What Tracy's Dog is and what the saving looks like

Tracy's Dog is a sex toy brand that designs its own range and sells it directly from its own web store. The menu groups the products into toys for women (clitoral, G-spot, suction, tongue and wand vibrators, plus vibrating dildos), toys for men (masturbators and cock rings), toys for couples, accessories and an AI Companion Toys line (Beta AI and Drillme AI). The home page says the brand has more than 11 years of experience.

The saving is a purchase discount rather than a trial or a membership. A newsletter box on every page offers a discount on a first order, a Promotion Policy page publishes a code for new customers and multi-buy codes, a points program turns spending and sign-ups into coupons, and a bring-a-friend scheme gives both sides a coupon. Many product tiles also show a sale price under a higher regular price, and the menu carries Sales and Holiday Sales sections. Everything is a one-time order: no plan, subscription or recurring charge appears anywhere on the store.

The codes, the points and the prices

The Promotion Policy page, revised June 2026, carries the standing codes. In October 2026 it lists NEW10 as "Get 10% off for new customers", TD2 as "Buy 2 get 10% off" and TD3 as "Buy 3 get 15% off". The newsletter box, titled "Stay Close", separately promises 10% off a first order along with news of new products and offers. The page gives no end date, expiry or minimum spend for any code and does not say whether codes stack. The cart drawer has a discount-code field and warns when a code cannot be applied to the cart, so a reader sees at once whether a code took.

The points program is a loyalty ledger with fixed steps. As of October 2026 the policy page awards 4 points for each dollar spent on an order, plus points for signing up, for a birthday, and for following or sharing the brand on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Points are redeemed in steps, from a free hand-sanitizer coupon at the bottom up to a $20 off coupon at the top step of 2,000 points, with smaller money-off coupons between. The same page runs a bring-a-friend scheme: when a friend sent by a customer makes a purchase, both of them get a money-off coupon. The page does not say when points or coupons expire.

The storefront has a country and currency selector. In October 2026 the home page shows prices in Swiss francs, while the shipping and promotion pages quote US dollars and euros, and each figure here keeps the currency its page prints. The home page lists the OG 2 Clitoral Sucking Vibrator with a sale price of CHF 38.76 under a regular price of CHF 50.56, and several other featured products carry a crossed-out regular price in the same way. Some tiles are marked Sold Out, and a code or a markdown only helps on items in stock.

After the purchase: a single charge

Nothing converts and nothing renews: an order is one charge for what is in the cart. The cart notes that tax is included and that shipping is calculated at checkout, where shipping discounts are shown once an address is entered. The store also sells gift cards, and its checkout lets a buyer attach a gift message and choose whether it is sent on delivery, on fulfillment, immediately or at a set later time.

The limit that matters most for a discount buyer sits in the refund policy: returns cannot be accepted on sale items or gift cards. A marked-down product is therefore a final sale as the page words it, while a full-price item bought with a code is not covered by that sentence.

Shipping is the other money lever. A banner across the store offers free shipping on orders over $60. In October 2026 the shipping policy applies that threshold to the contiguous United States, with a small fee below it, and sets free shipping above a euro threshold of its own for Europe, with the charge below it worked out at checkout. Canada and the United Kingdom are charged at checkout. Every destination has a processing time of within 48 hours, delivery runs 3-9 business days in the contiguous US, up to 10 business days to the UK and up to 15 business days to Canada and Europe, and the policy calls these estimates for reference only. Orders go out in discreet packaging with nothing on the outside to show the contents, through carriers such as USPS, DHL and FedEx, and a confirmation email with tracking follows dispatch. The policy lists places the store does not ship to, among them Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Hawaiian islands and a list of remote Alaskan islands.

Billing

The store names no payment processor and no billing descriptor, and it lists no card or wallet types. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Getting out: canceling an order and returning it

Getting out means canceling an order or returning an item. The refund policy, revised June 2026, allows a cancellation if the request is made before shipment, and says orders ship within 2 business days of being placed, so the window is short.

Returns run on a 30-day policy counted from receipt of the item. Used, worn or damaged items, and items sent back without their original packaging and tags, are not eligible, which the page ties to hygiene and quality. Custom products cannot be returned either. A return starts with an email to the support address printed on the page; once a return is accepted, the store sends a return shipping label and instructions, and items sent back without prior approval are refused. When the buyer chose to return, the buyer pays the return postage, which depends on the carrier used; when the goods arrived damaged or wrong, the buyer does not pay it. No restocking fee is charged.

After the item is received and inspected, the store says whether the refund is approved, and an approved refund is made automatically to the original payment method; the page adds that the bank or card company may take time to post it. An exchange is a return followed by a separate new purchase. Defective, damaged or wrong items should be reported as soon as the order arrives. The footer links a Warranty page, but its terms are not printed on the policy pages.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The range is the brand's own design work. The home page cites recognition at the 2024 Erotix Awards and nominations at the 2022 and 2024 AVN Awards, and claims over 3.1 million units sold worldwide and a development team of more than 500 people; those are the brand's statements. Its featured lines are clitoral suction vibrators, thrusting and wand-style toys, an automatic masturbation cup, a remote couples kit and the AI-linked toys. The store runs in English and Spanish, offers a quiz that suggests a starting product, and publishes guides such as an explainer on air-pulse toys.

The codes fit a buyer adding a second or third toy to the basket, since TD2 and TD3 only reward multiple purchases, and NEW10 or the newsletter discount fit a first order. The points program pays off for a repeat buyer who will reach the higher steps. A buyer who wants a deep markdown should weigh it against the final-sale rule on sale items, and a buyer who wants the processor or statement name in advance will not find either on the store.
