What Delux Toys is and what the saving looks like
Delux Toys is an online adult toy shop for buyers in India. Its home page introduces it as offering "exquisite sex toys online in India" and groups the range into toys for men, toys for women, anal toys, bondage, sex games and couple items, with lubricants, condoms and sex dolls inside those branches. A head office address in Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, and a support email address appear in the footer, and the header lists a WhatsApp-only number answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 PM. No parent company is named.
The saving is a standing markdown on individual products. Each product card prints a current price next to a struck-through original price and a percentage badge, and the badges differ widely from one product to the next. Buying here means paying once per order, with no plan or trial behind it and nothing that bills again later. What matters is how far each markdown goes, which payment routes exist, and how little the returns wording commits to.
How the markdowns read
The durable fact is that the percentage badge is the page's own number, and it changes card by card. No site-wide discount, coupon code, first-order offer or minimum spend appears anywhere on the shop, and no end date is printed for any markdown. The cards sit in three rows on the home page, "Best Seller", "Top Product" and "New Arrivals", the first and last filterable by toys for men, women, anal, bondage, games and couples, and nearly every card in those rows carries a percentage badge.
In October 2026 the home page shows a double ended slim bendable dildo at ₹ 3,999.00 reduced to ₹ 1,999.00 with a 50% off badge, and a hollow strap-on dildo at ₹ 3,099.00 reduced to ₹ 1,249.00 with 60% off. The smallest badge on the page, on a USB rechargeable G-spot vibrator in the new arrivals row, reads 14% off, so the depth of one markdown says nothing about the next card. Several metal butt plugs in the first row share one badge and one price. One gradient-color product also prints a reduced price but is marked out of stock, with a "Read more" button instead of a cart button, so a markdown on the page does not mean the item can be bought.
Each card has its own quantity field and a running "Total" line in rupees that repeats the current price, plus wishlist and compare buttons. Nothing is pre-selected and no cross-sale is attached to the cards.
What the page says about shipping and price terms
The shipping wording is incomplete. A strip near the foot of the page reads "DISCREET SHIPPING For all orders over", and no amount follows, so the threshold is missing. A neighboring strip reads "Free Shipping Anywhere & anytime". The two lines are not reconciled anywhere on the page, so the free-shipping rule is a question for support before paying. Whether the shown prices include tax is also left unsaid.
Payment and billing
The page says plainly that buyers have "options for prepaid as well as Cash on Delivery payment methods". Once an item is in the cart, the buyer is "directed to different modes of payment", but those modes are not listed. No card network, wallet, gateway or statement name appears. The page calls payment "a safe, secure mode of payment" and its privacy strip reads "Gurantee secure", both in the shop's own words.
For delivery, the page says an order is packed and sent "in the most discreet manner". Its question and answer block adds that the parcel is a plain card box with no product name, no website name and no obscene picture on it. Customer service staff are said to answer questions about products, their usage and shipment status, through the WhatsApp line and the support email. No delivery time, courier or tracking method is named.
Getting out: returns and cancellation
The returns wording is a single strip: "Easy Returns Cancellation after 3 day". It can be read as a 3-day return window or as a rule about canceling after 3 days, and the home page spells out neither. The closing paragraphs repeat the promise of "an easy-to-pay method with a flexible return/refund policy", but the policy itself is not written out: no window, no condition for opened toys, no rule on return shipping and no refund route or timeline. The page's question and answer block covers cleaning, sharing and choosing a first toy, and none of its questions concerns refunds or cancellation. A return or cancellation therefore runs through the WhatsApp line or the support email, and getting the rule in writing before paying is the only way to know it.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The shop says it has been in business for over a decade, and elsewhere for almost 2 decades, and claims more than "1+million" satisfied and repeat customers; the two age claims differ and the page offers no company history to settle them. It names international brands among its stock, including Pure, Playboy, Njoy, Fun Factory, Lelo, Wevibe, Kama and Tenga cups, and says its sex dolls are imported from the United States and its lubricants are organic and edible. The menu also carries an occasion branch for birthdays, break-ups, weddings and romance, plus sex games, condoms, BDSM restraints, cock cages, wands, massagers and app-controlled vibrators. Its question and answer block advises against sharing toys and recommends soap and water for cleaning, and the blog carries cleaning guides as well. Each of these is the shop's own statement.
The longer category text on the home page fills in what each branch holds. Dildos come as glass, silicone, vibrating and telescopic models and as strap-ons with a belt. The vibrator range covers rabbit, G-spot, bullet, clitoral, egg-shaped, dual and remote-controlled designs, plus couple massagers. Anal toys run from plugs and glass dildos to anal vibrators, vibrating balls and a prostate massager. Lingerie is offered in various sizes, colors and designs, with bra and skirt sets, bikinis and costumes beside it. The shop says each product in its gallery carries a description of how to use it.
The offer suits a buyer who is comfortable reading the struck-through price and badge on a specific product, who wants to pay on delivery or prepay with no stated surcharge, and who is happy to settle questions over WhatsApp. It is a weaker fit for a buyer who wants a written return window, a named payment route, a known statement name or a firm free-shipping rule before ordering, because the page leaves each of those open.
