What it is and what the offer is
Mister B calls itself "your fetish specialist". It is an online shop for gay men selling fetish and BDSM gear, leather, rubber and neoprene clothing, underwear, sex toys and lubricants, run by Mister B Wholesale & Internet B.V., the company the contact page names, with an Amsterdam address in its site data. The footer lists Mister B stores in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Berlin and a store locator. Its home page says the brand has been "a trusted name in the gay fetish community for more than thirty years", the shop's own claim, and the bondage page says much of that gear is made in its own leather and rubber workshop in The Netherlands.
The offer is a Sale section in which each reduced item prints a "Regular Price" beside a lower "As low as" figure. Next to it sit a free-shipping line for EU orders above a cart value and a newsletter that promises "updates and discounts". There is no membership, trial or recurring charge: every saving applies to a one-off order. A currency selector offers euros and British pounds, and a language selector offers English, German, Spanish, French and Dutch.
The Sale section and how to read a sale price
The home page carries a "Check out our Sales Section" block, and both the top menu and the footer have a Sale entry. As of October 2026 that block shows four items from the shop's own BEAT and URBAN clothing lines. A BEAT nylon track suit in pants form reads "As low as € 44.98" with "Regular Price € 89.95", and the matching jacket reads "As low as € 49.98" against a regular price of € 99.95. One color of the pants is marked "Out of stock" with no add-to-cart button, and each of these tiles carries a customer rating.
The wording needs care. "As low as" on its own is not a sale marker at Mister B: the shop uses it on many full-price products that come in several sizes or versions, such as a leather utility vest, a chest harness and a stainless steel chain with lock, none of which show a second price. The reduced items are the ones with a "Regular Price" line beside the "As low as" figure. On the listing pages read for toys, bondage accessories, electro gear and lubricants, items show a single price, with no regular price beside them. So in practice the sale is a clothing sale on the pages shown, and a shopper looking for a reduced toy has to open the Sale section itself.
The Sale block gives no end date and prints no code. The home page text around it says the sale holds "discounted items" and names a jockstrap, a butt plug and a whip or paddle as examples, but only the four clothing tiles are shown with prices.
The newsletter and the free EU shipping line
The footer of every page says "Get updates and discounts! Subscribe to our newsletter". No amount or percentage is attached to it, so the newsletter promises discounts without saying what they are.
In October 2026 a banner under the menu reads "Free EU shipping on orders over €200*". The asterisk leads to a knowledge-base entry headed "Free EU Shipping Terms and Conditions", which says the free option is Standard EU shipping and that it is "subject to a minimum cart value, clearly displayed on our website and shopping cart pages". Express shipping is outside that wording. The same banner also links "International Shipping" for orders outside the EU, where the shipping cost is the one that applies to the destination.
Delivery costs and rules that affect the total
Shipping is priced by destination, not by parcel. The knowledge base says rates are fixed "based on the destination, regardless of weight, size, or box quantity", set by the destination country and the choice of Standard or Express. A large order therefore ships at the same rate as a small one to the same country.
Several delivery rules matter to a buyer. The shop will not deliver to PO boxes, pack stations or Postfiliale and asks for a home or work address where someone can sign for the parcel and settle any local import fees. It ships to hotels, Airbnbs and guest houses, with the buyer taking responsibility for that address, and to APO and FPO military addresses, where delivery times vary. A tracking number arrives by email once the warehouse has processed the order and shows information after the first scan at the UPS or DHL distribution center. A delivery can be rescheduled or redirected through the DHL or UPS portal where the carrier allows it. A fixed delivery date cannot be booked, but a later dispatch date can.
For items out of stock the shop offers Ship Now Ship Later (SNSL), an option chosen at checkout when an order includes out-of-stock items.
Billing
The shop's own line is "100% Discreet Packaging & Billing", shown on its category and brand listing pages. The knowledge base adds that orders go out in plain packaging but that the shipping label shows the parcel comes from the shop's warehouse and carries its return address. The footer links a "Payment methods" page and the knowledge base has "Payment Options" and "VAT and Taxes" categories, but no accepted card, wallet, processor or statement descriptor is named on the shop's pages. Prices on the listing pages read in euros, with pounds as the alternative in the currency selector.
Getting out: returns, refunds and cancellation
Nothing renews, so nothing needs canceling after an order. The footer links "Returns, Refunds & Withdrawals", "Create Return or Withdrawal" and "Guarantee", so a return is started from the shop's own site, but the return window, return postage and refund method are not spelled out on the shop's pages. Customer service is reached by a contact form, by email or by phone, on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:30 CET, according to the contact page. Some products carry their maker's guarantee as well: an E-Stim Systems electro accessory made in the brand's Watford workshops is listed with a "Lifetime guarantee", which the product text says is "subject to official conditions".
What the money buys and who it suits
The range is deep in fetish and BDSM: leather, rubber, neoprene and sports gear; jockstraps and briefs; puppy play, fisting and medical fetish sections; bondage, chastity, cock and ball gear, electro-stimulation units and accessories; dildos, anal toys, pumps and starter kits; lubricants, condoms and hygiene items; plus gift vouchers and books. House lines such as Mister B Leather, Mister B Rubber and Mister B Lubricants sit beside third-party makers including Oxballs, Hankey's Toys, E-Stim Systems, COLT and Fucktools. A trade customer uses a separate wholesale site behind a personal login.
The offer suits a shopper after Mister B's own clothing who can wait for a piece to appear in the Sale section, and a buyer inside the EU who can reach the free-shipping line with one larger order. A UK buyer can see prices in pounds through the selector, but the free-shipping line is written for the EU, so the international rate applies. It suits less well someone who wants a toy discount, since the reduced items shown are clothing, or who wants the return window and accepted payment methods in writing before ordering.
