What Lion's Den is and what the saving looks like
Lion's Den Online is an American adult shop that calls itself the official store of pleasure, passion and romance since 1971 and claims over 50 years of experience. The terms of service say the website is operated by Innov8 Solutions, Inc., a company incorporated in Nevada with a Las Vegas business address. The range covers vibrators, dildos, anal toys, strokers and other toys for penises, couples' toys, BDSM and electro-play gear, lubricants, lingerie, novelties, an eGift card and a movies section.
There are two standing savings. The banner at the top of every page offers a discount on a first purchase with a printed code, and the home page links to Monthly Specials, where marked-down items show an original price beside a sale price. Around those sit a free-shipping threshold, a points program called INSIDE and an email list that the help page says sends subscriber-only offers. A reader who stops here has the picture: a conventional online store with a first-order code, a rotating specials shelf and a strict line on returns.
The first-purchase code and the specials
As of October 2026 the sitewide banner reads 10% off a first purchase with the code 10FIRST, and the same strip also announces buy one, get one 50% off panties. The banner gives no end date for either. The footer adds its own small print under every page: offers may not be combined with other offers and discounts, some exclusions may apply, an offer may change or end without notice, items are while supplies last and the offers are online only. The help page's coupon section says that a printed coupon's code is entered on the order form or given over the phone, that most coupon offers have an expiration date and that some carry a minimum purchase.
The specials are grouped by discount level. In October 2026 one shelf of vibrators and other toys is marked 15% off and a second shelf of electro-stimulation items 20% off, each card printing the original price and the sale price. Further items carry deeper cuts; The One Rotating Stroker, for example, is shown at an original price of $99.95 and a sale price of $49.95. Not every card is marked down: a few items on the same shelves show a single price with no badge. The pages do not say how often the Monthly Specials list changes or what the original prices are based on.
Shipping, tax and the INSIDE program
The home page read in October 2026 promises free discreet shipping on orders over $99. Below that threshold, the help page prices domestic delivery per pound in a table of options from untracked mail through FedEx or UPS ground to second-day and overnight FedEx, with the first pound and each extra pound priced separately. Every package ships in a plain box or envelope with the sender shown as Innov8 Solutions, and the help page says orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Outside the United States the store claims to ship to over 250 countries, and the international table offers an uninsured airmail rate and an insured FedEx or UPS rate per country. The terms put import duties, customs requirements and local restrictions on the buyer, and the help page says sales tax or VAT is charged where it applies, based on the shipping address. Addresses at prisons, schools and churches are filtered out at checkout.
INSIDE is the loyalty program. The home page describes rewards, members-only discounts and surprises, including double points on select products, members-only events and early access to deals, and each product page offers points on that item. The pages do not state what a point is worth or whether points expire.
Paying, pay-later plans and eGift cards
The help page lists three ways to pay. Credit cards come first, with Innov8 Solutions, Inc., at its Las Vegas address, named as the company that processes the charge. PayPal is accepted. Personal checks and money orders from US bank accounts are taken too, payable to Innov8 Solutions, Inc., but an order paid by personal check waits three weeks before it ships so the check can clear. A customer account can store a card as a token for later purchases, and the help page explains how to remove it.
Product pages reproduce four third-party pay-later offers: PayPal's Pay in 4 and Pay Monthly, Afterpay and Sezzle. Pay in 4 splits a purchase into 4 interest-free payments on approval, with a soft credit check that the page says does not affect the credit score; Pay Monthly is subject to consumer credit approval, WebBank is named as its lender, and the page warns that missed payments may affect the credit score. Afterpay splits a purchase into 4 payments due every 2 weeks, and Sezzle sets a minimum cart value. Each plan lists US states where it is not offered.
In October 2026 the eGift card page sells cards up to a maximum of $500 per card, delivered by email no sooner than 24 hours after purchase, and every eGift order goes through a review before it is sent. The help page says eGift cards carry no fees and no expiration date, become non-refundable once emailed, cannot be used to buy other eGift cards and are redeemed online only.
Billing
The charge on a card statement is printed on two pages, the help page and the terms, as Innov8*LD 1-855-340-5304. The name starts with Innov8, the company the terms name as the site operator, and the phone number is the store's own line for online orders and billing. The terms require buyers to be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, and say the store may ask for proof of age and cancel an order when it believes those conditions are not met.
Cancelling, returning and refunds
Changes stop early. The terms say orders are usually processed within 20 minutes of being placed, and from that point no additions, changes or quantity adjustments can be made and the shipment cannot be halted. The help page gives one route after that: a buyer who no longer wants the parcel can mark the unopened box "Return to sender", and in October 2026 the store then credits the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee, with no credit for shipping. If the store cannot ship within 30 days, the terms say it will notify the buyer and offer a full refund.
Returns turn on the seal. The terms treat every opened item as a final sale for hygiene reasons: once a product's seal is broken or the shipping box is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. A buyer who changes their mind before opening may send the item back fully sealed within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, after contacting the store first; as of October 2026 the same 20% restocking fee comes off the refund, the original shipping charge is not refunded and return postage is the buyer's cost. A defective item is reported within 30 days of receipt and replaced through the manufacturer's warranty, and an incorrect item shipped needs a return authorization number within 60 days. Store credit expires after 1 year of no purchase activity, has no cash value and is redeemed online only. Customer service answers by phone and live chat on hours the help page gives in Pacific Time, and by email around the clock with a reply promised within 24 hours.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The store sells toys from many makers beside its own Lion's Den lines, along with lubricants, lingerie and party novelties. The first-purchase code suits a new customer placing one larger order, especially one in the United States who can clear the free-shipping threshold in the same basket. The specials suit a buyer who already knows the item and can read the markdown on the card. The terms suit less well anyone who wants to try a toy and send it back, since opened items are final and even an unopened return costs a restocking fee, and anyone who tends to edit an order after placing it.
