What Desire World is and what the saving looks like

Desire World is an online store selling sex toys for men and women to buyers in India. The short description in its footer says it deals in all kinds of sex toys for men and women, with a fast delivery option and a cash on delivery method, and that its support is available around the clock by chat. The storefront runs on Shopify, and the copyright line names the shop simply "Sex Toys". No company, owner, registered address or founding year appears on any page.

Two savings sit side by side. One is a standing first-order discount with a coupon code the shop prints itself, in the footer of every page and in the title of its sale collection. The other is that sale collection, where each product shows a regular price beside a lower sale price, and the same regular-and-sale format runs through other collections too. This is a shop with one-off orders and no membership, so nothing is billed again later; what counts is what the discount needs, how deep the markdowns go, how a buyer pays and what the store does when a parcel is faulty.

The home page sorts the range into toys for women (dildos, vibrators, strap-ons, massagers), toys for men (masturbators, pocket sleeves, rings, chastity cages and sex dolls), BDSM gear, anal toys, couple items and lubricant.

The first-order discount and the sale collection

As of October 2026 it lists 18 products, each with a regular price and a lower sale price, and its own availability filter counts 17 in stock and 1 out of stock; the out-of-stock item is a 2-in-1 masturbator and sleeve. One example on the page is a hands-free thrusting masturbator cup at Rs. 9,150.00 against a regular Rs. 13,000.00, which the home page also features. The same pattern carries into other collections. In October 2026 the luxury vibrator collection lists 9 products, all in stock and all shown with a regular and a sale price, including a thrusting tongue vibrator at Rs. 7,885.00 against Rs. 14,000.00. The home page adds that the store runs regular sales on sex toys and invites visitors to save during its sales events, without naming a calendar, a season or an end date. No other coupon, loyalty scheme, store credit, bundle price or sign-up bonus appears.

After the order: payment and delivery

Nothing converts or renews, so the mechanics that matter belong to a single order.

Cash on delivery is named in the store's own description, so a buyer can pay the courier rather than paying online. For online payment the home page speaks only of "trusted payment gateways" that protect personal details, and the footer carries a "Payment methods" label with no names under it. No card brand, UPI, wallet, net banking option, gateway name or statement name is printed anywhere, so a buyer paying online learns the methods at checkout and cannot tell in advance how the charge will be labeled. Prices are in Indian rupees, and the cart panel leaves taxes to checkout.

Delivery is described as fast and discreet. The home page says products are packed in plain, unmarked boxes with no sign of the contents. No delivery time in days, courier name or tracking route is given. Shipping itself has no published price or free-shipping threshold; the only hint is the terms' rule that shipping charges paid on a returned or exchanged item stay with the shop, which shows shipping can be charged without saying how much. The terms also state that the store's information about a customer is not sold, shared or rented, and that the site typically does not use cookies.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

The terms of service and the refund policy page carry the same core rule, and it is narrow. A return or exchange can be claimed only when a product is defective or damaged, within 3 days of the shipment's order date, and that claim costs the buyer nothing. The refund policy words the remedy as an exchange for the same product. Items that simply are not to the buyer's liking are not exchanged, and because most products are personal, the terms ask buyers to put questions by phone, WhatsApp or website chat before confirming an order.

Proof is required. Both pages tell the buyer to film the package being opened from start to end and say the store takes no responsibility without that video. For a manufacturer's defect the store replaces the product after checking it, and the refund policy asks buyers to try battery-operated items as soon as they arrive, before use, because a used item gets no warranty replacement. What the money buys and who the offer suits

For a first-time buyer the coupon is the one standing saving, and only an order above the stated minimum qualifies. The sale prices matter more on the bigger single items, such as the masturbator cup and the thrusting vibrator named above. The offer suits a buyer who is comfortable paying cash on delivery, wants plain packaging and will film the parcel being opened. It suits less well a buyer who wants money back rather than an exchange, may change their mind after delivery, or needs the payment route and statement name before paying. The 3-day claim window and the video rule are short and specific, and missing either costs the buyer the replacement.
