What HUSTLER Hollywood is and where the saving sits

HUSTLER Hollywood is the online store of an adult boutique chain that calls itself the leading adult boutique for over 25 years. Its About page dates the first store to 1998 on the Sunset Strip, and the footer of every page names 59 stores nationwide, with the option to shop online and pick up in a store. The website sells sex toys, lingerie and apparel, lubricants, party supplies, bath and body items and body adornment. Every purchase is a single order: no membership, no trial and nothing billed again later.

The saving comes from several places at once. A Deep Discounts block prints an original price, a sale price and a percentage beside each product. The header of every page carries two codes, one for buying more than one item and one for a larger order. Seasonal sales come and go with their own end dates, a points program covers both the stores and the website, and the shop sells eGift cards. The sales page describes all of this as its "active sitewide discounts and in-store offers", and adds that there is always a good deal.

The standing markdowns and the header codes

The sales page and the home page both carry the Deep Discounts block, headed "Up to 69% Off". In October 2026 each tile prints a percentage, an original price and a sale price: The One Open-Ended Stroker, for example, shows an original price of $89.25 and a sale price of $49.95, and other tiles include a thrusting dildo from the same line and 6-packs sold at a reduced price. The tiles carry no end date, and the footer has a "Deep Discount Sale Items" link of its own, so the block is the standing part of the offer.

The header strip of the pages read in October 2026 prints two codes beside free ground shipping on orders of $69 and more. HHOT saves 15% on 2 or more items, and TREAT15 saves 15% on orders of $100 or more. The strip gives no end date for either code.

The small print under every page sets the limits that apply to these offers: they may not be combined with other offers and discounts, some exclusions may apply, an offer may change or end without notice, items are available while supplies last, and the offers are online only. A shopper who expects to add a header code to an item already in Deep Discounts should read that line first, because the footnote rules out combining offers. A "Bundle and Save" block sits above the Deep Discounts tiles with a link and no terms of its own.

Seasonal sales with an end date

The sales page also lists a Kinktober sale on bondage and BDSM items and a Halloween sale, each with its own percentage off and each marked online only through 10/31, with exclusions. These are dated promotions rather than the shop's standing offer, and they end on the date the page gives.

Coupons, email offers and the rewards program

The help pages explain two kinds of coupon. Email coupons are applied automatically when the shopper clicks through from the email and shops, as long as the criteria in the email are met, such as a minimum order. Printed coupons carry a code that may need to be entered on the order form or given when ordering by phone. The coupon restrictions add that most coupon offers have an expiration date and that many may not be combined with other special offers. Email subscribers receive special offers, savings and promotions, the list uses a double opt-in, and the unsubscribe link sits at the top and bottom of each promotional email.

The Pleasure Rewards program works across the stores and the website. The program page says members earn Pleasure Points with every dollar spent in-store or online, get access to members-only sales, offers and events, and can redeem points for cash rewards; more points bring more perks. It gives no rate between points and dollars, no sign-up bonus and no expiry for points. Store credit is separate: the help pages say it is applied automatically at checkout, that card details are requested only for any remaining amount, and that store credit expires after 1 year with no purchase activity.

Gift cards

Two products carry the name. The eGift card is bought online, in amounts from $25 to $500 per card as of October 2026, and the help pages state that there are no fees and no expiration date on it. It goes through a review step, can be scheduled for at least 24 hours after purchase, cannot be used to buy other eGift cards and is non-refundable once emailed. It can be redeemed only online. The in-store gift card is a different product, sold at retail locations or authorized distributors and redeemable only in the US stores. Its terms say it does not expire, carries no inactivity or service fees, and has no refunds.

Billing and payment methods

The payment section names the billing company. Credit card charges are processed by Innov8 Solutions, Inc. of Las Vegas, and appear on the statement as "Innov8*HH 1-877-905-3423". The same company name appears as the sender on the plain box or envelope each order ships in. PayPal is accepted. Personal checks and money orders from US bank accounts are accepted too, payable to Innov8 Solutions, Inc. and mailed to its San Francisco address, though the shop waits three weeks before shipping a check order so the check can clear. Phone orders are taken on weekdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time.

For a shopper with an account, the site stores a token rather than the card number, along with the card type, last four digits and expiry date. Those details can be removed from the account page, and nothing is stored for PayPal or guest checkout. Sales tax or VAT is charged where applicable, based on the delivery address, and the help pages list VAT rates for EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Shipping and getting out of an order

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Inside the United States, a table of rates by weight and service runs from untracked domestic mail to overnight FedEx; UPS and FedEx parcels are tracked and insured, while USPS and DHL parcels are not insured and the shop says it is not liable for their loss. The store says it ships to over 250 countries, with 2 to 4 weeks allowed for international orders, though the international table carries an "Updated July 31, 2008" note.

Once an order has been processed, the help pages say it cannot be added to, changed or stopped. A buyer who changes their mind before delivery can mark the unopened box "Return to sender", and on receipt the shop credits the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee, with no credit for shipping. Once the shipping box has been opened, all sales are final. Toys and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged for having ordered the wrong item. A wrong item shipped by the shop is replaced, with a return authorization number needed before sending it back within 60 days of purchase, and a defective item goes through customer service to the manufacturer's warranty. If a parcel comes back undeliverable through the shop's or the carrier's error, the shop replaces the order or refunds all charges, at the buyer's choice.

Customer service answers by phone and live chat seven days a week on posted Pacific Time hours, and by email around the clock with a reply promised within 24 hours.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The money buys retail goods from an established chain: toys, lingerie, lubricants, novelties and party supplies, with brands such as Lovense, b-Vibe, Lelo, Womanizer and pjur in the menu and themed guides on the home page for beginner kink play and oral toys. The shop says it ships discreetly and that privacy comes first.

The offer suits a shopper buying two or more items or spending over the code threshold, and one who wants an original price printed beside every marked-down product, plus a points program that counts store and online spending together. It suits less a shopper who wants to stack a code on top of a Deep Discounts price, since the footnote rules out combining offers, or one who wants a change-of-mind return after opening the box.
