What Loving Joy is and what the offer is
Loving Joy calls itself one of the leading manufacturers of vibrators, male toys, couples toys and BDSM gear, and it sells its own lines directly online. The company behind the site is Loving Joy Limited, with company number 10787706 and a correspondence address in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. The blog on the homepage says the brand was developed back in 2009. The shop runs two storefronts that the pages tie together, one priced in euros and shipped from a warehouse in the Netherlands, the other priced in pounds and described as shipped from a UK warehouse. Its own lines carry names such as Mina, Nauti, Toosh, Spectrum, Bound to Please and Furry Fantasy.
This is a one-off purchase store. The pages describe no membership, no trial and no recurring charge. The offers are three: a first-order code on the UK store, a dedicated offers section where items show a crossed-out price beside a reduced price, and a returns guarantee of 365 days on unopened items. All three are standing features of the shop rather than dated campaigns.
The first-order code and the offers section
The standing code is printed in the banner across the UK store's pages. In October 2026 it read "Save 20% on your first order with code SAVE20." The banner does not say whether the code applies to sale items, whether there is a minimum order, or when it ends. The terms page adds one rule that matters for any code: if a customer has two or more discount codes, the terms say to use the one for the greater amount, because discount offers and voucher codes cannot be added together. The banner appears on every page of the UK store and on none of the euro storefront's pages, which carry no first-order code of their own.
The offers section is where the visible saving sits. On the EU storefront in October 2026 a rabbit vibrator in the Mina line showed an original price of €64.99 and a current price of €29.99, with other items in the section reduced in the same way. On the UK storefront the same section labels each reduced item with its percentage off beside the old and new pound prices, and splits the offers into cheap sex toys, vibrators, dildos and bondage gear. The intro text on the UK cheap sex toys page says buyers can save up to 70% on popular items. Both storefronts mark some items out of stock inside the sale list, so the reduced tag does not guarantee the item can be ordered.
The terms state that Loving Joy Limited has the right to end offers at any time. The pages give no end date for the offers section, so what is on the page is the only guide to the price.
After the order: delivery
Because nothing here is a subscription, no discount turns into a renewal. What follows an order is delivery and the returns rules. The terms page lists delivery options and fees in pounds. In October 2026 it showed Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.95 and free over £30, with a 24-hour Royal Mail service, a guaranteed next-working-day courier and a Europe airmail or courier option at higher fees and higher free-delivery thresholds. The next-day courier sends an email or text with an estimated one-hour delivery slot and lets the buyer reschedule. The EU homepage says orders ship from the Netherlands and that an order placed by 2:00 PM CET on a weekday is dispatched the same day; it prints no delivery fee in euros. Under the electrical waste rules quoted in the terms, the shop also takes back an old electrical toy for correct disposal free of charge when a buyer purchases a new electrical item.
Billing
Two kinds of page describe the statement line differently. The terms say the buyer's credit card is charged in the name of Loving Joy Limited. The EU homepage FAQ says the billing descriptor is neutral, to protect privacy at the doorstep, and lists neutral billing among its privacy points; the UK homepage says the purchase appears under a generic billing name rather than "Loving Joy". The pages do not print the descriptor itself. The UK footer shows Visa, PayPal and Mastercard marks, and the pages name no payment processor. The storefront lets a visitor switch the currency shown between euros, pounds, US dollars and Australian dollars, but the pages do not state which currency the card is charged in after a switch.
Getting out: cancellation, returns and refunds
The returns policy says Loving Joy Limited will offer a full refund or exchange within 365 days for unwanted, unopened and unused items, and that faulty units can be returned free of charge within one year of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Claims for delivery shortages and damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. A free-post returns label is provided on request by email, and the buyer must obtain a free proof of postage receipt at the post office, because the policy says a refund cannot be issued until the shop receives the goods or a valid proof of postage.
The policy gives the timing. The shop aims to refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, the law quoted on the page puts the limit at 30 days from cancellation, and a refund then takes up to 5 working days to appear depending on the bank or card provider. Cancelling is separate. The policy says a customer has the right to cancel an order for a full refund and asks buyers to cancel on the day of ordering, because the shop dispatches on the same day. The terms add that the shop itself may cancel an order at any time, and that no contract exists until the parcel has been dispatched.
Hygiene limits apply. An item must be unopened and unused with all packaging intact, including shrink wrapping, leaflets and instructions. Lingerie must have its labels attached. The policy says refunds or exchanges are not possible for used items or items with missing, opened or broken packaging. A returned parcel should carry a note with the order number, the buyer's name and whether a refund or an exchange is wanted, and a faulty item that has been used must be cleaned before it is sent back; if the shop finds no fault, the item is returned to the buyer. Email questions get an answer within 24 hours on working days, according to the contact page.
What the money buys and who it fits
The catalog is the maker's own range: vibrators, dildos, butt plugs, bondage gear, cock rings, strap-ons, lubricants and massage gel. The homepage says all electronic products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty and describes plain brown or white boxes with no logos. Delivery claims are the brand's own: most European orders arrive within 2-5 business days, and international orders on the UK terms within 3 to 7 working days.
The offer suits a buyer who wants the maker's own product at a reduced tag with a 365-day exit, and a first-time buyer on the UK store who can use the first-order code. It suits less well a shopper on the euro storefront hoping for that code, someone who needs to know the exact statement wording before paying, and a buyer who would hesitate to post a parcel back, since the refund waits for the returned goods or proof of postage. The 365-day window covers only unused, sealed items.
