What OhMiBod is and what the offer is
OhMiBod is a sex-tech brand that sells Bluetooth and app-connected vibrators, wearable toys and a remote-control app, operated by Suki LLC doing business as OhMiBod, as the terms page states. The offer worth reading about is the &Chill subscription. A member pays a sign-up price, receives a wearable app-controlled panty vibe, gets the first month of app access free, and then pays a monthly fee. In return the subscription adds a discount on purchases from the brand's official store, Lovelifetoys.com, that grows the longer the member stays, and the right to buy a new toy at a fixed low price every 3 months. The device is tied to the subscription: the page says &Chill vibrators only function with an active subscription. That condition shapes the whole offer, and it is the first thing to weigh before paying.
The plan and what it costs
There is one subscription tier on the page, not a ladder. In October 2026 the &Chill page lists a $29.99 sign-up that includes the &Chill panty vibe, which the page calls a $129 value, the first month of app access, and free shipping and handling for US orders only. After that comes a $9.99 monthly subscription fee, a price the home page repeats in its own banner. The page prints no separate price for the vibe beyond that value claim, so the figure is the brand's own valuation rather than a price the vibe sells for on these pages.
The member benefits are spelled out in three parts. First, access to the OhMiBod Remote App and all its features for use with the &Chill panty vibe. Second, a member discount on any Lovelifetoys.com purchase that rises on a schedule. As of October 2026 the page lists an initial discount of 20%, then a higher step at 3 months, again at 6 and at 9 months, and 40% at 12 months, summed up on the page as savings "up to 40% off". The page uses the Lovelife Cuddle massager as its pricing example for how that discount grows. Third, a new OhMiBod vibe of the member's choice for $24.99 every 3 months with an active subscription. The page frames this quarterly item as one deeply discounted product per subscriber every 3 months, drawn from what it calls the Chill Zone, and it mentions quarterly Chill Zone special offers alongside it. It also states that the yearly savings depend on how much the member uses the discount program and those quarterly offers, which means the page offers no guaranteed total.
The store the discount applies to has its own shipping line on the same page, read in October 2026: Lovelifetoys.com advertises free shipping on orders over $30. The footer of every OhMiBod page also invites visitors to join the mailing list at Lovelifetoys.com for offers, announcements and sales, without saying what a subscriber to that list receives.
The first month and what follows it
The fine print of the &Chill page puts the trial-like part in one sentence: on sign-up the subscriber agrees to a minimum subscription of 2 months, the 1st month is free, and the subscription fee is then charged monthly. The free month is the first of that minimum, so a member commits to at least one paid month after it. The fine print does not give the date of the first monthly charge and does not use the word renew; it says only that the fee will be charged monthly, with no end point.
The page also states that members can cancel anytime after the first billing cycle. That sits beside the minimum of 2 months, and the page does not reconcile the two statements. Beyond the rule that the vibe only functions with an active subscription, the page says nothing about what happens to the device when a subscription ends, and nothing about a refund of the sign-up payment.
Several conditions come with membership. Discounts are for the subscriber's own use. Products bought at a discount cannot be resold. The brand reserves the right to end a subscription at its discretion if it finds misuse, and the general terms add that OhMiBod may suspend or remove access to the services at any time without notice. The warranty is tied to membership as well: the page lists a lifetime warranty with an active subscription. The general warranty on the contact page is 1 year for products bought from an authorized retailer, and the home page repeats a 1 year warranty as part of its quality commitment, so the longer cover depends on staying subscribed. Subscribers must be 18 or older, the sign-up section says.
Billing
Prices on the &Chill page and the home page are shown in US dollars. Neither the terms nor the subscription page names the company that processes card payments or the wording a charge carries on a card statement, and no list of accepted payment methods appears. The only payment instrument the terms mention is a credit or charge card, in the clause where the buyer represents that they are the authorized signatory of the card provided for an order. Free shipping and handling on the sign-up is for US orders only, and the page does not say what shipping costs elsewhere. The terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire and the United States, and the brand keeps the right to change them by posting amended terms on the site.
Getting out
The only cancellation language is "Cancel anytime after your first billing cycle." No cancellation route is given: not a member area, not an email, not a phone number. The contact page directs customer service inquiries to a separate link and offers a form for press, reseller and business questions, without saying that cancellation goes through either. The terms add that for a product that is not as described, the buyer's sole remedy is to return it unused. They give no refund rule for the subscription fee itself.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The &Chill vibe is described as a wearable panty vibrator with cushioned material, a magnetic fastening that attaches it to underwear, a tickler and USB charging. The Remote App, which the brand says is a free download with a free account, adds Bluetooth control at close range, control across any distance over the internet, music-driven vibration through Apple Music or Spotify on iOS, text and video chat, and an Apple Watch mode the brand calls Pulse. The app page lists the OhMiBod devices it works with, among them the BlueMotion NEX models, Esca 2, Fuse and the Lovelife krush, and nine app languages. The brand says it has made the music-driven vibrator since 2006 and describes itself as the first company to introduce a mobile app for controlling vibrators remotely. Those are its own claims. The app page describes the app as free to download, while the &Chill page lists app access as a subscription benefit, and the pages do not spell out which app functions need a subscription for other OhMiBod devices.
The offer suits someone who wants an app-controlled wearable and expects to buy more toys, since the member discount and the quarterly price are the real draw and both improve with time. It suits a person who is comfortable keeping a monthly subscription for at least a year to reach the highest discount tier. It fits less well a buyer who wants to own a device outright without ongoing payments, since the vibe only works with an active subscription, and a buyer who wants written cancellation steps or a refund rule for the subscription before committing.
