What Vibeshop is and what the saving looks like

Vibeshop.com is an online adult store selling sex toys, sex dolls, love swings, lingerie, costumes and related accessories, with thousands of products by its own description. The about page says the site is owned by Zantonia, Inc., and the terms page says the store has been shipping toys for more than 20 years. Those are the brand's statements. The menu runs from dolls and swings through vibrators, toys for men, dildos and anal toys to lingerie, costumes, bondage and games, with specials of the month, new arrivals and clearance sections.

The saving comes from a printed code, the mailing list and marked-down prices. A coupon code is printed on the discounts page, a mailing-list subscription is said to bring a discount on the next purchase, and individual products carry a marked-down price beside the regular one. The site also makes broad claims about the depth of its markdowns. There is no trial and no recurring charge anywhere on the pages, so the reader's attention belongs on the codes' limits, on how an order is billed, and on a return policy that includes a restocking fee.

The codes and the markdowns

The durable fact is that the discount page ties its deals to the mailing list. It says that anyone who wants a further discount should subscribe and will then receive coupons by email, and that someone who does not subscribe will not be sent coupons. It also says the information a customer provides is confidential and never shared with a third party. The pages give no end date for any standing offer and do not say whether the code works on items that are already marked down.

In October 2026 the discounts page printed the coupon code AF1554 and described it as 10% off at checkout. On the home page, a subscribe box promised 15% off the next purchase for an email address. The discounts page claims toys discounted up to 70% off retail value, and the home page advertises a lingerie sale on selected items. Those percentages are the store's marketing claims, not figures a reader can check against a regular price on one page. Some product tiles on the home page and in the dildo and swing departments print two prices side by side, a higher one before a lower one, next to items sold at a single price; the store does not label the pair further.

The discounts page also states that the store sells original products direct from the factory and passes the volume discount on to customers. It names the store's Facebook and Twitter pages as a further source of coupons and discounts. The pages do not say whether the 10% code and the 15% subscribe offer can be combined or whether either is limited to a first order.

After the order: no renewal, but a restocking fee

Nothing converts because nothing is a subscription. A purchase is a single charge. What does change after the order is the cost of undoing it, and this is where the money mechanics sit.

The return policy states that returns need an RMA, a return merchandise authorization code, which can only be given by a customer service representative. It asks buyers to phone the toll-free number during stated office hours or use the online chat when a representative is available, and it says not to email for an RMA. Returned packages without an RMA are rejected by the shipping department.

In October 2026 the policy said that toys that are unopened and unused can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt, with no questions asked. It then adds a 20% restocking fee on canceled orders when the buyer's card has already been charged and the card batch has closed, and on returns as well. The buyer pays the shipping charges unless the wrong item was received. If the product is damaged, the restocking fee is waived. Lingerie and costumes are not returned, except that a garment that does not fit is exchanged for a different size.

For defective items, the buyer must call within 24 hours of receipt. The buyer can then exchange the item for one of the same or higher value or return it for a refund, and the shipping cost for a defective return is given back as store credit. For a wrong item, the store accepts a return for an exchange or a full refund and refunds the return shipping. In an exchange for a more expensive item the buyer is billed for the difference, and for a cheaper item the buyer receives store credit. The page allows up to 10 business days to receive a replacement after the return arrives and up to 72 hours for a refund.

Billing

The shipping page states that billing is discreet and that charges appear on the card statement as Zantonia Inc. That is the one descriptor the store gives, and it is the owner's company name rather than the site's own name. The return policy and the contact page give the same company name with a mailing address in Fullerton, California.

The check payment page says the store accepts all major credit cards, without listing them, and the home page shows secure payments by credit card, debit card or banking. The terms say card and billing details may be passed to third parties to complete a transaction, but no payment processor is named. There is also a payment page for a check or money order. In October 2026 it said that in that route the check is made payable to Zantonia Inc and not to the site name, the exact item numbers and a shipping address go with it, and a flat fee of $10.95 for shipping and handling is added regardless of how many items are ordered. The page says an order paid by mail is processed within 2 business days of the payment arriving. The home page lists this as an option for buyers who do not use a credit card.

Shipping cost is separate. In October 2026 the shipping page gave a minimum of $10.95 within the United States, with some products shipping free. Canada and the rest of the world carry higher flat charges unless a product page says otherwise. Delivery to international locations is normally within 7 to 15 days, and the store ships most orders within 1 business day, except products such as custom-made love dolls whose own pages give their timing. US orders go by FedEx, UPS or USPS, with expedited and overnight shipping offered to US addresses only; Canada and other countries are served by USPS alone, and the shipping page names Nigeria, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia among the few countries it does not ship to. Every order goes out in a discreet unmarked box.

Getting out

Cancellation is not described as a separate path with a time limit. The one cancellation clause is the restocking fee on canceled orders once the card is charged and the batch closed. The route to return an item is the RMA call or chat, then shipping the package to the Fullerton address with the RMA number written on the outside, the packing slip if available, and a note stating the reason and whether a refund or an exchange is wanted. The contact page gives a toll-free line staffed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST and a sales email address, while the return policy gives office hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST for RMA calls.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog is a broad adult retail range. The store carries realistic dildos, men's masturbators, vibrators, anal toys, lingerie and costumes, sex kits and games, swings, a Love Machine department and sex dolls including a solid silicone section. The offer suits a buyer who is happy to join a mailing list for a coupon and who wants a plain shop with a named billing company. As of October 2026 it suits less well a buyer who might want to return an item for money back, since the policy centers on exchanges, states a 20% fee on returns, and excludes lingerie and costumes from return. A buyer who prefers email support will find that the RMA step requires a phone call or chat.
