What the offer is
Mommys Toy Shop is an adult toy and lingerie store in Edmonton, Alberta. Its terms describe it as a division of MH Pleasures Inc., which owns and operates the site, and say the same company runs a second storefront, PleasurePackages.ca, under its own policies. The shop sells vibrators, dildos, couples toys, men's toys, lubricants, kink gear and lingerie, and also takes special orders for larger items. It runs a physical store with weekday hours, a local delivery service across the Edmonton region, and shipping across Canada.
The offers are of three kinds. A sale and clearance shelf marks selected products down from a regular price to a sale price. A tiered local delivery menu lets a buyer trade speed for a lower fee, down to a low-cost same-day option. And a flat shipping rate covers parcels sent anywhere in Canada. The pages show no trial and no membership fee. The beginner's guide also says the shop is always running promotions, without naming one.
The sale and clearance shelf
The on-sale page is titled around same-day delivery and clearance deals and shows each item with a regular price and a sale price, so the reader sees both numbers as the page prints them. In October 2026 a vibrating ring from VeDO is shown at a regular price of $49.95 and a sale price of $12.99. Other listings include an aluminum vibrator, a CyberSkin stroker, glass massagers, gift sets and bath products, each marked down by a smaller or larger amount.
The page prints prices, not percentages, and the shelf is a short list rather than a store-wide sale. It gives no end date, no limit per customer, and no statement of whether sale items can be returned on different terms. A buyer should treat the shelf as a handful of marked-down items to check against the regular catalog.
Delivery fees and shipping
Local delivery is where the pricing is most detailed. In October 2026 the FAQ lists the Edmonton one-hour VIP delivery at $10 for orders of $35 or more, with a higher fee for smaller orders. A same-day no rush option costs $5 and delivers within about 3-8 hours. The page says delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and that traffic, weather and driver availability can change them. The exact option and fee for an address appear at checkout.
Surrounding communities such as Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc and Spruce Grove are priced by zone, with fees on the same menu rising as distance grows. For parcels leaving the region, the home page in October 2026 states a Canada-wide flat rate of $20. The shipping page says the shop also ships to the US, and the special order page says US shipping covers select items only. The pages give no free shipping threshold.
Local pickup is the other route. The FAQ says to choose pickup at checkout, that the shop will make contact when the order is ready, and that the buyer needs ID if the order was prepaid, plus the order confirmation or number. The page says an order can generally be ready within 1 hour before 2 am. The Edmonton page adds that digital gift cards are available in any amount.
After the order
The pages describe single purchases, so the questions are about changes and returns. Both are tight.
The FAQ says that once an order has entered processing or delivery it cannot be canceled, and that a buyer who needs a change should contact the shop right away. The terms are a little looser: orders may be canceled before fulfillment where reasonably possible, and once an order has entered delivery, pickup preparation or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the shop itself cancels, for example for an unavailable item or a pricing error, the money goes back to the original payment method.
Returns are exchange-first. The shipping and returns page accepts exchanges within 7 days of purchase for unused items in original, unopened packaging with the receipt, and states plainly that the shop does not offer refunds: eligible items get an exchange or store credit. Intimate apparel and personal care products are non-exchangeable unless defective. Delivery drivers cannot process returns, so every exchange happens at the store. A defective or damaged item should be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt.
Other pages say something slightly different. The Edmonton page says sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days with a receipt, and the FAQ says a damaged toy still in its original packaging is eligible for a refund or exchange at the store. The terms list replacement, refund, store credit or warranty help as possible remedies for a defective item. The pages do not reconcile the 7 day and 14 day windows or the refund and no-refund wording, so they leave open which rule applies to a given purchase.
Special orders
Dolls, torsos and sex machines that the shop does not stock are sold by special order, and that page has its own money rules. In October 2026 it requires at least a 50% deposit. It allows a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours, says the order is locked in once the supplier confirms availability, and treats the item as final sale after delivery. The shop says it confirms supplier availability and an estimated lead time within 24 hours of the order. Because the deposit is a share of a high-ticket item, the 24 hour window is the part of the page that matters.
Billing
The payment options page says all orders are billed under the parent company name MH Pleasures Inc., which appears on a bank or PayPal statement as a neutral descriptor. The terms add that charges may appear as MH Pleasures Inc., Mommys Toy Shop or another descriptor disclosed at checkout, and that shipping labels may carry the abbreviation MTS. Payments run through third-party providers, which the terms say may include Square.
Accepted methods on that page are major credit and debit cards, PayPal, the buy now, pay later services Afterpay, Sezzle and Klarna, and the shop's own gift cards. The Edmonton page adds cash and e-transfer for in-person and local orders. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with taxes and delivery charges disclosed before payment.
Who the offer suits
The savings are modest and local. They fit someone in or near Edmonton who wants a toy tonight and is willing to pay a stated delivery fee, or who has spotted a marked-down item on the clearance shelf. A buyer elsewhere in Canada pays the flat rate with no stated free shipping line. The return wording is the main caveat: no refunds on the shipping page, a different window elsewhere, and final sale on special orders. That makes the shop a better fit for a buyer who is sure of the product than for one who may want money back.
