Sinsations Adult Boutique

What Sinsations is and what the offer is

Sinsations Adult Boutique calls itself an established Canadian company with 2 locations in Ontario, serving customers from Kingston, Napanee, Belleville, Ottawa and the places between, and Canada-wide through its online store. Its About page says that for over 25 years it has sold sex toys, adult novelties, lingerie and DVDs. The store address given on every page is on Bath Road in Kingston, and the online shop runs on Lightspeed.

The offer that leads is a site-wide discount. In October 2026 the home page hero reads "Use Code: NAUGHTY25 Online Only" and, under it, "LIMITED TIME OFFER! Get 25% OFF your entire purchase!" The same page links a "Shop our sale items here" block, and the store keeps a separate Offers collection. A free shipping threshold applies on top. There is no trial, no subscription and no renewal, so what follows is about a one-time retail order: what the code does, what shipping costs, and above all what the store's final-sale rule means for a discounted purchase.

The code and what the page says about its limits

As of October 2026 the home page printed the code NAUGHTY25 and described it as 25% off an entire purchase. Two limits are stated: the label "Online Only" sits beside the code, and the offer is called a limited time offer. No end date, minimum spend or rule about combining the code with sale items or free shipping is given, and the hero does not say whether the discount is taken before or after tax.

The store's general terms add one sentence that bears on any discount: "Price adjustments cannot be made once a sale is complete." Read with the code, that means a shopper who forgets to enter it, or who sees a lower price after paying, has no adjustment to claim under the terms.

The Offers collection and sale tiles

In October 2026 the Offers collection listed 17 products tagged Sale, with a price filter running up to C$200 and brand filters for Kix'ies and Wicked. Each tile prints 2 prices side by side without naming either one. On some tiles the first figure is higher than the second, on others it is lower, and on several the 2 figures match, so the tiles alone do not show which is the regular price. The collection leans on bachelorette and party items such as challenge cards, utensils, charades, a sash and a party game, plus a bendable Kama Sutra vibrator, a novelty item and Kix'ies hosiery in several sizes. It is a small markdown shelf rather than a cut across the catalog, and the site-wide code is the larger saving for most baskets.

Shipping, pickup and the order total

The banner on each page states free standard shipping with a purchase of $69. The Shipping & returns page puts it in more detail as of October 2026: orders of $69 and over before tax ship free, and packages travel by Canada Post Expedited Parcel and should arrive within 1-9 business days after payment is complete. Below the threshold, a flat rate of $14.99 CAD applies. The page opens by saying the store ships within Canada using Canada Post Standard Shipping, aims to ship within 1 business day and may split an order into several packages, so it names Standard Shipping in one place and Expedited Parcel in another.

Packaging is discreet, in unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with plain mailing labels. In-store and curbside pickup at the Bath Road shop is also offered: the store aims to have an order ready within 3 hours "if not sooner", emails when it is ready, and asks for a copy of the receipt and photo ID at collection. An order not collected within 30 days is deemed abandoned, and the page says there is no credit or refund on abandoned orders. Pickup avoids the shipping line altogether for a shopper near Kingston.

Returns, defects and refunds

The return policy is blunt. The Shipping & returns page is headed "ALL SALES FINAL", and the General Terms say that due to the intimate nature of the products all items are final sale and do not offer returns or exchanges. The terms state that products are checked to be in working condition before shipping, and that once an item leaves the warehouse or is bought in store it is treated as used. The page's list of non-returnable items, which it says is not exhaustive, covers douche and enema kits, anal toys, beads and plugs, cock and ball devices, cock rings and sleeves, lingerie and menswear, dildos, condoms, and lubricants and massage oils.

The one exception is a defective item. The customer must contact the store by email within 5 days of purchase with a name, purchase date, invoice number and details of the defect. If the item is found defective, the store issues a Replacement Authorization Number and replaces it with the same item. The customer pays to send the defective item back, the replacement ships free, and the returned item must be unused and come with its original packaging, parts and accessories; an item judged used or intentionally damaged "will not be refunded". The remedy the page describes is a replacement, and nothing on the pages relaxes the final-sale rule for a discounted order.

Billing and cancellation

Prices are in Canadian dollars, shown with the C$ prefix. The cart panel carries the line "Safely pay with:" with no method written out beside it, and no processor or billing descriptor is named in the home page, terms or shipping pages. There is no subscription to cancel. The terms reserve the store's right to refuse service and to cancel an order at any time, and say nothing about a customer canceling an order before it ships. The support page gives a telephone line answered during business hours and a contact form with name, email, subject and message fields.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog spans anal toys, bondage gear, cock rings, dildos and strap-ons, lingerie (bridal wear, corsets, plus sizes, stockings and menswear), lubricants, male masturbators, vibrators, massage oil, toy cleaners, penis pumps and extensions, dance poles, and novelties and party games, with a shop-by-brand index and a blog. Featured products on the home page run from ball gags and collars to pegging kits, strokers and lingerie, and lingerie brands such as Dreamgirl, Fantasy Lingerie, Music Legs and Oh Yeah! appear in the clubwear filter. The About page says new toys are added daily and that its associates are on hand with advice, which are the store's own statements. The footer also links pages for Belleville, Nepean, Cornwall and Brockville shoppers.

The offer suits a shopper in Canada who is ready to buy and would take a percentage off the whole basket, and one who can pick up in Kingston and skip the shipping line. It suits less well a shopper who might want to return or exchange, because the pages are plain that sales are final and only a defect reported within 5 days is covered, and one who needs the code's expiry or conditions before ordering, since the page gives neither.
