What VenusFun is and what the offer is
VenusFun is an online adult toy retailer. The about page says it was founded in 2020 and is based in Houston, Texas, and the contact page names the company behind it as ESHINE SMARTECH CO., LIMITED, with a Houston address and a Hong Kong address. It sells vibrators, dildos, anal toys, male masturbators, sex dolls, lubricants, lingerie, bondage gear and condoms, mixing its own VenusFun label with third-party makers such as LELO, Lovense, Satisfyer, Doc Johnson and XR Brands. It also publishes buying guides and reviews under the names of its staff writers.
The saving comes as one-time order discounts: spend-tiered codes printed on every product page, a marked-down price on most product tiles, a first-order coupon for newsletter subscribers delivered through a spin-to-win pop-up, and free shipping above an order value. Nothing on the store describes a trial, a subscription or a recurring charge.
The codes, the sale tiles and the first-order coupon
Every product page carries the same coupon tiles. In October 2026 they read SALE10 for "10% off orders $39+" and SALE15 for "15% off orders $79+". The codes are tied to basket size, not to a product, and no end date is printed for either.
Product tiles show a sale price beside a higher crossed-out price and a "You save" line with the store's own percentage. Some tiles print the saving with no code; others add "After code: SALE10" or "After code: SALE15", so the saving those tiles show is stated as coming after that code is applied. The two figures can also differ between pages: the wearable belt masturbator shows its sale price beside one regular price on its tile and beside a lower regular price on its own product page, so the product page is the one to read. The on-sale page, titled as a clearance section, lists the reduced items with filters for brand, price, material and color.
As of October 2026 a pop-up that appears after the age confirmation reads "Everyone gets one free spin after subscribing. Get up to 50% off your first pruchase." Its code is described as valid for any purchase amount site-wide and "not combinable with other discounts", and a further line reads "Order any amount and get a free vibrator". The subscribe page shows the result a subscriber receives: a first-order discount of 20% off orders of $59 and over, with a note that the coupon expires in 30 days. Subscribing is done with an email address, by pulling the email from an existing profile, or by logging in with Facebook or Google. Because the spin code does not combine with other discounts, a shopper who takes it gives up stacking SALE10 or SALE15 on the same order. Whether SALE10 or SALE15 combine with a tile's own markdown is not stated.
After the purchase: nothing renews
Because every offer is a one-time order discount, nothing converts later: there is no trial, no reduced first period and no add-on placed in the cart. Product pages show a "Frequently Bought Together" block with other items and a running total, but the shopper has to select those items before they are added.
In October 2026 the shipping page offered free standard shipping on orders over $59, limited to US orders in the lower 48 states. USPS handles the US region in 3-7 business days, and an Express Line worldwide takes 7-15 business days with a flat freight charge. Orders placed Monday to Thursday usually ship the next business day, weekend orders ship the following week, and the store notes that shipping can take up to 2-3 days depending on when the order is placed; the terms say most orders ship within 48 business hours. A tracking number is emailed once the order ships. International buyers pay any import duties, taxes and customs fees on arrival, which the store says it cannot predict, and some countries, such as Brazil, India and South Korea, need an identification number for customs clearance.
Billing
The store states discreet shipping and billing, and packages go out in generic boxes or bubble mailers with nothing on the label to show the contents. Product pages say payments are protected under "6 categories of PCI standards". The store does not name a payment processor, a billing descriptor or the accepted cards and wallets. The terms list all prices in US dollars. Account holders have My Wallet and My Points sections and a Reward Points page, but the rules for points are not set out.
Getting out
Getting out means canceling or returning an order. The terms ask a buyer who wants to change or cancel to email the support address immediately; the store will try to oblige but cannot guarantee it once an order has been processed, and an order that has left its facility cannot be canceled and falls under the return policy instead. The terms also let the store cancel an order placed at a mistaken price, limit quantities, and refund an order sent back for a wrong address for the product cost only, minus shipping. Claims for a missing order must be made within 3 months of shipment.
Returns start by email. A buyer gives the order number, the item codes and the reason, and customer service offers a return within 24 hours. A dead-on-arrival guarantee covers a quality problem reported within 72 hours of receipt, before the item is used; for sex dolls the store recommends filming the unboxing as proof for after-sales service. A 30-day return is accepted only on items that are unopened and unused. Once the item is back and confirmed in good condition, the refund is issued within 3 working days and usually takes 2-7 working days to reach the buyer's account, depending on the payment method. On a change-of-mind return the buyer pays the return postage, which is not refunded; on a dead-on-arrival item the store pays it. The shipping page adds that intimate products count as used once opened, so they can only be returned if defective or still in their unopened shipping box or bag. A 1 year warranty applies, with damage from misuse and any hardware cracking or modification excluded.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog is ordinary retail goods from many makers, priced item by item, with the store's own label sitting beside brands such as LELO and Lovense. The terms set Texas law and binding arbitration in Harris County for disputes. The offer suits a shopper building a US basket that clears one of the code thresholds or the free-shipping line, and a first-time buyer willing to subscribe for the first-order coupon. A shopper who wants to open and try a product before committing will find that the 30-day return excludes opened goods, so the protection for a product that does not suit is the 72-hour defect window and the warranty. A buyer who wants the processor or the statement name in advance will not find either, and one who dislikes marketing email should note that the spin and the first-order coupon both require subscribing.
