What XOXTOYS is and what the offers are

XOXTOYS is a Canadian online sex toy shop. The homepage calls itself a discreet adult toy shop, says it is Canadian owned and operated, and sells vibrators, dildos, male toys, couples toys, anal toys, lubes, BDSM gear, sex machines, books and condoms. There is no subscription. Every order is a one-off purchase in Canadian dollars, so the money questions are about coupons, markdowns, rewards and shipping thresholds rather than a trial and a rebill.

Four kinds of saving are stated. A newsletter sign-up gives a percentage off the cart. A rewards program pays sign-up cash that converts into a coupon. A long list of brand-specific coupon codes sits on a coupons page. And the home page row headed "Best Sellers" carries a regular price beside a lower sale price with a percent-off label, with a "Hot Deals" entry in the menu. On top of those, a free shipping threshold and a free gift threshold apply to bigger orders.

The coupon page, the rewards and the newsletter code

The coupons page opens with the rewards program. XOXTOYS members get coupons and free items by signing up with an email address and completing certain tasks. In October 2026 the page gave two examples: referring a friend to the site earns money off a coupon, and signing up earns 100 XOX Cash, which the page says "amounts to a $5 coupon". The other tasks and any expiry for XOX Cash are not listed; the footer links an XOX Rewards page for the program.

In October 2026 the newsletter offer was printed in the same block: "Subscribe to our newsletter and get 10% discount on your cart", with the code CYZCOUPONCODE1 shown beside it. The page gives no end date for it and no minimum order. It also says the site sends the latest offers and promotional codes by email.

Below that sits a Brand Offers list of codes, each attached to a named product or brand. The list mixes second-item discounts on lubricants, buy-two-get-a-third-free deals on Pjur lubricants and Foria products, and percentage discounts on single products from brands such as Lelo, Womanizer, Fun Factory, Tenga, Dame and We-Vibe. As of October 2026 one example the page prints is the code BOYBUTTER50, which gives a 50% discount on a second purchase when any Boy Butter item is bought. A few entries show a badge percentage that differs from the percentage in their own text, so the effect of a code has to be confirmed in the cart. The page gives no schedule for when any of them end.

Limits on the codes

The page states the limits plainly. Only one coupon can be used per purchase. If an item is already a clearance sale item, the discount is applied naturally, which means the markdown shows without a code. Codes grabbed from the site are valid for a period once activated, and the page describes a countdown: after activation a code has about 15 to 30 minutes before it expires, and the cart can be filled first and the code activated later. A code received by email carries its own expiry date in the email, and the site says it will remind the buyer by email when a code is near expiry.

The page also explains how a code is used: enter it in the "Discount code or gift card" box at checkout and press Apply, and the total then shows the discounted price. Codes can fail if the time runs out, if the wrong code is used for the wrong item, or if the code is retyped incorrectly, which is why the page advises copying it exactly.

Sale prices on the homepage

The home page's "Best Sellers" row prints, for each item, a regular price, a sale price, a "You Save" amount and a percent-off label. In October 2026 it listed Uberlube Luxury Lubricant from $22.99 against a regular $29.99, in Canadian dollars. The same format runs through the row on Foria, Magic Wand, Aneros, We-Vibe, Satisfyer and Womanizer products and on female condoms, and many of those tiles, including several Satisfyer air pulse models and the Magic Wand Plus, are marked sold out, so the saving on offer depends on stock. Some percent labels on the page render as unprocessed template text rather than a number, so the sale price and the "You Save" figure are the ones to read.

As of October 2026 the coupons page also carries the shop's own headline promise of savings "up to 70%" with its coupon codes, without saying which item or code reaches that figure, and its FAQ says the shop runs BOGO deals, free shipping, clearance sales and site-wide savings from time to time.

Shipping, free gifts and payment

The store offers free shipping in Canada above a stated order total, a free gift above a higher stated total, and a pay-later option. In October 2026 the header read: "Free Shipping in Canada when you spend $59" and "Free gift with every order over $100". The homepage describes the gift as one of three options chosen at checkout and adds that the same free shipping line applies within the USA as well as Canada. It also says the shop gives a 45-day assurance and round-the-clock customer support. What the 45-day assurance covers is set out on the linked Pleasure Pledge Guarantee and Return Policy pages rather than on the home page.

Payment is described in three places. In October 2026 the homepage promotes buy now, pay later with Klarna, splitting a purchase into 4 interest-free payments. The coupons page says checkout takes a debit card, credit card, MasterCard or an online wallet, and that Shop Pay or PayPal can be used instead for added security. The site says it does not store payment information and uses current encryption. No card processor or billing descriptor is named, so the statement wording is not stated. The home page does promise plain packaging "with nothing to indicate the contents inside" and says the discretion runs "From billing to shipping".

Returns, cancellation and contact

Because orders are one-off, there is no membership to cancel. The pages publish no order cancellation window and no return period. A Return Policy page, a Pleasure Pledge Guarantee page and an FAQs page are linked in the footer, so those are where return terms would sit. For help applying a code or with an order, the site offers a contact form, an email address and a phone line.

The coupons page says an account can be created at the first purchase, and that the rewards program is joined by signing up with an email address.

What the money buys and who it suits

The shop covers lubes and lotions, vibrators, dildos, male masturbators, anal toys, cock rings, a mystery box, BDSM furniture and handhelds, sexual health items and books. It also has a gift sets category, an LGBTQ+ section, a sex-ed section and a quiz for picking a product. Its coupons page is the useful part for a shopper with a brand in mind, because it lists many brand-specific codes in one place, along with the stated limits.

It suits a Canadian buyer who is shopping a specific brand and wants to check for a code first, or who will place more than one order and collect XOX Cash. It suits less well a buyer who wants a single, plain sitewide sale: the percent-off labels are item by item, only one coupon can be used per purchase, and a code taken from the site runs on a short countdown, so the code has to be activated close to checkout.
