What Kink Store is and where the saving sits

Kink Store is an online shop for bondage, impact, sensory and electro gear, and the About page ties it to Kink.com, the video company that page says was founded in San Francisco in 1997. The home page says the shop is built on three decades of dungeon experience and thousands of real BDSM scenes, and the store runs on Shopify with prices in US dollars. Its own products carry "by KINK" in the title and form the Kink Exclusives line; a line of partner brands sits beside them and ships separately from the partners.

Buying here means paying for gear, order by order: no video pass is sold, no trial is offered and nothing renews. The savings come from sale tags on single items and kits, multi-item kits priced below their parts, free toys with a minimum purchase, free US shipping over a stated amount, a thank-you discount after a survey and a newsletter. A return promise on the shop's own brand adds a way out after use.

Sale tags and kits

Markdowns appear as a sale percentage with the old and new price side by side, and the Sale menu splits them into deal collections for training, electro, anal, nipple, impact, fantasy dildo and violet wand gear, plus an "All Deals!" page. In October 2026 the home page showed a violet wand essentials kit at 30% off, from $227.99 to $159.00, with an e-stim bundle and a roll of bamboo rope also tagged. A leather restraint kit featured beside them carried no sale tag.

The kits are the shop's bundle offer. On the clearance page read in October 2026, the Whips and Chains Master Kit by KINK, which packs cuffs and collar, chains, a flogger, a blindfold and gag, several toys, lube and a backpack, carried a 22% tag, from $514.00 to $399.00. Its product text calls the kit a bundle of value and frames the saving against the retail price of the items inside. The clearance page also lists sex machines and other kits with sale tags, and the home page carries a Halloween Deals banner. No sale tag or kit price on these pages carries an end date.

Free shipping and free toys

In October 2026 a strip at the top of every page reads "FREE Shipping on US orders over $119", next to "Always Discreet Packages" and the 101 Day KINK Promise return policy. Shipping insurance is offered at checkout.

A block on the home page offers free KINK toys with a minimum purchase: a vibe, a zapper and a clitoral vibrator. The block names the gifts and their links but prints no minimum, so the spend that earns each gift is not shown on the home page.

The survey discount and the newsletter

As of October 2026 a thank-you page for a customer survey offers 20% off the next order, applied automatically at checkout or with a code printed on that page, with the e-stim power box and kits exempt. The newsletter, branded Inside KINK, promises "Exclusive discounts and insights from Kink.com"; it states no percentage and no first-order offer. The sign-up form asks for consent to the email list and says a subscriber can unsubscribe at any time.

How codes behave

The help center explains codes in detail. At checkout a field labeled "Gift card or discount code" sits under the product list, and the code is applied to all eligible items. Only one coupon can be used per order, and trying to combine coupons produces an error. Previously discounted items and certain other products are ineligible for discounts, so a code does not deepen a sale tag. An expired code also fails. A shopper who forgets to apply a code can email within 48 hours of the order with the order number and the code, and the service team checks it. Apart from the survey code, no standing code is printed.

Returns, in the order the shop ranks them

The Returns Center covers only KINK-branded products. Three promises sit side by side. The 60-day standard return takes unopened, unused KINK-branded items with packaging and tags intact, within 60 days of receipt, with a refund to the original payment method or store credit and no exchanges. The 1-year product warranty covers a defective, damaged or misdescribed KINK-branded item, with a replacement or store credit and no cash compensation. The 101-day KINK Promise accepts a KINK-branded sex toy or bondage item that has been used, within 101 days, for store credit in the amount of the purchase price, one item per order, with no exchanges.

The home page calls this a free 101-day return policy. The money comes back as store credit rather than a refund on a used item, and the cash route exists only for unopened goods inside 60 days. Items from partner brands go through a separate return form, and the Returns Center does not set out their terms or who pays return postage.

Cancelling or changing an order

The FAQ gives a clear rule. An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it, before it is processed for shipment, with no fee. After 24 hours a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value applies. Customers can also add or remove items and update payment details within 24 hours, subject to approval. Cancellations go through an email to the help address with the order details, and the FAQ says other channels may not be recognized. Documented emergencies or product unavailability may justify an exception. A buyer who gives a wrong address pays any extra shipping for a second delivery attempt.

Billing, payment and delivery

Card charges appear on the statement as Red System Ventures LLC, and shipping labels show the sender as RSV LLC or Red System Ventures LLC, with goods packed in plain brown boxes, manila envelopes or courier-branded boxes and no Kink Store branding on the outside. The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay, all paid online, with no checks by mail and no cash on delivery. The home page describes the checkout as secure with discreet billing and shipment.

If a parcel does not arrive, the shop must be told within 90 days of purchase, and delays after dispatch are handled between the customer and the courier. International customers pay customs fees outside the shipping price, and the FAQ says a refund is generally not available when customs seizes a package.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The money buys restraint kits, floggers and crops, blindfolds and gags, e-stim and violet wand gear, sex machines, vibrators and anal toys, plus guides, collections tied to Kink.com channels and a blog. The shop will also try to identify a toy seen in a Kink.com video if a customer sends the channel and scene. It sells gear and not video access, so it is no route to a Kink.com membership.

The offer suits a buyer who will take a kit at its marked-down price, a US buyer whose order clears the free-shipping line, and a buyer of the shop's own brand who wants a long window to change their mind. It suits less a buyer who wants to add the survey code to a kit or a sale item, since kits are exempt and discounted items are ineligible, and a buyer who needs a cash refund on a used item, since that route returns store credit.
