covers both-way shipping; when a return is approved for another reason, the buyer pays both ways. Sealed, unused items can be exchanged for another model, subject to availability. Requests go by phone call or WhatsApp with the order ID. No refund timeline is published.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
Everything is a one-off purchase: toys, life-size and half-body dolls, sex machines, bondage accessories, lubricating gel and a section for LGBTQ shoppers. The about page names its materials plainly as silicone, ABS, stainless steel and TPE, and says its support team works in Hindi and English. A blog carries usage guides and delivery guides for individual cities.
The offer suits a buyer after a specific product at a marked-down price who is comfortable with a confirmation call before dispatch, and someone who wants cash on delivery where the pincode qualifies. It suits less well someone who wants a refund rather than a replacement, someone who may want to try an item and send it back, or anyone who needs a named billing descriptor before ordering.
