What Unbound is and what the saving looks like

Unbound, which titles its site "Unbound Babes", calls itself a sexual wellness company and sells its own vibrators, dildos, lubricant and accessories from its own web store. The site's organization data gives a New York address on Fifth Avenue. The range is sold in vibrators, dildos and plugs, lubes and liquids, accessories, sets and gifts, and body care, and the store points shoppers to FAQs, a Discretion Policy, a magazine, a Vibe Matrix and a list of retailers that also carry the brand, Amazon among them. Shoppers can open an account and log in. The site's own description calls the products affordable and says its customer service and discreet shipping make Unbound "the #1 spot for purchasing sex toys online", which is the brand's claim about itself.

The saving is a one-time purchase discount, not a membership or a trial. The announcement bar at the top of the page prints a code, GETBUFF, for money off the brand's new silicone lubricant, Buff. Further down, a set called Kiss My Glass pairs Buff with a glass dildo at a sale price shown against an original price. The same bar announces free US shipping above an order value and notes that Dex, which it calls "Our best seller", is back in stock. No subscription, recurring charge or plan appears anywhere on the page.

The code, the set and the shipping line

In October 2026 the bar reads "Use code "GETBUFF" to get $5 off Buff!", and Buff is listed in the cart's product list at $24.00 as a personal silicone lubricant, tagged "BRAND NEW!". The code is tied to that one product by name, and the reduced price only appears at checkout. The page gives the code no end date, no first-order or one-use limit, and no rule on combining it with the set price.

As of October 2026 Kiss My Glass is listed at a sale price of $42.00 against an original price of $62.00. The page describes the set as Buff, "our silky, long-lasting" lubricant, plus a choice of glass dildo: Stellar, with a hooked handle for an easy grip, or Gemini, with one smooth, curved end and one textured, beaded end. A selector on the set lets the buyer pick Gem or Stellar before adding it to the cart. Stellar is also sold on its own in the accessories row, flagged "BACK IN STOCK!" and listed at $38.00, so the set price and the single prices sit on the same page for the buyer to set side by side.

The free-shipping line reads "Free US shipping for orders over $69" in October 2026. The cart drawer says shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout; below the line, for other countries and for delivery times, the page gives no figures. A strip repeated across the page promises discreet shipping, and a separate Discretion Policy page is linked from the menu and the footer.

Prices on the shelves

Single products carry one flat price each, with no crossed-out regular price, so the set is the one marked-down item on the page. The vibrator shelves run from the Bean mini travel wand to the Clutch dual-stimulation rabbit vibe. Between them sit the Zip rechargeable bullet, which the page tags "NOW MULTISPEED!", the compact Dex, the Bender flexible vibe, the Squish squeeze-responsive vibe tagged "SELLING FAST!", the Ollie high-powered wand and the Flick vibrator ring, labeled "TODAY'S BEST SELLER". Dex, Zip, Clutch and Squish come in color pairs that the buyer picks with a selector on the tile, each tile showing a single price. Each product shows a star rating and review count from the store's own reviews; both parts of the glass set rate highly there, with Stellar at 4.9 out of 5 from 520 reviews and Buff at 4.9 from 36.

The cart drawer adds a prompt headed "Anything else?" offering Lazies, a calming body mask from the body care shelf, with its own add-to-cart button. The cart itself reads empty until the buyer adds something, so the prompt is an offer to accept rather than an item placed for them. A price-led shortcut in the shop menu gathers cheaper items, though the home page does not list what it holds. A sign-up box headed "We give good email" collects addresses for the brand's emails and promises no code or discount in return.

Help choosing before buying

The home page runs a product quiz under the line "Not sure where to start?". It asks the shopper to finish "I am" with options such as new here, experienced, buying a gift, pregnant, menopausal or down for whatever, and "looking for something" with options including powerful, waterproof, popular, USB rechargeable and quiet, then shows matching products. The Vibe Matrix page and the magazine are linked as further guides to the range, which outside the code and the set is sold at its flat prices.

After the purchase: no trial, no renewal

Nothing converts after an order: there is no trial, no first period and no automatic renewal, and no plan bills again. A strip titled "UNBOUND-A-VISION" repeats the brand's promises: a 1 year warranty, 90 day returns, discreet shipping and body-safe materials. Those are headlines; the conditions sit on the linked Warranty, Right of withdrawal, Terms of Use and FAQs pages, which the home page does not reproduce, so what the warranty covers and who pays return postage are not stated on it.

Billing

The home page names no payment processor or billing descriptor and shows no card or wallet list. Prices and the cart subtotal are in US dollars, with shipping and taxes added at checkout.

Getting out

With nothing recurring, getting out means a return inside the stated 90 days, started through the Contact Us page or the Warranty page, both linked from the menu and the footer. The page does not describe canceling an order before it ships.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The range is the brand's own: compact vibrators and wands, a rabbit-style dual-stimulation vibe, a squeeze-responsive vibe, a vibrating ring, a rechargeable bullet, a soft silicone dildo called Pogo, glass dildos, silicone lubricant, an over-the-door restraint set, flexible silicone handcuffs and a storage bag the page calls a vibe vault. The site description says the products are made with "body safe material and medical grade silicone", in the brand's own words, and the footer links a Patents and Trademarks page.

The offer fits a shopper who already wants Buff or one of the glass dildos, and one whose basket will pass the US free-shipping line. It fits less well a shopper outside the US, since only US shipping terms are given, or someone looking for a store-wide percentage off, which the page does not run. A buyer counting on the 90-day returns should open the linked return terms first.
