What Ecstasia is and what the offer is
Ecstasia is an online store selling its own range of intimate massagers and toys in India, aimed first at women, with sections for her, for him, for couples and for gifting. Its about page describes the brand as a movement whose mission is to help every woman explore, connect and thrive, and names product lines such as Bloom, Tease, Crave, Hush and Flirt. The home page says packages go out in plain sealed boxes under the sender name Swadeshi Enterprises, and the same name sits on the copyright line of every page. The terms of service are a Shopify template that still reads "your company", so they name no operator.
The savings come in three layers. Every bestseller on the home page carries a percentage off and two prices, a lower current one and a higher one. A pop-up on the home page lists three cart codes that give more off as the basket grows. And the pages promise free shipping within India. Orders are one-off purchases, so there is no trial, no membership and no renewal. What matters to a buyer is how the codes are tiered, how the shipping promise holds up against the return costs, and how short the return window is.
The tiered codes and the marked-down prices
The standing offer is a ladder of three codes printed on the home page under the heading "Tiered discounts", with the line "save more as you add". The page prints the three codes by name, each tied to a minimum basket value, and a strip at the top of the site reads "Use code at checkout". The pop-up carries a dismiss button worded "No thanks, I'll pay full price". No page says whether the codes combine with the marked-down prices, whether one code applies per order, whether a code is limited to a first order, or when the codes end.
In October 2026 the home page printed the codes SAVE5 for 5% off on orders of ₹2,000 and above, SAVE20 as the middle tier, and SAVE50 for 50% off on orders of ₹12,000 and above.
Separately, the product tiles show their own markdowns. In October 2026 the Crave Rabbit Massager was listed as 52% off, with Rs. 1,899 current against Rs. 3,999 before. The other bestseller tiles, from the Bloom massager to a remote-controlled plug and a wand, each show a percentage off beside two prices in the same way. The home page gives no basis for the higher price and no end date for the markdowns. The FAQ says only that the brand regularly runs special discounts and promotions, and points buyers to its Instagram account and its newsletter for news of them.
The terms add two general limits that apply to any order. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the shop reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order, including orders placed with the same account, the same credit card or the same billing or shipping address. Read beside the tiered codes, that means the shop keeps the right to refuse an order it considers outside its rules.
After the order: shipping, warranty and cancellation windows
Nothing renews. The after-order facts are about shipping time, the warranty and how long a buyer has to change course.
Free shipping is stated in three places. The FAQ says free shipping applies to all orders within India, the shipping policy says free shipping on all orders, and the home page promises free express delivery in 3 to 5 business days. The FAQ also says the shop ships only within India for now. Delivery times differ by page: the home page FAQ says 2 to 5 business days, the shipping policy says orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and then allow 5 to 7 business days, and the FAQ gives 5 to 7 business days for domestic orders. A tracking number arrives by email once an order ships. The return policy, however, puts shipping costs on the buyer for an approved return, a point covered below.
The warranty is stated twice with different lengths. The home page promises a 120-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. The FAQ describes a 100-day limited warranty on electronic devices from the original delivery date, and asks a buyer whose product stops working to check the battery or charging connection first and then contact customer service within that period for troubleshooting or a replacement. The pages do not reconcile the two lengths.
Cancellation is the clearest rule: an order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. The return policy adds that this holds as long as the item has not shipped, and that a shipped order can instead be returned if the original packaging is unopened. The FAQ says that after the 24 hours a buyer can ask support whether cancellation is still possible, depending on shipping status, and the shipping policy says cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Billing and payment
The FAQ lists credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments and cash on delivery. The store runs on Shopify, as the terms say, and the terms state that credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. Prices are shown in rupees. No page names a payment processor or the name a charge carries on a statement, and none says whether prices include tax or whether cash on delivery costs extra.
Returns, refunds and what they cost
Returns are narrow. The home page FAQ says returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. The return policy says opened, partially used or consumed items cannot be returned, that a request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package with the order ID, and that the shop may ask for images or video. If a return is approved, the policy says the buyer covers return shipping costs, which in October 2026 it states as Rs. 75 for the initial shipment and Rs. 150 for return shipment and processing. Refunds are issued after the returned item reaches the fulfillment center and passes inspection, and the page asks for up to 15 days from approval for the refund to process.
One page reads more generously. The shipping policy says a buyer who is not completely satisfied may return the purchase within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund, while keeping the exception for opened or used products. The return policy and the FAQ are stricter, and only the return policy states the return shipping charges. An unopened, unused product can also be exchanged if the buyer contacts the shop within 48 hours. Return requests go by email, and the return policy and the contact page give an email address and a phone number for questions about refunds.
What the money buys and who it suits
The catalog is the brand's own: rabbit and suction massagers, the Bloom dual massager, app-controlled vibrators that pair with a phone by Bluetooth through an app and can be handed to a partner's device remotely, a wand massager, stainless steel plugs and a remote-controlled plug, plus couples kits and couple games in the menu. Product claims such as medical-grade silicone and waterproofing are the brand's own statements.
The tiered codes suit a buyer who is building a larger basket, since the top tier needs the largest basket of the three and most single products on the home page are priced well below that threshold. The marked-down prices suit a buyer who only wants one item. The offer suits less well someone who may want to return an opened product, who wants one clear warranty length, or who wants the delivery time and the return costs set out in one place.
