What PleasureX is and what the offer is

PleasureX, written Pleasurex.ca in its page titles, is an online sex toy store that signs off as "Proudly Canadian" and lists a head office in Calgary, Alberta, with office hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain time. It runs on Shopify and sells vibrators, masturbators, dildos, anal toys, bondage gear, lubricants, sexual wellness products and accessories from named brands such as Womanizer, Lelo, Lovense, We-Vibe, Satisfyer, b-Vibe and Tenga.

The saving is a markdown on the product itself rather than a membership. Product tiles on the home page and in the sale collections show a sale price beside a regular price and, on reduced items, a percentage-off badge. A Spring Sale collection and a holiday collection gather more of these markdowns, and a header banner advertises flat-rate shipping across Canada above a spend line. There is no trial, no sign-up code and no subscription.

How the markdowns are shown

Every tile prints three things: the sale price in Canadian dollars, the regular price, and a badge with the store's own percentage. In October 2026 the home page's New Arrivals row listed the Womanizer Next Liberty clitoral stimulator at $111.90 CAD against a regular price of $139.90 CAD, with the store's percentage badge beside it. The Bestseller row on the same page carried the Tenga Lotion Regular with a "44% OFF" badge, alongside reduced Lovense, b-Vibe, Tenga and Strap-On-Me items. Advent calendars for the 2026 season, made with We-Vibe, Womanizer and Arcwave, also sit in New Arrivals with their own sale and regular prices.

These badges are standing prices on ordinary product pages, not a code the shopper enters. The percentages vary item by item, and the store prints each one itself, so the badge on the tile is the figure to go by. Some tiles in the collections are marked sold out with the sale price still displayed, so a reduced item can be unavailable.

The sale collections

The Spring Sale collection describes itself as a mix of new arrivals, vibrators and masturbators and says it holds 42 items. It includes Romp, Womanizer, We-Vibe, Lovense, plusOne, b-Vibe, Mystim and Perifit products, each with a sale and a regular price. Its text says the sale runs "for a limited time" and gives no end date.

A second collection sits at a Christmas sale address under the heading "New Year Sex Toys Deals 2026" and says it holds 171 items, among them Satisfyer, Lelo and Lovense toys, lingerie, massage oil sets and seasonal hampers. It gives no schedule either.

The Spring Sale page adds a spend incentive: as of October 2026, "spend $99 or more and receive a FREE gift", which the page says is "automatically added to your order". The gift itself is not named. It is a gift with purchase, not a price reduction, and the page sets no end date beyond "for a limited time".

Shipping and delivery

In October 2026 the header banner on every page offered flat-rate shipping of $9.99 Canada-wide on orders of $49 or more, under a line promising discreet shipping all over Canada. The FAQ on the sale collections describes shipping more generally: the cost is calculated from the customer's location and the items in the order, and the shipping price is always shown before purchase. The banner gives a flat figure and the FAQ a calculated one, so the cart shows which applies to a given basket.

The FAQ says orders ship as soon as possible, that an email with further information follows once an order ships, and that delivery times vary by location. No carrier is named. Product tiles say pickup is not available. The home page lists "Discreet Shipping" with "Unbranded Packaging", and the footer links a Discreet Packaging page.

After the purchase: returns and final sale

This is a one-time retail purchase, so there is no trial to convert, no rebill and no renewal. What matters after checkout is the return rule, and the FAQ states it in two answers. The first says the goal is for every customer to be "totally satisfied" and that, if not, the customer should get in touch and the store will work to make it right. The second says the store is "unable to accept returns on certain items" and that these "will be carefully marked before purchase". The FAQ gives no return window and does not say who pays return shipping or whether sale items follow the same rule. The footer links a separate Refund policy and Terms of service.

No pre-selected add-on, shipping insurance or other auto-added extra appears beyond the free gift described above.

Billing and payment methods

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, with CAD written after each amount. The footer's payment row lists American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, "Master", Shopify Pay and Visa. No billing descriptor is given, so the statement wording is not stated. The home page lists "Trusted Quality & Secure Checkout" among its promises, and the cart panel offers an account log-in "to check out faster", so an account is optional.

The email list box offers "exclusive deals and early access to new products" with "Unsubscribe anytime", and states no discount in return for signing up.

Getting out

There is no subscription to cancel. For an order, the footer gives a Contact Us page, a Sign In / Register link, the Calgary head office and the office hours, and the home page promises "Priority Support" under the line "Customer Comes First". No procedure or deadline is given for canceling an order before it ships, and the way a refund is paid back is not described outside the linked refund policy.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The store organizes its catalog by audience (for her, for him, for couples) and by product type, with brand shelves under each menu: Womanizer, Lelo, Dame, Romp, Lovense and Magic Wand for vibrators; Arcwave, Tenga, Kiiroo and Hot Octopuss for masturbators; Strap-on-Me, Love to Love, b-Vibe and Tantus for dildos; Liberator and Fifty Shades of Grey among the bondage brands; Uberlube, Sliquid, JO, YES, Pjur and Wicked for lubricants. It also sells condoms and oral dams, massage oils, toy cleaners, books, games, gift sets and menstrual cups. The FAQ says its products are manufactured both locally and globally, and the home page describes them as body-safe, which are the store's own statements.

The offer suits a Canadian shopper who already knows which branded device they want and wants a printed regular price next to the sale price before buying, or someone whose basket was already heading past the flat-rate shipping line. It suits less well a shopper who wants a clear return window before buying, since the FAQ leaves the window open, and anyone expecting a standing code or a sign-up discount, since none is printed.
