What Satisfyer is and what the saving looks like
Satisfyer is the manufacturer's own web shop for its air-pulse stimulators, vibrators, couples toys, men's toys, lubricants and accessories. The storefront is the Swiss one, written in German, with prices in Swiss francs; the language menu also offers French and Italian. The footer names Satisfyer GmbH of Bielefeld, Germany, as the company behind the site, with a contact email and phone number.
A purchase here is a one-off order, with no membership, trial period or renewal. The saving is a marked-down price on individual products: the home page shows a list price beside a lower one, and the product pages carry a minus 30% label on a long run of devices and accessories. A separate page about the brand's own retail stores promises a larger reduction there and says some store offers cannot be found online.
Prices and the markdown
The durable part first. Every bestseller tile on the home page pairs a list price with a reduced price, and the related-product strips on the product pages repeat the pattern with a 30% tag on item after item, from app-connected devices and couples toys to lubricants, cleaners and replacement heads. Not every item is reduced: the product page lists pre-orders for a new generation of the original Pro 2 air-pulse model with a single price and no markdown beside it.
In October 2026 the home page lists the Curvy 2 Connect App at 68,95 Fr., reduced to 48,27 Fr., and the Pro 2 Modern Blossom at 39,95 Fr., reduced to 27,97 Fr.; the Curvy 2 product page labels its reduction "30% gespart", 30% saved. The same October 2026 reading of that product page shows the Pro 2 Generation 4 Connect App on pre-order at 88,95 CHF. The pages print Swiss francs as both "Fr." and "CHF" and use a comma as the decimal mark.
The conditions attached to these prices, as read in October 2026, are short. Prices include statutory value-added tax and exclude shipping costs, and the footnote adds cash-on-delivery fees where they apply. The pages name no coupon code, no minimum order value and no end date for the 30% markdown. The product page says the item is ready to ship after 1-2 days. The shipping cost itself is not printed on any of the shop's pages, and neither is a free-shipping threshold.
The store page, read in October 2026, makes a separate claim: up to 75% off in the brand's own stores, which it describes as a self-care store concept with a "Store of the Year" award from the German retail association HDE, and it adds that the stores hold special offers that, in the page's words, cannot be found online. The site menu lists Satisfyer Stores in Amsterdam, Cologne, Hamburg, Barcelona, Seville and Stuttgart. That page names no products and no dates, and the reduction is a store price, not a web-shop price.
After the order
Nothing converts and nothing is billed again. The shop sells products, so the mechanics are the order itself: how it ships, what paperwork arrives and what can still be changed.
Shipping is by DHL. The FAQ says delivery is discreet, in a plain brown standard shipping box, and that a separate message with a tracking number follows once the parcel has been handed to the logistics partner. Delivery usually takes 2-8 working days depending on destination. A different delivery address can be entered during checkout when it differs from the billing address, and customer service can change the address of an order that has not shipped yet where possible.
The invoice arrives as an attachment to a separate email, and the FAQ states that no paper copy goes into the parcel. A customer account lets a buyer see past orders and change personal data later, but an order placed as a guest cannot be viewed by logging in afterward. Account and data deletion is handled by email to customer service, and the FAQ says the deletion is carried out immediately. A catalog page offers a download link to the latest product catalog in exchange for contact details.
Billing
The FAQ lists the accepted payment methods in one line: Amazon Pay, American Express, MasterCard, PayPal and Visa. Beyond that list the shop names no card processor and no wording for the card statement, and this storefront prices only in francs. The FAQ page header offers two storefronts, labeled Satisfyer DE and Satisfyer CH.
Getting out: cancellations, returns and warranty
An order is canceled by contacting customer service by email, which the FAQ states in one sentence and does not tie to a deadline.
Returns of unopened goods are possible: the FAQ tells the buyer to write to the returns address for instructions on sending the item back. Used or unsealed items are excluded from return and exchange for hygiene reasons. The footer also links a withdrawal notice and a form for declaring a withdrawal, whose text sits on those separate pages. A wrong item is handled by writing to customer service.
The warranty is the clearest written term: the pages state 15 years on the brand's devices. For a device that does not work, the FAQ first asks the buyer to check it is fully charged, then says the product is refunded on presentation of proof of purchase; in a warranty case, it adds, the company will at its choice replace the product or, for a purchase made on satisfyer.com, refund the price. A buyer who bought somewhere else is told to go back to that shop, and the brand says it cannot refund purchases made outside its official site. Without proof of purchase there is no exchange.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog covers clitoral and air-pulse stimulators, vibrators, wands, rabbit and couples toys, penis rings and masturbators, anal toys, strengthening balls, glass and steel toys, lubricants, cleaners, replacement heads, charging cables and storage. The brand states more than 600 design awards and 150 million devices sold worldwide, and describes its own range as affordable.
Two apps sit alongside the shop, and neither adds a cost. The product page says the Connect app is free for Android and iOS and that all of its functions can be used free of charge, including regular updates. It pairs by Bluetooth with the app-ready devices, up to 4 at once on a phone or tablet, and offers live control, custom vibration patterns, music-linked vibration and partner features; the FAQ says a free account is needed for the remote features and that a guest mode covers close-range use. The Remotyca app is described as a library of erotic audio stories, now a stand-alone Android download installed from the site, with iOS access staying inside the Connect app.
The offer suits a buyer who already knows which model they want and is comparing the marked price against the list price, or who is adding an accessory to an order. It suits less someone who wants a coupon code to stack on top, someone who needs a known shipping fee before committing, or a buyer who intends to return a device after trying it, since used items are excluded.
