What Luvottica is and what the saving looks like

Luvottica is an online store run by Livsol Innovations Private Limited, which the terms say was previously named Cepat Services Private Limited and is registered under the Indian Companies Act 2013. The storefront calls itself a seller of "Luxury Sex Furniture, Yoga & Meditation Products", and the menu splits into Tantra furniture (couches, positioning pillows, a pleasure chair), a Love Box, bondage gear, pleasure props, couple play, wear for her and for him, yoga and meditation items, and acupressure massagers. The About text says the brand "made waves on Shark Tank India Stage", which is its own claim.

Every purchase is a single order with no account plan behind it. The saving is a sale price printed beside a regular price on nearly every product, a set of named deal labels, grouped combos at a combined price, and free shipping inside India. The catch sits in the refund terms: sale items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged, and almost everything on the home page is on sale.

The deal labels and the marked-down prices

There is no plan ladder. In October 2026 the home page showed each product with a "Regular Price" and a "Sale Price", and most carried a label naming the type of deal. Pillows and wedge cushions sat under "Crimson Savings 30% Off"; the couches and the inflatable couch under "Elite Deal"; most of the bondage gear, the restraint sets and the combos under "Signature Love Deal"; a tail plug and some lingerie under "Temptation Deal" and the couples' games under "Love Game", both with their own printed percentage. The "Elite Deal" and "Signature Love Deal" labels carry no percentage, so the reduction there is only the gap the two prices show.

Two examples from the same read in October 2026 show the range. The Stylish Brown Triangle Love Making Pillow was listed at a regular ₹2,999.00 and a sale ₹2,099.30 under the 30% label. At the bondage end, the Luvottica Control Trio, a blindfold, spanking paddle and handcuffs combo, was listed at a regular ₹1,390.00 and a sale ₹1,181.50 under "Signature Love Deal". The store sells two smaller combos in the same format, the Play Trio (blindfold, flogger and handcuffs) and the Desire Duo (eye mask and handcuffs), and one of the inflatable couches is sold with a pump and handcuffs included in its price.

No page gives an end date for any of these prices, and no code or first-order percentage is printed. The newsletter box in the footer reads "Are you on the list? Join to get exclusive offers & discounts", without saying what a subscriber receives.

The FAQ adds that the shop offers wholesale pricing to hotels, resorts, spas, yoga studios and meditation centers, with rates agreed by quantity and product type. That route is for businesses and carries no retail figure.

After the sale: price changes and delivery

A sale price is final for that order: there is no trial, no subscription, no pre-selected add-on and no renewal. The terms do keep two levers on the shop's side. Prices "are subject to change without notice", and the price charged is the one in effect when the order is placed. An order is treated as an offer that the shop may accept or reject for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

The shipping policy says "Shipping is free for all kind of products in India." International orders carry shipping charges worked out at checkout from weight, dimensions and destination, and the policy calls that checkout figure the final shipping price. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment and spend 3-10 days in transit in India; the FAQ gives a tighter dispatch of 2-3 days and delivery across India in 7-10 days, while a customized Tantra Chair takes an extra 3-4 days. International transit runs 15-45 days. The warehouse works Monday to Saturday, a delivery address can be changed at any time before dispatch, a link to follow the shipment arrives on dispatch, and if one item is out of stock it is canceled and refunded while the rest ships. Couriers named include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx and India Post.

Payment and billing

The terms say payment is taken at the time of purchase and that the shop accepts "major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website." Prices show in Indian rupees, and the footer carries an EMI link without any terms beside it. A banner on every page points shoppers to the newer Luvottica.com site "for fastest checkout".

Neither a payment processor nor a statement descriptor is named. The shipping policy promises discreet packaging, so that nobody knows what was ordered, "not even the delivery guy"; that promise covers the parcel, not the card statement.

Canceling, returning and refunds

The cancellation policy allows an order to be canceled within 24 hours of placing it, by writing to the support email or calling the listed number with the order number. After that the order may already be processed or shipped, and a processed order cannot be canceled; the buyer can return the item under the return policy instead. Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started. An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Returns have more conditions. As read in October 2026, the return page requires items to be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase, and the return has to be started within 7 days of receiving the order. The buyer pays return shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable, and both legs come off a refund. Where an item comes back without a defect, the refund also loses handling charges and a restocking fee, which the page sets at 20% for inflatable products and 10% for all other products. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3-5 days. Exchanges for the same product depend on stock. A defective item can be claimed within 3 days of receipt "100% free of charge", with an unboxing video, and the page asks buyers to refuse any parcel whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with.

The clause that matters most for anyone buying on sale is number 6: "Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged." Buying at the marked-down price removes the ordinary change-of-mind return.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The range runs from intimacy furniture and inflatable positioning pillows to bondage gear (handcuffs, restraints, paddles, floggers, chastity cages, BDSM kits), couples' dice and position games, lingerie and men's underwear, yoga and meditation props, and wooden and brass acupressure tools. Handcuffs and blindfolds sit at the low end of the price range and the couches at the top. The terms set a minimum age of 21 for using the site. Support runs by phone and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, plus separate sales and support email addresses.

The offer suits a shopper in India who has decided on an item, wants free delivery and a labeled markdown, and is happy to keep it. Combo buyers get the grouped price printed up front. It fits poorly someone who might change their mind, since sale items are non-refundable, a regular-price return costs shipping both ways plus a restocking fee, and the cancellation window is 24 hours. A buyer outside India meets the shipping charge only at checkout.
