What Cupidbaba is and what the saving looks like
Cupidbaba is an online store for adult sex toys in India, described on its home page as "Adult Sex Toys In India". It sells vibrators, dildos, masturbators, anal toys, BDSM gear, lingerie, lubricants, sex games, chastity cages and sex dolls, and ships across the country with plain, unbranded packaging. The pages name no parent company, and they list a support phone number, a WhatsApp chat number and a support email address.
The saving here comes in two forms. The first is a standing sale section where each product shows a struck-down old price beside a lower price. The second is a stated promise of discounts for first-time customers and for orders paid online, with no amount attached. There is no membership fee, trial or subscription: a free account is optional, and every purchase is a single order. For a reader, the questions are how large the shown markdowns are, what the unstated discounts actually require, and how little protection the refund page offers after delivery.
The sale section and the printed prices
The durable part is the format. The sale page lists 21 results in total, and every product row shows two prices, the higher one first and the lower one after it, both in rupees written as "Rs.". The new arrivals page and the home page use the same two-price format. None of these pages states an end date for the sale, and none prints a coupon code, a minimum order or a percentage badge, so the size of each reduction is something a buyer works out from the two printed figures.
In October 2026 the sale page lists a nipple clamp item at Rs. 1850 reduced to Rs. 699. A stainless steel chastity cage on the same page appears at Rs. 4500 reduced to Rs. 4350, which shows how uneven the markdowns are from one product to the next, and an automatic male masturbator cup with sound is listed at Rs. 13000 reduced to Rs. 10500. The rest of the sale list runs across strap-ons, dildos, automatic masturbation cups, bondage kits, harness wear and vibrators, and its last few rows, all large dildos, are marked out of stock. The FAQ page also says the product range starts from ₹499, which sets the entry price for the shop as a whole.
Discounts for first orders and online payment
The FAQ page answers the question "Do you offer any discounts for first-time buyers or online payments?" with a yes: "Discounts are available for first-time customers and online payment orders." It adds that different kinds of discounts and special offers are given from time to time, and that for the latest offers a buyer should reach out to customer support. That is the whole statement. The page names no percentage, no code, no minimum spend and no way to claim the discount at checkout.
So the first-order and online-payment discounts are real claims but unquantified ones. A reader who wants them should ask support what the discount is and how it is applied before paying, because the written pages cannot answer. The about page also mentions reward points, free credit to an account, wish list notifications, email updates and discount coupons linked to an in-store credit account, again without amounts, conditions or expiry. The sign-up page asks for a name, a mobile number, an email address, a password and billing details, and it is described as a free account.
After the order: cancellation and what cannot be changed
Nothing here renews, so there is no rebill and no trial conversion. The money mechanics that matter come after checkout. The refund and return page says requests to cancel an order are processed about 24 hours after the request is executed, and that "demand for cancellation will not be entertained after the shipment has effectively started". The page also warns that listed products are not all kept in the shop's own warehouses, so an item marked in stock may sell out between the order and the dispatch. It does not say what happens to a payment if that occurs.
The same page warns that a replacement can take fourteen to twenty days to arrive after the request. Items that arrive faulty or damaged are replaced without any charge to the customer, the page says, and fluid items that were spilled in transit qualify for return or replacement at no extra cost. For liquid products damaged in shipment, that replacement stays open only for 3 days after the shipment has been made successfully. No page states whether the shown price includes tax or delivery, and no free-shipping threshold is printed.
Payment and billing
The FAQ lists online payment through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and bank transfer, and says all transactions are "safe and secure", in its own words. The about page adds cash on delivery across the country. A sign-up form collects billing information. Cards are not in that list, the footer's payment-method heading is empty, and no gateway or statement name is given anywhere on the shop. Orders can also be placed by WhatsApp or by phone, a route the FAQ describes directly. Delivery is stated as 3 to 7 business days depending on location, with metro cities often faster; the FAQ says orders leave from warehouses in major metro cities and that the nearest warehouse's stock decides the speed.
Getting out: returns and refunds
The refund page sets narrow terms. It states that returns and refunds are not entertained for items "not as up to your expectations", and the buyer is asked to put questions to a customer representative before confirming any request. A refund or return request needs a video: the buyer is told to record the product being unpacked from start to finish, and there is "no responsibility for refund or return without any video". Faulty or defective items can be processed for return after the shop checks the defect. The page tells the buyer to test the battery on arrival, and says a product found to be used will not get a warranty replacement. Delivery charges paid on a returned toy are not refunded. Unpacked electronic media items such as batteries and fluid items such as lubricants and oils are listed as not returnable. Requests go in through the contact form or email, and the page acknowledges that replies can be slow when order volume is high. The contact page lists work days as Monday to Saturday and hours from 10:00 A. M to 11:00 P. M.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The store's menus run from vibrators, kegel balls and massagers for women to masturbators, sleeves, rings and chastity cages for men, plus BDSM kits, gags, harnesses, masks, whips, cuffs, collars, paddles and sex games, anal toys and lubricant. The shop describes its toys as made from skin-friendly silicone, with some products using a TPE blend, and says products are made in India, China and the USA.
This setup suits a buyer who is happy to compare two printed prices on a specific product and pay by an Indian wallet or on delivery. It suits someone who will message support first about the first-order and online-payment discounts. It is a weaker fit for a buyer who wants a flexible return window, since a change of mind is not covered, or one who wants a stated processor, a stated statement descriptor and a stated refund timeline before paying. Because the refund rule depends on an unboxing video, anyone ordering should plan to record it from the first cut of the packaging.
