What the shop is and what the saving looks like
18 Plus Toy is an online shop for adult toys and sex dolls that describes itself as a Chennai store trading since 2009. It sells in rupees, ships across India and says it dispatches from several warehouse locations, with Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune named in the footer. Nothing here is sold as a plan: each purchase is a one-off order, and the shop's discounts work on the basket. The saving comes from a stack of ordinary retail discounts: a reduction for paying online by UPI, an extra reduction on a first purchase, a free gift above a spend line, free delivery above a spend line, and marked-down prices on individual products.
For a reader hunting for a deal, the useful point is that most of these reductions are tied to how and how much you pay, not to a code. The shop's own pages print no coupon code, so the saving is visible at checkout or in the struck-through prices on the product tiles.
The discounts and how they are stated
In October 2026 a banner repeated across the storefront reads "Pay via UPI and enjoy instant 10% OFF". The same banner offers a free gift for shopping above ₹5000. The Chennai landing page adds that stock is running out and that a shopper can "save an additional 10% on your first purchase".
Product tiles carry a was-and-now price. As of October 2026 an inflatable sex doll on the Chennai page shows an original price of ₹25,200.00 and a current price of ₹15,000.00. A home-page strip promises dildos and vibrators at a discount with free gifts, and another strip says "Upto 60% Discount on Female sex toys in Chennai". A separate paragraph says shoppers can combine offers and discounts, and calls the super saver deals "LIVE from time to time". The same page says seasonal discounts and special offers run throughout the year and lists "No Hidden Charges" among its promises.
None of these pages gives an end date for the standing banner offers. The UPI line and the free-gift line run as sitewide strips with no stated expiry, while the super saver deals are described as coming and going without a schedule. How the UPI and first-purchase reductions combine with a product that is already marked down is not spelled out, so the cart total is the figure to check before paying.
What happens after the order is placed
There is no rebill and no renewal, because nothing is subscribed. The mechanics that matter are the order itself and what follows it. The terms page says that once an order is placed, a confirmation with the delivery cost and purchase price arrives by email and SMS or WhatsApp, and that the shop treats the order as an offer it then accepts, followed by a second email confirming shipment. The terms add that a product left off the shipment confirmation may not be part of the contract. They also state that the shop may change or impose fees for its products and amend its terms and site without prior notice, which is a plain reason to read the price at checkout rather than rely on a banner seen days earlier. A user who breaches the terms can have the account suspended or terminated without notice.
Delivery has a money side. In October 2026 the shipping page says delivery is free for orders worth more than Rs. 5000, and that a buyer can ask for sped-up delivery, for which the shop may charge extra. The charge for orders below the free line is not printed. It says an order can take a maximum of 2 days to prepare and should reach the address within 4-5 business days, with metro cities faster and remote locations slower. The storefront banner separately claims delivery within 24 hours for orders placed before 1 PM, and one city page claims 2-hour express delivery in selected Kolkata areas. Those are the shop's claims for particular places. The contact page says an order can be tracked under My Orders in the customer account, or by sending the order ID on WhatsApp or by email.
Payment methods and billing
The shop lists these ways to pay: debit or credit card, UPI, wallet transfer, partial cash on delivery and full cash on delivery. A banner states that cash on delivery is available across India, and the Kolkata page repeats that it is available for all orders. Prices are in rupees. The pages describe a "100% secure payment gateway" but name no payment processor, and they publish no billing descriptor, so a reader cannot learn from them what an online payment will be labeled on a card or bank statement. They say packages carry no explicit labels and are shipped in plain packaging, which concerns the parcel, not the statement.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
The cancellation rule is short. The shipping and return page says a customer gets 24 hours to cancel an order after placing it, and that cancellation requests are not approved once the order has moved further into the shipment process. The page names no cancellation form or address. The contact page lists a phone number, an email address and a WhatsApp link, and describes support as available 24/7.
Returns are narrower than the headline "7-Day Return Policy" suggests. The return section says a buyer may claim an exchange or refund if the purchased item is damaged or defective, and that the shop accepts only items bought not more than 7 days earlier. The item must be unused with its company seal unbroken. The shop does not accept toys, body products, lubricants, cleaners, bath products or batteries in open condition. The buyer pays the courier charge to get a replacement and cannot claim shipping charges back on an exchanged or returned item. For damaged or liquid items sent out by the shop itself, it says it charges nothing to replace them. Once the shop receives a returned item, it says a refund or replacement can take a maximum of 1 week. The page does not say which payment method a refund goes back to.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog is split into toys for men, toys for women and toys for couples. Under the doll heading the menu lists inflatable, solid, half-body and realistic sex dolls, and the shop also sells accessories and sexual wellness products.
The offer fits a buyer who pays by UPI, who plans a basket large enough to cross the free-delivery and free-gift line, and who is comfortable choosing a product from a photograph and a description, since the return window covers damaged or defective goods only. It suits a first-time buyer in a metro city who wants cash on delivery as a fallback. It fits less well a shopper who wants a refund for a change of mind, who needs a stated billing label on a statement, or who wants a fixed code and a published end date, because the pages give none of these. The saving depends on payment method and basket size, and the strongest figures on the pages are the shop's own marketing claims rather than guaranteed discounts on every product.
