What Intimocart is and what the saving is

Intimocart is an online sex toy and adult products shop in India that gives a contact address in Maduravoyal, Chennai, and ships only within India. It sells to men, women and couples, and its menu includes masturbators, sex dolls, cock rings, dildos, vibrators and massagers, anal plugs, couple toys, BDSM items, and lubricants and condoms, plus a Sale Products section.

The codes, the sale and the shipping threshold

The Sale Products page carries the headline "Get 5% Discount on your Prepaid order!" with the note "* Limited time only." and no date. As of October 2026 its tiles show, for example, the Ulysses dual vibrator at an original ₹5,500.00 and a current ₹3,500.00, tagged -36%. Other tiles cover masturbators, dildos and condoms, each with an original price, a current price and its own percentage tag, and the home page repeats several of them under the heading "Hot Deals on Intimate Essentials". The page gives no end date for these prices.

Shipping is described in two ways. The shipping policy read in October 2026 says standard delivery is free for orders above ₹2000 and carries a flat rate below that, and the home page badge repeats the same threshold. The header banner on every page, though, offers free express shipping at a lower order value. The pages do not reconcile the two.

The investment plan

One page describes a "1-Year Investment Plan", which it calls a way to become an Intimocart VIP. It promises member discounts, priority access to new arrivals and limited editions, early access to sales, regular updates and personalized product recommendations, with a choice of monthly, quarterly or annual payment. Interested shoppers contact the shop by email or phone for details, and a member receives a document proof of the investment on the company letterhead. The page states no price, no size for the discounts, and no refund or cancellation term for the plan.

After the order: delivery, verification and changes

Standard delivery is stated as 3-5 business days and available nationwide, while the terms give 2 to 3 business days for courier delivery to most cities; the home page FAQ lists couriers such as Bluedart, Delhivery and DTDC. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, weekend or holiday orders move to the next business day, and the tracking number arrives by WhatsApp. The shop does not ship to PO boxes. Same-day delivery in Chennai is offered for orders placed between 10 AM and 3 PM, only for prepaid orders, with charges based on the delivery partner's tariff. Cash on delivery is not available for express or same-day delivery.

The terms add that the shop can verify customer details by mobile OTP or email before processing and that an order without verification may be canceled. The about page states that the billing statement will not reveal the nature of the purchase, though no page names a payment processor or the exact wording on a statement. Prices are in rupees, and the terms say they can change without notice. The Offers page adds that there are no hidden fees and that the price shown is the price paid.

Getting out

Orders can be canceled before shipment. The terms state that prepaid orders canceled before dispatch are refunded within 7-10 working days, and that there are no refunds after dispatch or delivery. The FAQ words it more loosely: contact the shop immediately, and changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Returns follow the same pattern. Because of the intimate nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not allowed for hygiene reasons, except for products that arrive defective or damaged. The claim needs a detailed unboxing video sent to the support email, and the shop then assesses it and gives instructions.
