What the offer is

Fleshlight is the brand's own online store for the male masturbation toys it makes, plus the lubes, care products, mounts and cases that go with them. It runs a Canadian storefront at fleshlight.ca that prices in Canadian dollars beside the main US store. The terms name Interactive Life Forms, LLC of Austin, Texas, written ILF in the policies, together with Fleshlight Canada Distribution, ULC, as the companies behind the sites. The home page calls the product the number one selling male sex toy in the world, which is the brand's own claim, and Fleshlight's Everyday Deals page says over 20 million have been sold across more than 25 years.

The savings here depend on how much goes into the cart, not on a trial. There is a mix and match discount on the toys themselves, a build your own combo discount on accessories and lubes bought with a toy, a handful of strokers marked down on the Canadian home page, and a rewards program that opens with a sign-up points bonus. The pages describe no membership fee, no free trial and no recurring charge. Every purchase is a one-off order.

The discount ladder

Fleshlight's Everyday Deals page sets out two stacks, and the Canadian version of the page carries the same tiers. The first is mix and match: the discount rises as the number of Fleshlights, masturbators or strokers in the cart rises, with steps at any two, any four and six or more. The second is build your own combo: buy a Fleshlight and the discount on accessories and lubes rises with how many of those are added, from any one up to three or more.

In October 2026 Fleshlight's Everyday Deals page lists 10% off for any two toys, rising to 20% off for six or more. The combo stack runs from 10% off one accessory or lube up to 30% off three or more. The page says the discounts are applied automatically at the cart, so there is no code to enter, and it prints no code of its own.

The limits are stated plainly. The Quickshot series is excluded on both storefronts, the Canadian page also excludes Fleshlight X from mix and match, and both add that other exclusions may apply. Discounts and promotions are subject to change and cannot be combined with any other offer. The page gives no end date for either stack.

Marked-down items and Canadian prices

The navigation carries a sale items collection and a sleeve of the month shelf. The sale items collection on the main store showed no products in October 2026. The Canadian home page is where the markdowns sit: in October 2026 it lists the Stamina Training Unit Stroker, the Turbo, the Fleshlight Classics Stroker and the Ice Lady at $79.95 CAD against a regular price of $99.95 CAD. The rest of the Canadian range shows a single regular price, with Fleshlight Girl sleeves listed from a fixed starting price and no markdown.

As of October 2026 the banner across the Canadian storefront reads "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $125". The Canadian pages show the cart in Canadian dollars and say taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout. The FAQ on the same storefront says international orders may be subject to customs fees and duties that are not included in the total, without saying whether that applies to Canadian delivery.

Rewards and the sign-up bonus

The rewards page says points are earned on every purchase and redeemed for discounts on future purchases. In October 2026 it offers 150 Fleshbucks free on initial sign-up. The FAQ adds that points can also be earned by referring friends or writing a review, and it sets earn rates per dollar spent that rise from a Bronze tier through Silver to Gold. No page states what a Fleshbuck is worth in money or what spending reaches each tier, so the bonus is a stated number without a stated worth.

After the order

The pages describe one-off orders, so there is no trial to convert and no rebill. What matters instead is what happens if an order is wrong or unwanted.

Cancellation is narrow. The cancellation policy says an order can be canceled only before it is processed and shipped, and that once processed it is no longer eligible. A request goes to customer service by toll-free phone or by email with the order number, and the policy warns that a cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order is already in processing. If a canceled order was paid, the full refund goes to the original payment method only, and the policy puts average processing at 3-5 business days. An order that has already shipped can be refused at delivery or sent back through the returns process; the FAQ adds that a refused parcel returned without an RMA number gets the product value refunded on receipt.

Returns are limited to unopened, unused items. The refund policy sets a 30 day window from the delivery date and requires an RMA number from customer service before anything is shipped, with the number written on the box. The refund is the product value, less the original shipping fee, and the page asks for 10 business days after the return arrives. The buyer pays to ship the return. Opened or used items are disposed of with no refund, and orders that arrive with damaged retail packaging do not qualify for a replacement or a refund. Package deals cannot be returned in part: the page says a partial product value refund will not be issued, so a mix and match order has to go back whole to be refunded.

A defective or wrong item is handled differently. Photos are needed to confirm the problem, and the replacement ships at the store's expense, with no need to send the faulty item back. The page gives 90 days from delivery to report it, and says defective products are not eligible for refunds, only replacement.

Billing and support

The pages do not name a payment processor and do not give a billing descriptor for the card statement. The FAQ says no account is needed to order, and that an order can be placed online or by phone. A prepaid card is accepted as long as it has been activated. The terms of the European storefront list Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB for online card payment; the Canadian and US pages print no list of their own.

The FAQ says orders go out in a plain cardboard box with ILF, LLC named as the shipper and no reference to the Fleshlight name or to adult products. That covers the box, not the statement. The Canadian contact page lists a toll-free number, a Canada support email and an ILF Inc. address in Mississauga, Ontario for returns and payment by mail, with phone hours seven days a week. The returns section of the Canadian FAQ still gives the Austin, Texas returns address, so a Canadian buyer should get the RMA number and the return address from customer service before shipping anything back.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days according to the shipping policy, which adds that processing may run longer during promotional events. The same policy routes P.O. boxes and addresses in Alaska, Guam and Hawaii through USPS Priority rather than UPS, and says lost or damaged parcels are handled through a claim with the carrier before a replacement goes out.

Who the offer suits

The mechanics favor someone buying several items at once. A single sleeve earns no mix and match discount, because the first step needs two toys, and the accessory stack needs a toy in the cart first. Someone adding a lube and a cleaning product to one sleeve would sit in the middle of the combo stack and not at its top. On the Canadian store, one of the marked-down strokers plus accessories is the simplest way to stack a markdown with the combo discount, though the page does not say whether sale prices and the combo stack combine.

The strict return rule means the saving suits a buyer who is sure of the product, since an opened toy cannot be returned for money. The offer fits less well for anyone who expects a trial period or a refund after use. The sign-up bonus is easy to claim but carries no stated value, and the main store's sale shelf was empty in October 2026. Anyone who dislikes recurring charges will find none described: the cost is the order total at checkout, plus shipping where the order falls below the free shipping line.
