What Funkeeper sells and where the saving comes from

Funkeeper is an online store for sex toys and adult products in India, with ranges for men, women and couples. It is a plain shop, not a membership: nothing renews and nothing is billed on a schedule. The footer names Dot Code Infotech beside the support email, and the terms call the shop Funkeeper.

The saving comes from 3 things the pages state. A banner at the top of every page promises a flat discount on prepaid orders. Many products show a marked-down price with an original price beside it. And delivery is free above a stated order value. The policies deserve a read before the first order: the shop states that it accepts no returns, and a prepaid amount on a canceled order is kept by the company rather than sent back to the card or wallet.

The prepaid discount and the marked-down prices

The pages show no plan ladder, no trial and no coupon code. What they state is a banner offer for prepaid orders plus per-product markdowns. In October 2026 the banner on the shop's guide pages reads "Flat 10% off on Prepaid orders" next to "Free Delivery above ₹999". The pages give no end date for the prepaid discount and name no minimum order for it. They also do not say whether it applies on top of the marked-down prices or instead of them, or at which step of checkout it appears. The banner names prepaid orders only, so cash on delivery is outside it as worded.

Markdowns are shown product by product. As of October 2026 the home page lists the Deep Ruler dildo with an original price of ₹6,999 and a current price of ₹4,399, tagged -37%. Most featured tiles carry a similar original and current pair, while new arrivals carry no markdown at all and show a single price. A dildo price guide on the site puts a strap-on harness at ₹599 at the low end of the range and adds that offers and discounts can change the numbers it prints, so the product page is the price to read at order time.

Delivery, express and the free threshold

Standard delivery is surface shipping by default, with a stated 3-7 working days. If an order has not arrived within 7 working days, the shipping page asks the customer to contact support. Express shipping is optional: the request has to be made within 6 hours of placing the order, it depends on whether the location is serviceable, additional charges apply, and those charges are paid separately as support instructs. With no request inside the window, the order goes out under standard shipping.

The free-delivery threshold appears on the banner and the home page. The shipping page does not repeat it and does not state a shipping fee for orders below it, so the cost under the threshold is not published. Delivery times are described as estimates, not guarantees. Customers can also choose self-collection by giving the address of a nearby landmark; the delivery partner phones on arrival.

After checkout: no renewal, but short windows

Because this is a shop, the questions that matter after checkout are not about rebills. They are about how fast an order moves and how little can be changed once it does. The FAQ says an order is processed as soon as it enters the system, so a cancellation or an address change cannot be guaranteed. The cancellation policy is firmer: orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped, and after dispatch changes to the product, variant, address or contact details are not accepted.

Cash on delivery orders may require confirmation by call or WhatsApp, and an order that is not confirmed may be canceled. A customer who refuses delivery or is unavailable can see the order marked as Return to Origin. In that case the order is treated as non-serious, any advance or shipping charges are not refunded, and reshipping happens only after an additional payment. An incorrect or incomplete address can bring additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Billing

The FAQ says payment runs through the Gokwik payment gateway and lists credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, mobile wallets "and more". Prices are in rupees. The invoice is emailed once the order leaves the warehouse, and the FAQ names the sender as Klarna, described as the invoice partner. The terms say prices can change without notice and that the shop can refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The pages name no billing descriptor and publish no tax or fee breakdown. A payment problem at checkout is attributed in the FAQ to an unsupported card issuer or method, or to a card that does not allow international purchases.

Getting out: cancellation, returns and refunds

The cancellation path is a call or message to customer service as early as possible; the FAQ says a call gets faster handling. The contact page lists phone and email support Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the shipping and returns pages add a WhatsApp number.

The policy is stricter after dispatch. A request made after shipping is not accepted, and advance payment is not refunded. For prepaid orders, the cancellation policy states that the paid amount will not be refunded to the original payment method; the company retains it and the amount can be adjusted in the next order, with that order processed after deducting the earlier payment. The returns page places this in the case of a cancellation requested after shipping.

Returns after delivery are not accepted for any reason, including change of mind, size, shape, color or opened or used products. Replacement or refund exists only for a wrong, missing or damaged product, and it requires a complete, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, the shipping label and the opening. The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A product that does not work is reported within 48 hours with a video and gets a replacement, not a refund. The returns page says a refund is issued in one case, a wrong product with valid video proof; the FAQ words it as a refund when a replacement is not possible. A missing parcel must be reported within 30 days of the order date. A claim goes to the official support channels with the order ID, a description and the video, and the policy states that the support team's decision is final and binding. The cancellation policy adds that the shop may cancel or hold any order that looks fraudulent or suspicious without prior notice.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog covers masturbators, cock rings and penis sleeves for men; vibrators, butt plugs and dildos for women; and BDSM items, lubricants, condoms and games for couples. The FAQ says the toys are made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone and are selected from international brands, which is the shop's own statement. Orders are packed in plain boxes with no mention of the contents or the shop's name.

The offer fits a buyer who is already sure of the product, will pay in advance and wants the stated banner discount and the markdowns without a code to hunt for. It fits less well anyone who may want to return an item for fit or preference, since the pages allow none, or who expects a prepaid amount to go back to the card if the plan changes after dispatch. Each saving is the one printed on the product tile or the banner at the moment of ordering, and the claim windows of 24 and 48 hours run from delivery, which the returns page pairs with a request to inspect the product as soon as it arrives.
