What Adult Toys India is and what the saving looks like
Adult Toys India is an online sex toy shop selling to buyers across India, priced in rupees. Its terms name TSD Enterprises, referred to there as adulttoys-india, and say the site is operated by Chirpy Digital Private Limited. The About page describes the people behind it as a group of legal professionals working out of Bangalore, while the contact block in the footer gives an office address in Tirupur, Tamilnadu. The shop sells toys for men and for women, couples' items, anal toys, vibrators, lubricants, lingerie, BDSM gear, dolls and repair accessories. It is a one-off retail purchase: no membership, no trial and no subscription, so nothing renews and nothing is charged again after checkout.
The saving is a standing markdown. Product tiles carry a Sale tag and print an "Original price was" figure beside a lower "Current price is" figure, so the reduction is visible on each item before it goes in the cart. The top bar of every page adds a promise of free express shipping in 2 days. No coupon code, first-order discount or sign-up bonus appears anywhere on the shop, so the marked-down prices are the offer, and no end date is printed beside them.
The marked-down prices
The menu splits the catalog into men's toys, women's toys, couples' toys, anal toys, lubricants, vibrators, BDSM, lingerie and accessories, each with a row of sub-ranges: sleeves and masturbators, liquid silicone dildos, strap-ons, egg and app-controlled vibrators, wireless vibrators, sex machines and doll ranges for men and for women. Category pages can be sorted by price from low to high or high to low, which makes the cheaper markdowns easy to find.
In October 2026 the liquid silicone dildo page lists a 10.5 inch soft silicone dildo at an original ₹13,500.00 and a current ₹6,750.00. On the accessories page read the same month, a deck of couples' play cards is listed at an original ₹2,900.00 and a current ₹1,350.00. On the home page, a fruit-flavored water-based lubricant in an 80 ml bottle is listed at an original ₹2,999.00 and a current ₹1,399.00, and a 60 ml personal lubricant at an original ₹999.00 and a current ₹550.00.
The pattern holds well beyond those examples. On the dildo, sleeve, accessory and home pages, every product shown carries the Sale tag and both prices, from small items such as repair glue and cleaning pumps up to large dildos, strap-ons and an inflatable doll. The home page groups its newest stock into "New Arrivals for Women" and "New Arrivals for Men", and those tiles are marked down in the same way. The shop attaches no condition to the reduced figures: there is no minimum order, no payment-method condition and no new-customer limit on the product pages, and the reduced figure is simply the price at checkout.
The accessories range is worth a separate look for doll owners. It lists repair glue for silicone and TPE dolls, a USB heating rod, cleaning containers and pumps, and a set of sex machine attachments that the listing itself says come without the machine. These are reduced in the same Sale format as the toys.
What happens after the order
Because it is a store, the sequence after ordering is dispatch, delivery and, if something goes wrong, the return policy. The only delivery promise is the top banner, free express shipping in 2 days. Neither the banner nor any policy page states which locations it covers or whether the 2 days count to dispatch or to delivery, though the menu carries a long "Services Area" list of Indian cities from Tirupur and Chennai to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Shimla.
Nothing in the cart is sold as a recurring item, and the shop runs no pre-selected add-on and no loyalty scheme. The footer's discreet delivery note says all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The About page adds that products go out in plain cardboard boxes.
Billing and payment
The About page makes one specific billing promise: the charge on a credit card or bank account appears in the name of the "Parent registered company", not the website, so the shop's name does not show on the statement. That passage stops short of naming the company. The terms page names two firms, TSD Enterprises as the business and Chirpy Digital Private Limited as the operator, which gives a buyer two names to look for on a statement line, but no page says which one is used.
Accepted payment methods are not set out on any page of the shop, and no gateway or processor is named. Prices are shown in rupees only. Before paying, a buyer can ask through the customer service email or the phone and WhatsApp line printed in the header.
The terms add the framework the purchase sits under. They describe the site as an adult lifestyle and sensual wellness website to be used for shopping, not for mere visual browsing, and say that using the site means accepting the terms, which the shop may change at any time, leaving it to the user to check them periodically. They grant the user a personal, limited privilege that cannot be transferred to use the site for as long as the terms are followed.
Getting out: cancellation, returns and refunds
The return policy page is the most detailed part of the site. It says customers can cancel an order and ask for a refund of a payment already made, as long as the order has not been delivered. Cancellation goes through the shop's chat service or by email to the customer service address. The policy does not give a time frame for that refund.
After delivery the rules are narrower. A complaint must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date, and the item must come back with its original packaging, tags and branding intact and the product unused. Replacements and refunds are processed only for products that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect; the policy refuses returns for any other reason and gives hygiene as the cause.
The money comes back in a limited form. The refund is given either as store credit or as an exchange for a product of similar price value. The page leaves both the decision on whether an order qualifies and the amount and form of the remedy to the sole discretion of the shop. Cash back to the original card or account is not among the options the policy lists.
What the money buys, and who this suits
The catalog is broad: sleeves, rings, chastity devices and masturbators for men; dildos, vibrators, egg and app-controlled toys for women; couples' games, lubricants, lingerie and BDSM items; doll ranges for men and for women; and repair and cleaning accessories for toys and dolls. The shop's own text speaks of high-quality, body-safe adult toys from international brands and calls itself LGBT friendly.
The offer suits a buyer in India who wants to see an original and a current price on each item before ordering, and who values a statement line that does not show the website's name. It fits less well for anyone who wants a cash refund, who may return an item for reasons other than damage or a defect, or who needs a list of payment methods before reaching checkout. The caveats are the store-credit-or-exchange refund, the 7-day complaint window, the unnamed statement company and the lack of any end date on the markdowns.
