What The Pleasure Chest is and what the offers are

The Pleasure Chest is an adult toy retailer that says it has served customers since 1971, online and at its own stores in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. The website is operated by Innov8 Solutions, Inc., which its terms describe as a company incorporated in Nevada. It sells vibrators, dildos, anal toys, toys for men and couples, kink and bondage gear, strap-ons, lube and lingerie, and it runs events and a free weekly workshop program from its stores.

Three standing offers appear on the pages. A Deep Discounts section marks products down by up to 60%, with an original price and, on most cards, a sale price. A set of bundles inside that section groups several toys under one reduced price. And, as of October 2026, a collection called Toys Under $55 marks the brand's 55th anniversary with select items at up to 55% off "while the party lasts". There is no membership or trial here: it is a shop, and every discount is a one-time price on an order.

The deep discounts and the bundles

The durable mechanic is that each discounted product card prints three things: a percentage-off badge, an "Original price was" line and a "Sale price is" line. The percentage differs product by product, so the section headline is a ceiling and not a flat rate. Many of the marked-down items carry the name "The One" and the rest come from other makers, with their discounts printed on the same cards.

The bundles in the section, among them the All-In-One Love Bundle, The One Power Couple and The One Rose Bouquet Bundle, each appear with an original price, a reduced bundle price and a badge. The page does not list what is inside each bundle on the grid, so the reader has to open the product page to see the contents.

In October 2026 the Deep Discounts page lists the All-In-One Love Bundle with an original price of $205.84 and a sale price of $123.50. On the home page the same treatment runs on single items, with The One G-Spot Vibe, a Discretion Pearl Wand and a Screaming O bullet each shown with both prices under the section's "Incredible Deals on these & more!" heading.

The anniversary collection and what limits it

The Toys Under $55 collection is the brand's 55th anniversary promotion. In October 2026 the home page describes the collection as "Fifty-five toys All under $55," picked "to fit the budget," with "select items up to 55% off while the party lasts." The footnote "*Select items. While supplies last." confirms the percentage is not on everything in the collection, and "while the party lasts" is the only time limit given: neither this collection nor the Deep Discounts section carries an end date.

Every page closes with the same small print: "*May not combine with other offers and discounts. Some exclusions may apply. Offer may change or end without notice. While supplies last. Online Only." So the sale prices are web prices, they are not meant to stack with another discount, and they can change without warning.

Codes come through the email list rather than the pages. The help page says "Email subscribers receive exclusive special offers, savings, promotions and news," that email coupons "are automatically applied to your order when you click through on the email and shop" provided the email's criteria such as a minimum order are met, and that printed coupons carry a code to enter at checkout. It adds that most coupon offers have an expiration date and many may not be combined with other special offers. No code is printed on the pages themselves.

After the purchase: renewals, credit and add-ons

Since nothing here is a subscription, there is no rebill, no trial conversion and no pre-selected add-on described. The mechanisms that carry forward after an order are store credit and gift cards. Credit from a return lapses if it sits unused: under the terms it expires after 1 year with no purchase activity, carries no cash value, cannot be passed to someone else and is spent online only.

The eGift Cards page offers a set of preset amounts per card, from a low entry amount up to a stated maximum. A card can be scheduled for delivery at least 24 hours after purchase, goes through a review before it is sent, cannot be bought with another eGift card and can be redeemed only on the website. The help page adds that once an eGift Card has been emailed it is non-refundable.

A product page for a low-priced game shows a "Pay in 4 interest-free payments" option beside the price, without naming the company behind it.

Billing and payment

The billing details are spelled out. The help page says "Credit card charges will be processed by Innov8 Solutions, Inc." of Las Vegas and will show on a card statement as "Innov8*PC 1-888-773-1631." Besides cards it accepts PayPal, and personal checks and money orders from US bank accounts, made out to Innov8 Solutions; for a personal check the shop waits three weeks before shipping so the check can clear. Account holders paying by card have the card kept on file as a token, which can be removed from the account page, and nothing is stored for PayPal or guest checkout. The terms say orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging. They add that prices may not include sales tax, and that taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders from outside the United States carry import duties and customs requirements that the buyer is responsible for.

On timing, the terms say orders are processed within 20 minutes of being placed, with the aim of shipping the same day or the morning after. Per FTC guidelines, if the brand cannot ship within 30 days it will notify the buyer and offer a full refund. The help page carries a shipping table: within the USA the entry option is untracked Domestic Mail priced by the pound, tracked ground and FedEx express options cost more, and a country-by-country table covers international orders. Free shipping offers, when they run, apply to the 50 states and military addresses but not to US territories.

Returns, cancellation and getting out

The terms, read in October 2026 and last modified on May 29, 2026, are plain about returns. An item whose shipping box has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged, and sealed products cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for health and hygiene reasons. A change of mind is allowed only for an unopened order, in original sealed condition, within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, after contacting the brand first. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, the original shipping fee is not refunded and the customer pays return postage.

A defective item has a separate path: contact customer service within 30 days of receipt, and the brand helps arrange a replacement through the manufacturer's warranty. Orders cannot be changed or stopped from shipping once they are processed. The help page gives the one way back after that: mark the unopened box "Return to sender," and once it arrives the shop credits the cost of the product minus the 20% restocking fee, without the shipping fee. Customer service answers by phone seven days a week, with longer weekday hours in Pacific Time, and by email within 24 hours. The terms also ask a customer to email first and allow 30 days for an informal fix before any formal claim, which then goes to binding arbitration.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The catalog is broad rather than specialized, with the home page grouping vibrators (air suction, clitoral, wand, dual action), dildos, anal toys, kink and bondage, strap-ons, a gender affirmation section with chest binders and packers, lube, and lingerie. The brand also publishes a blog and sells books and bachelorette items.

The deals suit a shopper who is buying a set, because the cards for sets state the original and sale prices side by side, and a shopper who wants the billing descriptor and return rule stated up front. They suit less well someone who wants to try a product and send it back, since opened items are final and even unopened returns carry the restocking fee. The percentages on the cards are the brand's own, and the pages give no end dates for the sale sections.
