What Get Pleasure is and what the saving is

Get Pleasure is an online sex toy shop in India. Its page title calls it a sex shop and sex toy store, its site tagline is "Your Night Partner", and its footer gives an office address in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a copyright line reading "Get Pleasure" and the year 2024. The shop sells toys for women, men and couples, lubricants, lingerie, BDSM items and sex dolls, and its menu lists service areas by state and city across India, from Kerala and Tamil Nadu to Delhi, Maharashtra and West Bengal.

Get Pleasure sells single orders rather than plans, so nothing renews and there is nothing to convert. Its money mechanic is a standing markdown: product tiles and product pages show an "Original price" and a "Current price", with a percentage tag on the tile. The pages show no coupon code, no first-order discount, no free-shipping threshold and no sign-up bonus. The header strip adds 2 shopping terms, "COD Options Available" and "100% Discreet Packing", and the exchange policy is narrow enough to need its own section.

The markdowns and what they look like

Each product carries its own pair of prices, so the price ladder here is the product list. In October 2026 the home page lists an 11 inch liquid silicone dildo at an original price of ₹19,000.00 and a current price of ₹13,900.00, tagged -27%, and its product page repeats those 2 prices and files it under New Arrivals, Sale, Women and a dildo category. The product page describes it in the shop's own words as liquid silicone, skin-friendly and waterproof, with a suction cup base.

The tags run much higher on other items. As of October 2026 a 10.5 inch black dildo on the home page carries a -69% tag, an original ₹19,000.00 and a current ₹5,900.00. Every tile in the home page's most-liked block shows a markdown, the smallest tag in that block being -21% on a vibrating egg, and the related-products row on the product page marks down a lace lingerie set and leather nipple covers in the same way. The percentages are the tiles' own and are quoted as printed.

The shop does not explain how the original figure was set, how long a markdown stays, or whether the original price was ever charged. No tile carries a sale end date, and none of the pages describes a seasonal sale or a festival promotion. At least one marked-down tile on the product page is listed as out of stock, so a tag does not guarantee availability. The current price on the product page is the figure that will be charged; the original price is the shop's own reference.

Reviews on the product page are limited to logged-in customers who bought the product, and the home page tiles show a star rating on some items. These ratings are the shop's own display.

After the order: no renewal, but a one-time exchange

Since nothing renews, what matters after checkout is what happens if the product arrives faulty. The Return and Exchange page states that all orders go through multiple quality check processes before delivery and that an exchange of products is available only in case of manufacturing defects. It is not available for the wrong product ordered.

The conditions are listed: the product must be unused, it can only be exchanged with the same model, the buyer must inform the shop within 24 hours of delivery in case of a defective product, and a video proof of opening the package is mandatory. The page itself advises making the video while opening the package and sharing it within 24 hours. It adds that "the free return benefit is valid for one time only" and that exchange benefits are subject to approval by the customer service team.

After approval, the page says, the buyer must bear all costs for return shipping, which sits oddly beside the phrase "free return benefit". The route described is to photograph the product, its packaging, tags and booklets, and then use a "request return" action. The shop inspects the package on receipt, begins the exchange, and updates the buyer by email until the replacement is complete. Returns questions go to a separate returns email address that the page gives, not the main support address in the footer.

The page describes an exchange only. It names no cash refund, refund timeline or refund to the original payment method, and it sets no cancellation window for an order that has not yet shipped, even though the footer links a page titled "Refund and Returns Policy".

Billing

Get Pleasure states 1 payment term on the pages read: cash on delivery, shown in the header strip on every page as "COD Options Available" and in the menu as "COD Available". No card brands, wallets or UPI are listed, no payment company is named, and the shop does not say what name appears on a bank statement for a prepaid order. Whether COD carries a fee, whether a minimum order applies, and whether tax is included in the rupee prices are not stated either. The FAQ page holds placeholder text about painting and paint drying in place of answers about orders, so it adds no billing or shipping terms.

Packaging is stated as discreet in the header strip, and the product page description repeats the claim. The shipping charge, delivery time and customs treatment appear on none of the home, product, FAQ or return pages; the footer links a separate Shipping and Customs Duty page for them.

Getting out

There are 2 exits, and both are narrow. Before dispatch, no cancellation path is stated, so the route is the contact details in the footer and header: a phone number, a WhatsApp number and an email address. After delivery, the exit is the one-time exchange for a manufacturing defect described above, with the 24 hour reporting window, the unboxing video, the unused condition and the buyer-paid return shipping. A change of mind, a wrong size chosen by the buyer or a wrong product ordered all fall outside it as the page words them.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog is broad by menu. For women, it lists sex machines, vibrators, wireless and luxury vibrators, lingerie and strap-on items. For men it lists masturbators, pocket sleeves, chastity cage devices, penis rings and sleeves, and spare parts and repair kits for toys. Shared sections cover prostate toys, BDSM, lubricants, anal toys and couples. Sex dolls appear in the menu in two groups, silicone sex dolls and inflatable semi-silicone sex dolls, plus a doll section for women, but no doll product or doll price appears on the pages read, so no doll markdown can be quoted.

The markdowns suit a buyer who wants a large tag on a single item and prefers cash on delivery to paying in advance. The shop fits less well a buyer who wants a stated refund route, a published payment list or a coupon, because the pages give none of these. The 24 hour window and the opening video carry the whole after-sale policy, and the shop's own advice is to film the package as it is opened.
