What OXBALLS is and what the offer is

OXBALLS is a Los Angeles brand that designs and sells adult toys, with an apparel line called OXJOK and a lubricant line called OXLUBE alongside the main range. The shop page says the company designs and manufactures every product it sells and that 75% of production is in Los Angeles, which is the brand's own claim. The terms of service name Blue Ox Designs, LLC as the operator of the website, and the footer carries the name OXBALLS LLC. In October 2026 there are two offers on the pages. The first is a member discount, worded on the home page as 10% off when joining, together with free stuff and member offers, in exchange for an email address. The second is a large assortment sold as one purchase, the Big Orange Bucket, which the shop page describes as 11 or more toys plus a 1 gallon OXBALLS logo bucket. There is no subscription, trial or renewing plan, so nothing converts into a monthly charge.

The member discount

As of October 2026 a banner on the home page reads "Be a big member", with the line "10% off when you join OXBALLS + free stuff + member offers" and a form that asks for an email address. The shop page describes the same sign-up as an email list that sends free offers, coupons, new products, outlet offers and details of events the brand sponsors, from fundraisers to beach parties. The navigation also carries a Join OXBALLS entry, and the privacy note on the shop page says the list also carries deals, coupons and early releases.

Beyond the banner, the join offer has no small print. No code is printed, and the home page sets no minimum order, no end date and no rule on whether the percentage applies once or to every order; it does not say what the free stuff is. The terms treat all sale merchandise as final sale, and nothing on the join banner says whether the member discount can be used on sale or outlet items. The shop page adds that the brand does not share subscribers' emails with anyone and that a subscriber can stop the emails at any time, which is the only exit the pages describe for the membership.

The bucket assortment

The Big Orange Bucket appears on both the home page and the shop page. The wording in October 2026 is "$99 value $290-$340", followed by "11+ toys plus 1 gallon OXBALLS logo bucket". The line does not spell out which figure is the selling price and which is the stated worth of the contents, does not list what goes into the bucket, and does not say whether the contents differ from one bucket to the next. The worth is given as a range rather than a single figure. The shop page also points to an OXBALLS Outlet, which is where the brand sends its outlet offers; no outlet prices or discount rates appear in the text.

After the purchase

For a shop, the equivalent of conversion is what happens to the order once it is placed. Orders received by 10 am California time ship that same day in most cases, according to the shop page, which adds that the brand says it keeps 99% of its designs in stock and does not ship on weekends or holidays. Packages go out in unmarked boxes, and the return address is either a person's name or a corporate address that cannot be associated with sex toys. The pages give no shipping rates, no free-shipping threshold and no delivery estimates by region.

The terms keep considerable room for the seller to change the deal. Prices can change without notice, and so can product descriptions. The brand can refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, including orders placed under the same account, the same credit card or the same billing or shipping address, and it reserves the right to limit orders that look like they come from dealers, resellers or distributors. When it changes or cancels an order, the terms say it may try to tell the buyer through the email, billing address or phone number given with the order. If a price, promotion or shipping charge on the site contains an error, the terms allow the shop to correct it or cancel an order, even after the order has been submitted.

Billing

Checkout details are thin. Neither the terms nor the shop page says which company processes payments, how a charge is labeled on a statement, or which methods beyond a credit card are taken. The terms refer to credit card information and say it is always encrypted in transfer across the brand's own network, and they ask buyers to keep card numbers and expiry dates up to date in their account. The shop page says banking information is not saved and is blocked even from the staff, and that if a customer chooses to save details for later purchases they are stored in encoded form.

Returns, refunds and getting out

The refund rule is the most detailed part of the pages. Most new, unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return results from the brand's own error, such as an incorrect or defective item, and are otherwise nonrefundable. A note with the order number and the reason should go in the parcel, which goes to a returns department in Chatsworth, California, named in the policy. Personal items such as cockrings and cleaning systems cannot be returned, and the buyer is told to work with the manufacturer on any problem with them. All sale merchandise is final sale, and all returns are subject to the manager's discretion. An exchange costs a second shipping fee plus any price difference between sizes or items.

On timing, the policy says a refund should arrive within 2-3 weeks of handing the package to the carrier, and often sooner. It breaks that into 5 to 10 business days for the parcel to reach the brand, 3 to 5 business days for processing, and 5 to 10 business days for the bank. There is nothing to cancel in a subscription sense. Disputes under the terms go first to good-faith negotiation, and after 60 days to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's commercial rules, held in Los Angeles, on an individual basis, with claims limited to 1 year. Questions about the terms go to an email address on the terms page, and the home page says customer service reads email at any hour, answers between 6am and 4pm Pacific time and sometimes at weekends, and also takes calls on a listed phone line.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The catalog is the brand's own range of toys and accessories, plus the apparel and lubricant lines. The shop page heads its new arrivals with nipple suckers, silicone rings and shorter stretchers, and it lists product lines the brand says it originated. The home page asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or older before entering.

The offer fits a first-time buyer who is happy to join an email list for an introductory discount and wants a quick same-day dispatch window. It fits someone who likes the idea of a mixed assortment of toys in one purchase and is comfortable with the stated value range. It suits less well anyone who wants the join discount's conditions in writing before signing up, a shopper who may want to return opened or sale items, since the policy excludes personal items and sale goods, and a buyer who wants shipping costs and payment methods stated before checkout.
