What Kiiroo is and where the saving sits
Kiiroo is the online store of Kiiroo B.V., whose footer and contact page give an Amsterdam address. It sells connected adult toys, mainly strokers and masturbators for men, plus vibrators, couple toys, a sex machine and lubes. Its toys pair with the FeelConnect app, which the pages say is included free with every toy and which links a toy to interactive videos, VR content, a partner's toy or a webcam performer. In October 2026 the banner across the site promises free shipping over US$100, "Discreet & Safe Packaging" and Buy Now, Pay Later.
Every purchase is a one-off order rather than a plan, so nothing converts or renews on the shop side. The saving comes from a Sale collection with printed regular prices, set bundles priced below their parts, a VR starter builder, an early-bird price on a new device, a points club that turns purchases into dollars off, and an invite-a-friend discount. Prices follow the delivery country chosen on the page: the home and sale pages read in Swiss francs, while the VR, returns and rewards pages read in US dollars.
The sale collection and the bundles
The Sale page calls itself a collection of discounted favorites from across the range, and says some deals are simple entry points while others give stronger value on selected products and bundles. Its filter sorts products by discount level, with tiers reaching 70% as of October 2026. Each tile prints a sale price beside a regular price and the amount saved.
In October 2026 the Swiss-franc listing included the Onyx+ at CHF 93.00 against a regular CHF 185.00, and the Kiiroo Modular Bundle with its own printed regular price and saving. A two-device couple set, several strokers and vibrators and the Keon sex machine sit on the same page, and the new Keon 2 carries an "Early Bird Price" tag with its own saving. The sale page gives no end date for any of these prices.
The FAQ notes that the PowerShot ships with a pouch and cable, and that the case needed to combine it with a stroker sleeve is sold separately, so that case is a cost outside the headline price; the sale filter itself marks some strokers as needing that case.
The VR starter builder
The VR page builds a setup item by item: a Keon 1 with a choice of stroker included or not, a VR headset, a table clamp and a lube and cleaner pack, each with its own price. In the US-dollar listing the Keon 1 shows a sale price beside its regular price, and the lube pack carries a bundle saving of its own. A line under the builder says discounts are applied at checkout, and the running total is shown only as items are added. The same page says every toy comes with FeelConnect for life and one free month of FeelMe AI.
The points club and the invite discount
The Kiiroo Club page sets out the rewards. A first purchase earns 25 points, and each purchase earns 1 point per dollar spent. As of October 2026 the page prints the redemption rate as 200 points for $10 off, with larger redemptions listed beside it, and adds that rewards are based on US dollars, so other currencies may vary. Points are applied by logging in and choosing them at checkout.
The VIP levels sit above that: Bronze with no minimum spend, then Silver and Gold at rising spend levels with higher points multipliers, a points bonus on moving up, larger birthday rewards and free shipping at Gold. Other actions earn points too, such as leaving a review or following the brand on a social network. As of October 2026 an invite-a-friend scheme gives the friend 10% off a first purchase and the member 100 points for each friend who buys. The page sets no expiry date for points.
After the purchase: what renews and what does not
The app is free for the life of the toy. FeelMe AI, the optional service that syncs a toy to videos that are not interactive by default, comes free for one month with every toy; the VR page gives no price for it after that month and says nothing about automatic renewal or how to end it.
Route package protection is offered at checkout as an add-on. The FAQ says its cost is calculated from the order subtotal and the shop's arrangement with Route, and that a protected claim refunds the item cost only, not shipping, taxes or the Route premium. Its price and whether the box is ticked by default are not printed.
Billing, currency, taxes and fees
The only payment wording is the Buy Now, Pay Later banner; no processor, descriptor or list of payment methods is printed. The cart notes that tax is included and shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs treatment differs by region. The shipping page says orders within the EU, the United States, Canada and Australia carry no customs duties, with EU VAT charged at checkout at the buyer's country rate, and that US customers are not charged for the new tariff costs, with no changes to product pricing and no surprise fees at checkout. UK orders ship from a European warehouse and may incur import VAT and a courier handling fee on delivery, which the shop does not collect at checkout.
The FAQ adds a fee for several countries. In October 2026 it states that orders to Iceland, Israel, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom incur an additional fee at checkout of $23.00 for an order under $100.00 and $13.00 for an order over it.
Shipping and delivery
Handling takes up to 24 hours, and delivery is estimated at 1-3 business days in the United States and Canada, 2-5 in the EU and 3-7 for Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. Orders go in a plain cardboard box with no product description outside, though international parcels may carry a customs declaration that lists contents and value. A pre-order item can hold back the in-stock items of the same order, and the shop suggests two separate orders. P.O. box delivery is supported only in the United States.
Cancelling, returning and refunds
The cancellation policy says a request within 1 hour of placing an order will be attempted, and if successful a full refund follows; once an order has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. Support hours run Monday to Thursday 9:30 to 17:00 and Friday 9:30 to 15:00 CEST, and requests outside them are not guaranteed.
Returns depend on location. EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, used through a withdrawal button on the site or any clear statement, with a hygiene exception: opening the seal of an intimate product ends the right for that item, while unsealed accessories such as cases and cables stay returnable. A valid withdrawal is refunded within 14 days, including the original standard shipping, with no restocking fee; the return postage is the buyer's, and the outbound shipping can be deducted if the return takes a free-shipping order under its threshold. Customers elsewhere must request a return within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items and receive a partial refund, from which the shop may deduct outbound shipping and pick and pack or restocking costs, which the returns page read in October 2026 puts at typically USD $20–$25.
Items from a bundle can be returned individually, but items kept are then charged at the full individual price. Defective or incorrect items are replaced with the same product at the shop's expense once verified. A parcel refused on delivery without a return number is refunded at product value, minus the carrier's return fees and without the original shipping. Missing parcels must be reported within 30 days of the last tracking scan, and warranty covers only purchases made directly on the site.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The money buys connected toys with a free app, VR and interactive-video sync, and modular strokers that fit several devices. The offer suits a buyer who will use the sale tiers or the bundles, one in the EU or UK who wants the 14-day withdrawal right, and one who will build points over several orders. It suits less a buyer outside those regions who may need to return an item, because the written refund is partial, and a buyer who plans to keep FeelMe AI beyond its free month without a stated price.
