What PinkCherry is and what the offer is

PinkCherry is an online retailer of adult novelty products, run as a division of TBMBM US, Inc. according to the contact details on its FAQ and about pages. The about page says it was founded in 2007, that it is headquartered in Canada, and calls PinkCherry.com America's largest online retailer of adult novelty products, which is the shop's own claim. A separate Canadian storefront, PinkCherry.ca, sells in Canadian dollars and describes itself as Canadian owned and operated. Orders for the United States ship from a Las Vegas distribution center, and Canadian orders from an Oakville, Ontario center.

Nothing here is a membership or a trial. The offer is a sitewide coupon code printed in the header of every page, a newsletter sign-up discount, a points program, and product listings that show a compare-at price next to the marked-down one. Free discreet shipping starts at an order value stated on the pages, and the main menu carries a clearance section.

The code and the price display

The standing offer is a coupon code, and the shop prints it itself. The header on the US pages reads "Use Code PRIME", and in October 2026 the coupon page says the shop is offering 40-80% off sitewide with that code. The Canadian version of the same page gives the range as 33-80% off sitewide, again with the code PRIME. The coupon page tells shoppers to enter the code at the secure checkout and says only one coupon code can be used per purchase. It also says the code gives a deal on sitewide purchases as well as on items already in the sale, which matches the product tiles: the same "After Code: PRIME" line appears on the cheap toys, lingerie and dildo collections and on a Canadian deals page.

The newsletter is a second route, and the pages word it two ways. In October 2026 the coupon page invites visitors to sign up to the newsletter for 40-80% off their next purchase, with a button reading "Sign Up For Code", while the sign-up box in the footer of every page promises news of products, sales and giveaways and 45% off the next order, and adds that a subscriber can unsubscribe at any time. With the one-code rule, the newsletter code and PRIME cannot both go on the same purchase.

Exclusions are printed too. A footer line on every page says the code excludes Womanizer, We-Vibe, Arcwave and Pjur, so a basket built around those brands is priced without it. The coupon page names neither an end date nor a minimum spend for PRIME.

Each product tile carries a compare-at price and two lower prices, followed by a stated saving and the words "After Code: PRIME". As of October 2026 the Lemon Squeezy Clitoral Suction Stimulator tile on the US cheap sex toys collection shows a compare-at price of $119.99 and states a 67% saving after the code. Another item shows a different rule: the PinkCherry Women's Mystery Box lists a compare-at price and a sale price, with the note "No further discounts apply", the one tile on these pages that says plainly nothing more comes off.

After the code: what follows at checkout

Every purchase is a single order, so nothing renews and nothing converts. What happens after the discount is a matter of shipping, exclusions and the points program.

In October 2026 the US and Canadian pages both say free discreet shipping starts at $59+, and the Canadian pages say it applies Canada-wide. The shipping fee for baskets under that figure is left to the cart. The about page says orders ship in discreet brown boxes, that the shop has delivery partnerships with UPS, Mail Innovations and SurePost, and that customers get email updates on the order status at each step.

The home page strip lists "Earn PinkCherry Rewards", and the rewards page describes the program as earning points on every purchase. A banner on that page advertises double points "today only" beside a countdown that shows no date. No page gives the points rate, what points can be exchanged for, or whether they expire.

The terms add conditions of their own. The company may cancel or modify purchases, or enrollment in promotions, when it reasonably believes a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or when an order appears to result from a mistake or error, and it says it is not responsible for pricing errors on the site.

Billing

The home page strip lists "100% Secure Checkout" and "Discreet Billing" as features. Beyond those phrases the shop does not say which company processes payment, which cards or wallets are accepted, or how a charge is labeled on a statement. The terms page has a payments clause saying that outside sites reached for payment processing may have their own terms and privacy policies, without naming them. US charges are in US dollars, and the FAQ tells Canadian shoppers to use PinkCherry.ca to shop in Canadian dollars. Gift cards are sold through the main menu.

Getting out: cancellation and refunds

With no subscription to end, the exit questions are about a single order.

The footer links to pages called Shipping Info and Returns & Refunds, but the return and refund rule itself is not stated on the home, coupon, FAQ, about or terms pages. The terms section headed Cancelling Orders covers only the company's own right to cancel, and no page gives the customer a cancellation window.

Customer service can be reached through a contact form, which the about page says is answered within 48 hours, through live chat from 8AM-2PM EST daily, by a toll-free phone line, or by email to the address on the contact page. The Las Vegas mailing address on the FAQ is marked as not open to the public. The FAQ adds that the site is for adults only and that visitors under 18, or 21 in some states, must leave.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The catalog is a general adult toy store: vibrators, dildos, male masturbators, anal toys, bondage gear, lingerie, lubricants, sexual wellness products and sex furniture, plus a house line sold as PinkCherry. The home page lists brands carried such as CalExotics, Magic Wand, Pipedream, Satisfyer, LELO and Svakom, alongside the excluded names above. The home pages state product counts of their own, cite a customer rating and mention daily new arrivals, which are the shop's figures and words. The terms warn that the site may not be available in every country, and the storefront switch at the foot of each page sends shoppers to either the Canadian or the US site.

The offer suits a shopper who already knows the product and brand, is happy to enter a code at checkout, and wants to see a compare-at price on the product tile before deciding. It suits less well someone buying Womanizer, We-Vibe, Arcwave or Pjur products, since the code excludes those, and someone who wants the refund rule in front of them while shopping, because that rule sits on a separate page.
