What the offer is

Arcwave sells sex toys designed for men through its own online storefronts, one per country or region. The standing offer is a sale section: the Canadian storefront lists toy sets that pair an Arcwave stroker with a vibrator from another maker, and each set shows its regular price beside the reduced one. In October 2026 that page is headed "Summer Sale" with "UP TO 30% OFF", and it gives no end date. The pages describe an ordinary shop. There is no membership, no free trial and no recurring plan, so the saving is a one-time price cut on a single order, not a rate that changes later.

Standing items sit behind the sale. The Swiss storefront's newsletter box promises a welcome voucher to new subscribers, though no page gives its value or its terms. And every toy carries a 2-year warranty, with a 100 day Pleasure Guarantee named in the banner at the top of each page. The site footer credits WOW TECH USA LTD, and the About page says Arcwave was born in 2020 inside the WOW Tech Group, which it describes as founded in Berlin, with offices in Berlin, Ottawa and Hong Kong.

The sale on the Canadian storefront

In October 2026 the Canadian sale page lists 2 sets, each marked 30% off. The Connection Collection pairs the Arcwave Ghost stroker sleeve with a We-Vibe Tango mini bullet vibrator, shown at CA$87.00 against a regular price of CA$124. The Dream Team Set pairs the Arcwave Pow stroker with a Womanizer Pro40 clitoral vibrator, shown at CA$146 against a regular price of CA$208.

The page does not say whether the sale prices combine with a newsletter voucher, and it prints no coupon code. Both sets carry their own add-to-cart button, so the reduction applies to the set as a whole rather than to a basket.

As of October 2026 the other storefronts run the same kind of sale in their own currencies. The U.S., United Kingdom and European Union pages show the Dream Team Set in dollars, pounds and euros, each with its own regular price, and the European page also shows the Connection Collection. The U.S. page adds that orders over $30 ship free. The Swiss storefront goes further: its Booster Bundle, a set pairing the Arcwave Voy stroker with a Womanizer Starlet Snow, is marked 50% off, and a second Swiss set pairing the Arcwave Ion with a Womanizer Pro40 is also marked down. A Canadian shopper cannot assume those sets or prices appear on the Canadian page.

After the sale: what happens to the order

Because this is a shop and not a subscription, nothing converts or renews. The order is a purchase, and the only follow-on question is what else lands in the cart. The Swiss Booster Bundle page lists accessories beneath the set, among them a replacement storage base, a charging cable, drying packs, a drying stick and a toy cleaner, each with its own cart button. The text of the pages mentions no add-on that is selected in advance.

The Swiss storefront's terms page says prices are final prices that include German value-added tax, and that quoted prices, shipping included, apply only within Germany and only at the time of the order. The Canadian sale page does not repeat any of this. It shows no tax line, no duty line and no shipping charge, so the final Canadian total is not stated before checkout.

Stock items are shipped within one business day of payment, according to the Swiss shipping page, which lists standard delivery as 1-3 business days. The same page says parcels leave under a neutral sender address that does not contain "arcwave", only the names of WOW Tech Europe GmbH and its logistics partner, and the home page lists free delivery, discreet packaging and a 2 year warranty with every purchase.

Billing

The Swiss shipping page lists Amazon Pay, PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung and Giropay. The home page names credit card and PayPal, and the footer carries a "Secure Payment With" strip of payment logos. The terms say a credit card is charged when the order is completed, while PayPal and Sofortüberweisung payments are made during checkout under the extra conditions of each method. Business customers can be invoiced on a written order, payable immediately, and a financing option is mentioned with a credit check, which the data clause says runs through Billpay GmbH.

The pages name no card processor and no billing descriptor, so they do not say what appears on a card or bank statement. Each storefront prices in its own currency: Canadian dollars with the CA$ prefix on the Canadian page, dollars, pounds, euros and Swiss francs elsewhere. The contracting party in the Swiss-hosted terms is WOW Tech Europe GmbH of Berlin, and the imprint on that storefront names Lovehoney Group Germany GmbH. Those terms are headed with a date of 10/2017, which is worth knowing before relying on them for a Canadian order.

Returns, warranty and getting out

There is no subscription to cancel, so getting out means the return and warranty rules. The terms say consumers hold the statutory right of withdrawal as set out in a separate withdrawal notice, and that businesses get no voluntary right. The terms do not set out the notice's length or conditions.

The FAQ is plain on opened products. Asked whether a product can be returned, it answers that returns cannot be accepted once the product's seal is broken, for hygiene reasons, and it suggests trying the product several more times because the stimulation style needs the body to adjust. The banner names a 100 day Pleasure Guarantee, and the pages give no conditions behind that name. The warranty is clearer: the FAQ says defective items are replaced within the warranty period on proof of purchase, that there is no registration program, and that the buyer should keep the original receipt for the whole period.

For help with an order, the contact page offers a Care AI chatbot around the clock, which hands the case to a customer care agent when one is available or opens a support ticket. The imprint and the terms give care@arcwave.com as the email address.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The catalog is a small range of men's toys in the brand's own terms: the Ion 2 stroker, the Voy stroker with an adjustable fit, the Ghost sleeve with a reversible inside that gives a second surface texture, the Zing vibrating masturbator and the Pow manual stroker, plus replacement parts, lubricant and cleaner. The sets add vibrators from other makers. The sale section on each storefront is the whole of the offer, alongside the newsletter voucher.

The sale suits someone who already wants one of the Canadian sets and would rather buy it at the reduced figure than at the regular price. It fits less well anyone who wants a trial period, a free sample or an unconditional return on an opened product, because the pages offer none of those in writing. Shoppers outside Canada should look at their own storefront, since the sets, prices and shipping thresholds differ, and anyone counting on the newsletter voucher should note that the pages state no amount. The Canadian sale page itself shows no shipping, tax or return text, so a Canadian buyer reads those terms on the brand's other pages, which are written for European orders.
