What Toy-Versand is and what the saving is
Toy-Versand is a German web shop for sex toys and fetish gear, and the same company runs the Diburnium Store, a physical shop in the center of Munich. The home page calls it a gay sex shop trading since 1998 and an EHI-certified web shop. The pages are in German, with a switch to an English version at the top of every page. Everything is sold as one-time orders through a cart: there is no membership, subscription or trial, so nothing renews.
The standing saving is a special-offers section in which each reduced product prints its own price beside a "UVP", the manufacturer's suggested retail price, and a "Du sparst" line giving the saving as a percentage and as an amount in euros. Around it sit a category called "Preishit des Tages", which the home page says carries new low prices every day, a SALE entry in the menu, free delivery within Germany above a stated order value, and a newsletter voucher that brings a free mattress protector sheet.
How the special offers work
Every marked-down product card shows three things: the sale price, the UVP it is measured against, and the "Du sparst" line. The shop prints the percentage and the euro amount itself, so the reader does not have to work anything out. The special-offers page is headed with the promise of heavily reduced offers "nur solange der Vorrat reicht", only while stock lasts, and it adds that even with careful stocking a promotional item can sell out sooner than planned, so the shop gives no delivery guarantee for those items.
Reduced items are not confined to that page. The leather accessories, latex accessories and miscellaneous specials categories each mix items at a plain price with items that carry a UVP and a "Du sparst" line, and the category pages show a small "Angebote" box featuring a reduced item. The special-offers listing runs across several pages of products, from cock rings and powder lubricant to e-stim units and a complete sling frame kit, so the markdowns reach well beyond small accessories.
In October 2026 the special-offers page lists The Handy 2 Pro masturbator at € 247,00 against a UVP of € 329,00, printed as "Du sparst 25% (€ 82,00)". The home page heads its featured products "Ausgewählte Produkte im Oktober 2026". Product prices are shown including 19 % VAT and excluding shipping, and lubricants also print a base price per kilogram or per liter.
The special offers carry no end date and no code, and the shop does not say whether a sale price can be combined with the newsletter voucher.
Shipping, delivery points and the newsletter voucher
The home page says the shop ships quickly and discreetly by DHL or UPS with no minimum order value, and that worldwide shipping is possible. In October 2026 the home page sets free shipping within Germany for orders from 80 Euro; below that, delivery to the address of the buyer's choice costs 3,90 Euro. Every order goes out in neutral packaging, and the page adds that nobody but the buyer will know what was ordered. Shipping prices for other countries are not given.
A separate page explains delivery to a UPS Access Point, which the shop describes as a free service that costs nothing extra at either Toy-Versand or UPS. Access Points are pickup locations at newsagents, grocery stores, supermarkets and gas stations, often with longer opening hours, and the buyer does not have to register with UPS. A guest buyer enters the Access Point's street address and puts its number, which starts with a U, together with the store's name into the district or delivery-note field. A registered customer keeps a home address on the account and adds the Access Point as an extra delivery address; up to 5 delivery addresses can be stored and managed. Any Access Point in Germany can be chosen, for example while traveling, but delivery to Access Points abroad is stated as not yet possible. The shop also has a page on delivery to a DHL Packstation.
The newsletter works as a welcome gift. As thanks for signing up, the shop gives a voucher code for its web shop that brings a free Protect Play Sheet in black, 210x90x20 cm. As of October 2026 the same sheet is sold in the Specials section at € 4,90. Subscribers are also promised first notice of new products, discount promotions and discount codes reserved for newsletter customers, and news of offers open to everyone. The shop says it does not pass email addresses to third parties and that the newsletter can be canceled at any time.
After the purchase: no renewal, no add-ons
Because this is a shop, nothing converts after a sale. A reduced price is the price of that order, and no subscription or recurring charge is attached to it. The one follow-on limit the shop names is stock: a promotional item can run out before an order is filled, and there is no delivery guarantee for it.
Buyers can order as guests or open an account, and the login box offers registration for new customers and a password reset. Account holders can store several delivery addresses, which is the main practical difference the shop describes between the two routes.
Billing and payment
The shop names no payment processor and no billing descriptor, and the accepted payment methods sit on a separate "Zahlungsarten" (payment types) page whose contents are not shown. Prices are in euros including German VAT, with shipping added on top.
Returns, cancellation and getting out
Since nothing recurs, there is no renewal to cancel ahead of. The shop links a withdrawal form, a page on the right of withdrawal, a "Vertrag widerrufen" (revoke a contract) route, its AGB terms and a statutory warranty page, but their text is not shown, so the return period, who pays return postage and how a refund is made are not stated. For questions the shop offers a contact form, and the home page says experienced staff give friendly and discreet advice when needed. A service and repairs page is also linked.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
For the gay-oriented side of the shop, the range covers lubricants, condoms, dildos and plugs, cock-and-ball toys, chastity devices, masturbators, penis pumps, clothing, Pride items, books and comics. The home page names brands such as Sport Fucker, Perfect Fit, Mister B, Mystim, E-STIM and Hankey Toys, says new products arrive every month, and keeps a "Neu im Oktober" category for them.
For the fetish and BDSM side, the range takes in leather masks, caps, jocks, chaps and harnesses, latex and rubber, neoprene, army-themed gear, puppy play, slings, e-stim units and adapters, gags, bondage items, spanking tools and furniture. The Diburnium Store is the name of the Munich fetish shop behind it.
The offer fits a buyer in Germany who wants a printed saving against a stated suggested price and can reach the free-shipping line or use a UPS Access Point. It fits less well a buyer who wants to read the payment, return and withdrawal terms in English before ordering, or one who needs an end date for a sale price. The percentages are the shop's own, and the stock behind each offer is limited.
