What the offer is

Dreamy Desire is an online sex toy and wellness shop that ships only within Canada. The terms name the operator as Dreamy Desire, a Vamoson Inc. business based in Scarborough, Ontario, and the Welcome page says the store is part of Vamoson Inc. The shop sells vibrators, dildos, male masturbators, couples' items, anal toys, lubricants, a BDSM section, sex furniture, lingerie and wellness products from named makers such as We-Vibe, Lelo, Lovense, Tenga, Arcwave and Pjur.

The saving comes from several places: a rotating "On Sale" collection in which each product shows a sale price against a regular price, a written price-match promise, a free-shipping and free-gift tier, and a discount code the pages print. A split-payment option at checkout spreads a total across 4 payments. Every purchase is a single order with nothing billed again later. What deserves attention is how many conditions sit behind these offers: the sale rotates, the code cannot be combined, and the shop cannot cancel or change the address of an order once it has been placed.

The sale collection and the discount code

The sale page describes itself as a living category. It says new markdowns appear weekly as stock rotates, that a product in the cart today can jump back to its regular price tomorrow, and that every item shows its original price beside the reduced one. In October 2026 the collection shows, for example, a Kiiroo Feel Sensation Stroker at $98.99 CAD against a regular $123.99 CAD, and the page marks other markdowns in the same format. Several other items on the same page carry a "Sold Out" label next to a sale price, so a markdown does not promise stock.

The page explains the markdowns in its own words: stock rotation, packaging updates and wholesale rate changes, and it says sale items are factory-sealed and authentic. Those are the shop's statements, and the pages give no end date for any single markdown. The sale page also prints a code. As of October 2026 it says that code STUD20 takes 20% off at checkout and that it cannot be combined with other discount codes. The terms add that promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated, are valid for a limited time, apply while quantities last, can be withdrawn without notice, and apply to product value only, so they exclude shipping and taxes.

A price-match policy sits beside these. The FAQ says that if a buyer finds a lower price on the same item from an authorized Canadian retailer within 25 days of the purchase, an email with a link gets the difference refunded.

Shipping, the free gift and split payment

As of October 2026 the FAQ says shipping is free on standard orders of $100 or more within Canada, and those orders also receive a free gift, which the pages do not describe. Below $100 the FAQ lists a standard rate starting at $19.90, shown at checkout before payment. The banner on every page repeats the free gift line. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, leave from the shop's warehouse in British Columbia, ship with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator depending on the address, and come with parcel tracking in the invoice email. There is no store pickup, because the shop has no retail counter.

The sale page describes the split-payment option as a buy-now-pay-later choice that divides the total into 4 interest-free installments. The pages do not name the provider, do not say who qualifies and do not say what happens on a missed payment, so a buyer needs to read the terms shown at checkout.

The sale page says all sale items ship from a Canadian warehouse and that the price at checkout is the final price in Canadian dollars with no cross-border fees. The shop does not ship to the United States or elsewhere. On tax, the FAQ says the total shown at checkout, tax and shipping included, is what the buyer pays, with no customs forms, duties or brokerage fees because the parcel never crosses a border, and the terms add that discounts apply to product value only and exclude applicable taxes.

What can change after you order

The terms leave the shop wide room. Prices can change without notice, and product descriptions and pricing can change at any time at the shop's discretion. The shop can refuse an order, can limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order, and can limit orders it believes come from resellers. A clause on errors lets the shop correct inaccurate information on prices, promotions, offers and shipping charges and cancel orders, including after the order is submitted. For a buyer chasing a deep markdown, that clause is worth knowing, even though the shop presents its markdowns as genuine savings.

There is no pre-selected add-on described at checkout, and nothing renews. An order is a one-time purchase.

Billing

The FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. It says the shop never sees or stores the full card number and that payments run through Shopify's encrypted payment system; the terms say the store is hosted on Shopify Inc. The statement name is spelled out: charges appear under Vamoson Inc., which the FAQ calls the Canadian company that owns Dreamy Desire, and nothing on the statement describes what was bought.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The pages describe packaging as plain and unmarked, with no product names or store branding on the outside. A buyer who shares a card statement should know the statement shows the parent company's name, not the store name or the products.

Getting out

Cancellation is the firm point. The FAQ and the return policy both say orders are usually processed and shipped the same day, so an order cannot be canceled once placed, and the shipping address cannot be changed after dispatch. The advice on the page is to check the address before paying.

Returns are narrow. The FAQ says opened intimate products cannot be returned for a change of mind, and the return policy extends the rule to a long list that includes vibrators, anal toys, lingerie, lubricants, massage oils and condoms, and to any item missing components or its original packaging. Defective products are covered: if an item arrives faulty or develops a defect from normal use within 90 days of delivery, the shop refunds or replaces it. The claim goes by email with the subject line "Defect Claim", the order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. Shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the policy says to write to the shop if more than 15 business days pass after approval. The footer also carries a "90-Day Money-Back Guarantee" link, and the FAQ ties that name to defective products, so it is the defect rule above rather than a change-of-mind refund. Support answers by email on weekdays during office hours, and orders are taken online only, not by phone.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The money buys a large Canadian-warehouse catalog of branded toys, lubricants and accessories, with the sale collection as the lower-priced tier and gift sets and advent calendars as a separate collection. The shop also publishes buying guides on vibrators, male toys and first purchases.

The offers fit a Canadian shopper who wants a named product, can wait for it to appear in the sale collection and values a price-match promise and a code. They fit less well a buyer who wants to cancel after ordering, return an opened item or ship outside Canada. A buyer who plans to use the code should check at checkout that it applies, since it cannot be stacked, and a buyer who splits the payment should read the provider's terms first, because the pages say nothing about them.
