A one-order shop with a standing code and a sale section

Ella Paradis is an online boutique for sex toys, lingerie, lubricants and accessories. The home page says the shop was founded in 2015, and both the home page and the About page describe a selection of more than 2,000 brands, which is the shop's own claim. The shipping policy names the operator as Ella Online LLC, the terms state that the store is hosted on Shopify, and the contact page places the warehouse in Illinois, closed to the public. Nothing here is a membership. You pay per order, so the offer is a discount code, a sale collection and a shipping threshold, and the useful details are the limits around each of them.

The standing offer is a code printed in the banner on every page. In October 2026 that banner read "10% OFF ON ALL ORDERS WITH CODE: ELLA10", next to a free shipping line, and a second line across the top of the site read "Big Sale! Up to 85% off" beside a shop-now button. Neither banner carries a closing date. The site does not say whether the code is one use per customer, whether it stacks on marked-down prices, or whether a minimum spend applies, so those points stay open until checkout. The footer also invites newsletter sign-ups for "exclusive offers" without naming an amount.

The sale collection and the shipping line

The sale collection is a rolling list of marked-down products, each shown with its current price beside a struck-through earlier one, across toys, bondage kits, lubes and novelty items from makers such as Lelo, Pipedream, Nalone and Clone-A-Willy. The home page adds a "Deal of the Day" slot built the same way, with a lower price beside the earlier one. The sale page's own copy speaks of "limited-time discounts" but prints no dates, and several items carry "Low stock" or "Very low stock" labels, so a price on the page may not survive until checkout. The terms add that prices change without notice and that the shop may limit quantities.

Shipping is the second lever. In October 2026 the shipping policy offered free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise total of $69 or more, measured after any discounts and before taxes, and charged $6.99 for standard shipping below that line. The fee table extends the free tier to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with a longer delivery window, lists expedited service at a separate charge, and shows international shipping as Canada only, at $19.99, with select products excluded. The free offer is US orders only, does not combine with other shipping offers, and may travel by UPS Ground, Smartpost, FedEx, USPS or economy service whatever method the cart displayed. Because the total is measured after discounts, a basket that clears the line at full price can drop under it once the code comes off.

Digital gift cards are sold in set denominations. The terms make the buyer the importer of record on a foreign order, responsible for duties and taxes, and say a shipment returned because import charges went unpaid may carry a 25% restocking fee.

What happens after you order

There is no trial, rebill or renewal, because every purchase is single. What the pages do spell out is how little can be undone once an order is placed. Asked whether an order can be canceled, the FAQ answers "Generally speaking, no", because orders process very quickly, and the shipping policy says nothing can be canceled or redirected once the status reads "Processed", adding that changes become very difficult after 12 hours in the system. On timing the two pages differ: the FAQ gives 10 am CST as the same-day cut-off and the shipping policy gives 8 am CST, while both state that 98% of in-stock orders ship within 1 business day, which is the shop's own figure.

Out-of-stock handling is stated. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the terms say the card is refunded or the item ships at no extra cost once the manufacturer delivers it. The terms put back-order arrival at one to four weeks in most cases, promise an update email if an order is not ready within 30 days, and apply a refund for an item that will never arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

The shipping policy also offers OrderArmor shipping protection at checkout, described as optional, covering parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Orders without it are not eligible for replacement or refund once the carrier marks them delivered. The page gives no price for the protection.

Billing

The text of the site names no processor and no statement descriptor, and the footer's "Payment methods accepted" line lists no method in words. The terms describe card payment: card details are encrypted in transit, and a Credit Card Department reviews each order before it reaches the warehouse, which can take up to 3 business days and may require a voice confirmation. Refunds go back to the card or original method of payment. Prices appear in US dollars. The FAQ's discretion promise covers the parcel rather than the statement: plain brown boxes or carrier packaging, no reference to the website, and a benign return address. It also says order emails never sign a buyer up for the newsletter and that no paper catalog is mailed.

Getting out: returns and refunds

The FAQ answers the question of a satisfaction guarantee with "The short answer is no." The returns policy goes further: "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" for hygiene reasons, and its list of non-returnable goods covers toys, anal and chastity products, pumps, e-stim gear, bondage gear, furniture, lubes and lingerie. Special exceptions need authorization and carry a 40-60% restocking fee. The defect rule runs for 30 days from the date of purchase and replaces battery-operated items with a mechanical defect, plus shipping errors made by the shop; after 30 days a defective item under warranty goes through the manufacturer. Size and color are not grounds for a refund, and the policy points out that measurements come from manufacturers.

Cost sits with the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer pays return shipping. The two policies price a refused delivery differently: as of October 2026 the shipping policy states shipping both ways plus a 10% restocking fee, while the returns policy says all refused packages are subject to the 40-60% fee and asks buyers not to refuse a parcel but to email for instructions. Returns need an RMA; parcels sent back without one are, in the policy's words, treated as a bio-hazard and disposed of. An approved refund is credited to the original method of payment after inspection. Email support runs daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, and phone support on weekdays handles orders, shipping, payments and returns.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The catalog covers male and female toys, couples toys, lingerie, bondage gear, lubricants, hygiene items, gifts and gift cards, with Lelo, Lovense, Womanizer, We-Vibe and Satisfyer among the top brands in the site menu. The discount is a plain cut on a one-time basket, with no recurring charge to watch.

It suits a buyer who already knows the product, plans to keep it, and can put a basket just over the free shipping line after the code. It suits less well someone who wants room to change their mind, since sales are final, replacement covers only mechanical defects within 30 days, and return shipping and restocking fees sit with the buyer. The code's limits and the sale prices' duration are not published, so the saving is whatever the cart shows at the moment of payment.
