What KissKiss.ch is and what the saving looks like

KissKiss.ch is a Swiss online shop for adult toys and lingerie. Its own pages call it a boutique that has been "the reference for pleasure since 2009", and the footer runs the copyright line from 2009 to 2026 under the name Swiss Sexshop KissKiss.ch. The shop sorts its range for her, for him, for couples, lingerie and BDSM, and keeps a new products page, a gift ideas page and a section of advent calendars for 2026.

The saving on offer is a standing specials section. Individual products carry a percentage markdown printed beside the earlier price, so a reader sees the old and the new figure on the same card. There is no membership, no trial period and no sign-up bonus on its pages, and no coupon code is printed on them. A reader who stops here has the shape of it: a shop with a permanent sale shelf, priced in Swiss francs, with a delivery promise attached.

How the markdowns are laid out

The specials page lists products with a badge such as a minus sign and a percentage, followed by the current price and then the earlier price. The shop does not publish one headline discount rate. Each product has its own, which means the saving depends entirely on what is in the basket.

In October 2026 the specials page shows a Lovense Lush 4 vibrator at -34% with a price of CHF 119.00 against an earlier CHF 179.90. On the same page a Womanizer DUO 2 is marked -45% at CHF 124.90 against an earlier CHF 229.00. Consumables are marked down as well. An EasyGlide water-based lubricant, 500 ml, is shown at -20%, and a pack of Manix SKYN Elite non-latex condoms at -5%. The page also labels many of these items as best sellers, which is the shop's own tag and says nothing about price.

The specials page counts 588 items in October 2026, and the shop's own label is among them: its own toy cleaner and lubricant gel and its KissGasm vibrator both carry a markdown. Consumables fill much of the first page, with lubricants from EasyGlide, Durex, pjur, Just Glide and Fleshlight, condom packs from Durex, Manix and Ceylor in sizes up to 100 condoms, and intimate sprays. Toys on the same page include clitoral stimulators from Womanizer and Satisfyer, a rabbit vibrator from the Fifty Shades of Grey range, a remote-controlled egg from Svakom, the original Magic Wand, a prostate stimulator and a soft bondage set. The deepest tags on that first page sit on clitoral stimulators and the rabbit vibrator, while condoms and lubricants mostly carry smaller cuts. The newest arrivals shown on the home page, by contrast, carry a single price and no markdown, and the home page's best-seller shelf mixes marked-down items, such as the Svakom egg and a pjur lubricant, with full-price ones, such as an edible massage oil and a K-Y lubricating jelly.

Some points about the markdowns are worth stating plainly. First, the pages give no end date for the specials, so nothing says the prices are held for a week, a month or a season. Second, the pages do not say what the earlier price refers to, for example whether it is a recommended retail price or the shop's own previous price. Third, the specials page runs to 12 pages, and the figures above were read on its first page in October 2026.

The advent calendar section follows the same pattern. As of October 2026 a Satisfyer Premium Erotic Advent Calendar 2026 is marked as new and shows -15% on the specials page.

What happens after the saving

Nothing converts into anything else. A purchase here is a one-off order, not a subscription, so there is no rebill, no renewal price, no pre-selected add-on and no token balance that could expire. That is the main structural difference from a membership site: the order is paid once and the pages describe no recurring charge.

What the pages do show is a set of questions about codes and gift cards. The help center has a section called coupon codes and gift cards, with entries titled "How do discount codes work?", "My discount code doesn't work. What can I do?", "Can I use several promo codes when making a purchase?", "I've received a KissKiss.ch gift card, how can I use it?" and "Do you sell gift cards?". The help section shows only the titles, so the answers are unstated: whether codes stack, whether they apply to marked-down items, and how a gift card is redeemed are all unstated. The help center sits on its own subdomain, with a contact link and versions in English, German, French and Italian, and files the codes section under the order topics. The same goes for a newsletter. The footer invites a visitor to subscribe, but the pages do not say that a subscription earns a discount.

Delivery, billing and payment

The banner at the top of every page reads: "Order before 5:00 PM - Free and discreet delivery on the next working day". The home page repeats the idea in a few claims: fast and free of charge, a neutral and discreet package with no mention of the sender or the contents, and a wide choice of products. The pages do not state a minimum order value for free delivery, which countries it covers, or what delivery costs when the cutoff is missed. The brand's own figures include a claim of more than 500'000 people trusting the shop and 8'500 references in the range; both are marketing statements and not counts anyone can check from the pages.

On payment, the pages say one thing: "All payments are secured by Datatrans". Datatrans is the name the page gives and the pages say no more about its role. The pages do not list the accepted payment methods, do not name a billing descriptor for bank or card statements, and do not mention taxes or fees beyond the prices shown. The terms page lists a section called Order Payment Methods, but the clauses under that heading are not printed on the page. Prices are in Swiss francs throughout.

Cancelling and returning

The terms page, updated 19 July 2023 according to its own header, is built from section headings. Among them are Order, Payment Methods, Shipping and Deliveries, Delivery Time, Products Prices, Damage or Errors During Delivery, Returns, The Right to Cancel the Order and Warranty. For a money-minded reader the ones that matter are Returns and The Right to Cancel the Order, and the clauses beneath them do not appear in the page text. So the pages do not state a return window, who pays return postage, whether opened intimate items can come back, or how long a refund takes.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The range runs across vibrators, clitoral stimulators, dildos, lubricants, condoms, bondage sets, lingerie and gift items, from brands the shop lists such as Womanizer, Lovense, Satisfyer, Durex and Manix. The shop also sells goods under its own name, such as a cleaner and lubricant gel and a vibrator.

The offer suits a buyer who already knows which product they want and wants to see an earlier price crossed out beside the current one, and a buyer in Switzerland who values the next-working-day promise. It also suits someone who dislikes automatic renewals, since nothing here renews. It suits less well a buyer who needs a documented return rule before ordering, because the clauses are not printed on the pages, or a buyer who plans to stack a code on a marked-down item. The markdown size varies from product to product, so the saving on a basket depends on which items are in it.
