What b-Vibe is and where the saving sits

b-Vibe is an anal play brand and online shop. Its trademark notice names COTR, Inc. of 37 West 39th Street, New York, as the owner, and the about page describes b-Vibe as a premium, tech-forward anal play brand built around education as much as products. The store sells its own plugs, trainers, beads and prostate toys, plus dildos, strap-ons, cock rings, bondage items, lubricants and hygiene products, including goods from other makers listed in the store's brand filter.

The saving sits in a sale section and a clearance section that print a regular price beside a special one, a spend-based free gift promotion, a newsletter discount on the next order and a points program. Sale and clearance prices

The price match page offers to match a lower advertised price found online for a b-Vibe product. The shopper submits a form with a link to the live listing and gets a unique, single-use coupon code; the page adds a free water-based lubricant, bonus Butties points and free shipping in the continental US. It covers b-Vibe products only, not bundle sets or items on other promotions, applies only to an advertised retail price, and each request is approved or declined case by case.

The customer support page also describes a Lifetime Quality Guarantee. A buyer whose b-Vibe product breaks down outside the 1-year warranty period gets 50% off any item in the b-Vibe line, with rules applying and instructions sent by email, according to the page as read in October 2026.

Returns, billing and payment plans

The support page is direct on returns: the store does not offer returns or refunds, and a product that fails its quality standards is replaced under warranty.
