What Lovenjoy is and what the saving looks like

Lovenjoy is an online shop for sex toys aimed at buyers in India. The contact page gives an address on an industrial estate in Olpad, Surat, and the shop sells one-off purchases: there is no trial, no membership and no recurring plan, so nothing renews or rebills. The saving comes from reduced prices rather than from a joining offer.

The markdowns show up in three places. A Sales category, headed "Best Deals & Offers on Intimate Toys Online India", groups products with an original price shown against a current price. The home page carries banners reading "Up To -35%" and "Up To -50%". And most products elsewhere in the shop carry the same "Original price was" and "Current price is" pair. On top of that, the FAQ describes seasonal and festive sales, discounts for first-time customers, limited-time deals on selected products and combo offers, applied through a "Coupon Code" field at checkout. No code is printed anywhere on the site, so the first-order discount is something a buyer meets at checkout rather than reads in advance.

The Sales section and the shop's sale prices

There is no plan ladder, because every product is bought outright. What stands in for one is the gap between the original and current price on each item, and that gap varies widely. Each tile in the Sales category carries a "Sale" label, a star rating where reviews exist, and both prices.

In October 2026 the Sales page showed a tongue-style vibrator with an original price of ₹5,999 and a current price of ₹1,999 and a lipstick-style bullet vibrator at ₹799 against an original ₹1,299, with the Serene air-pulse massager and a remote-controlled wearable egg also reduced. These are the page's own figures, and no percentage is printed beside them, so the sale items are worth comparing one by one rather than assuming a flat rate.

The reductions are not confined to that section. The home page's "Top BDSM Toys", "Top For Her", "Top For Him" and "Top For Massage" rows all show marked-down items, among them fur-lined handcuffs, an 8-piece bondage kit, a realistic suction-cup dildo and a Tenga cup, and the first page of the main shop adds a 12-piece BDSM kit, strokers and rabbit vibrators, each with both prices.

The FAQ attaches one condition to all of this: "Discount availability may vary depending on stock and ongoing promotions." It explains how a code works: add products to the cart, go to checkout, type the code into the "Coupon Code" field and press Apply, and the discount comes off the order total before payment. To find codes, it suggests checking the site regularly, subscribing to the newsletter "for exclusive coupons" and following the shop on social media for flash sales. The home page carries the newsletter sign-up box.

After the purchase: delivery and undelivered orders

Because this is a shop, there is nothing to convert into. A sale price is the price of that order, with no trial period, no pre-selected add-on and no renewal.

The FAQ gives a delivery estimate of "Minimum 2 Days and Max 7 Days" and says all products are customs cleared, so no extra procedure falls on the buyer. The home page and the About page promise packaging that does not reveal its contents, and the terms say all shipments are discreet, with risk passing to the buyer on confirmed courier delivery. No shipping fee or free-shipping threshold is printed.

If a prepaid order is never delivered, the FAQ offers two remedies: the product is re-shipped at no extra cost, or the full amount goes back to the original payment method, with refunds "usually processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation." Buyers are told to contact support if an order runs past the expected time or is marked delivered but has not arrived.

Payment methods and billing

The FAQ lists the accepted ways to pay: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM, net banking at major Indian banks, wallets such as Paytm, and cash on delivery on selected orders. The home page sums this up as "Safe payments, by UPI or by cash on delivery", and the About page lists UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. The FAQ says payments go through "secure and encrypted gateways" and that payment details are not stored or shared. Prices are in rupees.

No payment processor, statement descriptor or cash-on-delivery charge is named. The terms state that by completing a purchase the buyer confirms the transaction is authorized and that the product description has been reviewed.

Returns, refunds and canceling an order

The policy is strict about opened goods. The return and refund page states a "No Return / No Refund" rule for items that have been opened or used, and says anything made for intimate body contact cannot be returned once it leaves the warehouse. The terms repeat this and add that there is no exchange for dissatisfaction, change of mind or compatibility problems.

The exceptions are narrow. The return page accepts damaged products in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery, and promises a free replacement or a full refund for a defective, damaged or wrong item reported within 48 hours of delivery with videos of the defect. An unboxing video is required for both refunds and replacements. The terms sell products "as is" with no long-term warranty, make a replacement for a verified manufacturing defect a matter of the company's discretion, and exclude damage from improper charging, water exposure, tampering or overuse. Liability is capped at the purchase price.

To start a return, the policy page gives the shop's email address and phone number; the contact page lists working hours of Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM, and the home page invites shoppers to call for a consultation before buying. Lovenjoy covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items, and approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item arrives and is inspected. No cancellation route for an order that has not shipped is described; the terms only reserve the shop's own right to cancel suspicious orders, ask for ID, refuse bulk or reseller orders, and cancel where a false age declaration is suspected.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The menu groups toys for men, women and couples, vibrators of many types, dildos, anal toys, bondage gear including BDSM kits, blindfolds and chastity devices, sex games, smart and app-controlled toys, and sex dolls, with the Sales category alongside. The terms restrict purchases to adults aged 18 and over.

The offer suits a buyer in India who wants a visible markdown and is content to compare items one at a time, someone who prefers UPI or cash on delivery, and a first-time customer curious about what the coupon field accepts. It fits less well anyone who may want to return a toy after trying it, since opened items cannot go back, or anyone who wants a fixed, published first-order discount before reaching checkout.
