What the shop is and what the saving looks like
AdultSexToysIndia, which its help pages abbreviate to ASTIndia, is an online shop for adult toys and sex dolls that sells in rupees and ships across India. It describes itself as an adult wellness store trading since 2012, claims 500+ genuine products for women, men and couples, and says more than 50,000 customers have used it. Each purchase is a one-off order with nothing to renew. The savings are retail ones: a first-order code printed in the shop's own banner, marked-down prices on the shop pages, and a free-shipping claim.
The headline offer is that first-order code, printed in the strip that runs across the top of the home page, the help center and the delivery page. The same strip says "FREE discreet shipping across India" and "100% Privacy Guaranteed". Because the shop prints the code itself, a buyer does not have to hunt for one.
The code, the markdowns and their limits
The banner strip, read in October 2026, says "Use code LOVE for 10% off your first order". It sets no minimum spend, no end date and no list of excluded products, and it does not say whether the code stacks with the marked-down prices or how a first order is identified. The home page adds, in its own words, that buying online brings "regular sales and exclusive offers available only online", without naming any.
The shop page then carries a regular price struck through beside a lower current price, plus a percentage badge. As of October 2026 an 8.7 inch dual-layer silicone dildo showed ₹14,999.00 down to ₹7,999.00 with a -47% badge and an add-to-cart button, and badges across the page ran from -14% to -64%. Many tiles carry a "Sold out" label next to the markdown, including every doll tile on the page, among them a 3 kg cyber-skin half-body doll marked from ₹18,000.00 to ₹9,999.00 with a -44% badge. A markdown on a tile therefore does not mean the item can be bought, and no markdown carries a date.
The home page says "Free shipping pan-India" and "Fast, Free Shipping Across India" and sets no minimum order for it. The help page adds that a small shipping fee may apply to cash-on-delivery orders compared with prepaid ones, to cut down on returned-to-origin parcels, without giving the amount.
After the order: dispatch, delivery and charges
Nothing renews, so what follows an order is dispatch. The help page says orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, that metro cities take 3-5 business days and Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and remote areas take 5-7 business days, and that live tracking goes out by SMS and email once the order is dispatched. The home page gives 2-5 business days with same-day delivery in Delhi, Chandigarh and Ambala. The delivery page lists city-by-city times, with same-day delivery in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula, Mohali and several other Haryana cities, and 5-10 business days for the North-East states and the island territories; a note on that table calls its times samples. The timelines therefore differ from page to page, and the help page's slower figures are the conservative reading.
Packaging is part of the pitch. The help page says parcels arrive in a plain brown box or courier envelope with nothing on the outside naming the shop or the product, and that the sender name appears as a neutral entity such as "AST Logistics" or "Personal Care Products". The shop says it ships to over 20,000 pin codes, partners with national courier services and delivers to all 29 states and 8 union territories.
Payment methods and the billing name
The shop accepts cash on delivery for most locations, UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking. The delivery page adds that cash-on-delivery availability varies by location, while UPI, cards and net banking work everywhere. Online payments are described as SSL-encrypted, and the privacy policy, last updated in July 2026, says payment information is processed securely and card or banking details are not stored after an order is complete.
On the statement, the help page is specific about the type of entry but not the wording: for online payments the bank or card statement shows "a neutral, generic business name" that does not mention adult products or the shop, and for cash-on-delivery orders no digital entry appears because no electronic payment is processed. No processor is named and no descriptor text is printed, so the exact label is not given.
Getting out: cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch. The help page says that once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, cancellation is no longer possible because the parcel is in transit. To cancel, the buyer contacts the shop on WhatsApp with the order ID, and the same answer says prepaid order refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
The return rule is strict. The shop says it cannot accept returns once the original vacuum seal or packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons, and the home page puts it more broadly: no returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. A faulty item is handled differently: the help page asks the buyer to report a non-functional or visibly damaged product within 24 hours of delivery by WhatsApp with an unboxing video, which it calls mandatory, and the shop then arranges a free replacement. The home page's version of the same rule covers a wrong item too and asks for photos or a video within 24 hours. For a product thought not to be genuine, the buyer must also contact the shop within 24 hours of delivery with the order ID and an unboxing video.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The menu splits the stock into men's toys (masturbators, penis rings and sleeves, sex dolls), women's toys (dildos, vibrators, machines, strap-ons), anal toys and BDSM, with a blog alongside. The help page lists the materials as medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic and TPE or Cyberskin, and says the shop sources from international brands and authorized Indian distributors, with a warranty certificate in the box where the maker provides one. Support is by WhatsApp and phone in Hindi and English; the help page gives hours of 10 AM to 8 PM Monday to Saturday, while the home page and the delivery page say 7 days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM.
The offer suits a first-time buyer who can use the first-order code, who pays prepaid in line with the free-shipping claim, and who wants a neutral name on the card statement. It also suits someone who prefers cash on delivery and accepts a possible small fee. It suits less well a buyer who wants a refund for a change of mind, since opened products are not returned, or who wants to cancel after dispatch. Doll buyers should note that the doll tiles on the shop page all showed "Sold out" beside their markdowns, so the doll side of the store is a list to watch rather than a basket to fill.
