What Hismith is and what the offers are

Hismith is an online sex shop that describes itself as a specialist in advanced sex machines and realistic dildos. Its pages also list attachments, masturbators, vibrators, BDSM items, lubricants and condoms, and say it sells sex dolls and bodies. The store and warehouse are run by Hismith Erotic Trade BV in Zoeterwoude in the Netherlands, and the about page names a license holding company, Hong Kong Free Trade Co., Limited, which the terms page also gives as the rights holder. The shop says it builds its machines in its own factory, which it gives as the reason for competitive prices; that is the brand's claim.

The money side is a mix of offers rather than a single deal. Attachments carry a stacking discount that grows with the number bought, and the same discount applies when attachments are packaged with a machine. A newsletter sign-up earns a fixed amount off an order. A sale section marks individual items down, and the most expensive purchase, the machine itself, can be spread over 3 payments through a Dutch financing option. Nothing here is a subscription: these are one-off purchases from a shop. The first thing to know is that the stacking discount covers attachments and not the machine.

The stacking discount in detail

The stacking discount is the most concrete offer and it has several tiers, each tied to a product line. In October 2026, for premium attachments with the KlicLok connector, taken from the dildo, accessories and masturbator categories, the discount page says that adding at least 3 attachments to the cart gives a 10% discount and adding 5 or more gives 15%. It adds that the discount is applied in the shopping cart and is valid only for attachments, not for the sex machine itself, and that the categories can be combined. Products from the erotic drugstore category count toward the same steps.

The same page describes further tiers. The Auxfun basic attachments get steeper steps than the premium ones at the same counts of 3 and 5. Fantasy dildos, and the drugstore range of lubricants, condoms and toy cleaners, each have their own steps at 3 and at 5 products, matching the premium line. The attachments category page repeats the headline version for 3 and for 5 attachments and says mixing and matching is possible. The pages give no end date for any of these tiers, and they do not say whether a stack can be combined with the sale prices or the newsletter coupon.

Machine packages and ready-made bundles

The machine guide explains how the stacking discount reaches a machine order. On a machine's product page a purple button lets the buyer put together a sex machine package: the machine plus 3 or more attachments, chosen from a dropdown. The guide says the discount shows immediately and, as of October 2026, is 10% with 3 or 4 attachments and 15% with 5 or more. The wording ties that discount to the attachments in the package.

Hismith also sells ready-made sex machine bundles, each a Hismith Pro machine with assorted premium attachments, named in the guide as, for example, an anal bundle on the Pro 1 and a bundle on the Pro 5. In October 2026 the guide's section on extra discount for bundles says a bundle carries a discount of 15% on all attachments in the package. The guide does not print bundle prices.

Newsletter coupon, sale section and prices

In October 2026 every page ends with a prompt to sign up for the newsletter and receive a €10 discount. The home page adds that subscribers get extra discount on top of the regular sale, described as twice as much discount as non-subscribers, and that they join giveaway actions and get VIP shopping. It does not say whether the €10 has a minimum order value or is limited to one order.

In October 2026 the sale page is titled "Up to 60% off" and lists marked-down items beside the old price, for instance a 20 cm suction cup dildo at €19,95 reduced to €7,98, along with several masks, gags and harnesses at reduced prices. Not every item on the sale page is reduced: a female sex doll and a pocket masturbator are listed there with a single price and no markdown. As of October 2026 the premium machine page lists the Pro 1 with the smart app at €519,95, with the newer Pro Maxx 3.0 and the Servok listed well above it. The shop notes that all prices include VAT. No machine on the pages read carries a was / now price, so the package discount, the bundles and the newsletter coupon are the standing ways to pay less on a machine order.

Paying afterwards or in installments

The home page lists the payment methods: Sofort Banking, Dankort, Visa, iDEAL, Apple Pay, PayPal and credit card. It also offers paying afterwards through AfterPay, chosen at checkout, and paying in 3 installments through IN3, which it describes as available without interest and without BKR registration, for Dutch customers, in collaboration with Pay.nl. The mechanics are written out: the full amount is paid in 3 equal parts within 60 days, the first part on the order day through iDEAL, at which point the purchase ships, the second 30 days later and the third another 30 days after that.

The pages give no billing descriptor and do not name a card processor beyond Pay.nl for the installment plan.

Shipping costs and delivery

In October 2026 the shipping page says orders from €75 are shipped free within the Netherlands and Belgium, and under that a fixed shipping fee applies there. The country table repeats the €75 free-shipping line for many EU countries, with higher thresholds for countries further away, including the United Kingdom. Elsewhere the page states a minimum shipping fee and says fees vary per country. Normal delivery to other EU countries takes 3-5 days according to the page, with Scandinavian countries at 3-7 days. Orders placed on a weekday before 15:00 are delivered the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium, according to the shipping page, while the home page promises same-day delivery in the Netherlands for orders before 10:00 AM and a same-day dispatch elsewhere before 15:00. The two pages differ on the cutoff.

The shop says the outer box is plain and the sender appears as RGC Fulfillment rather than Hismith. A buyer can collect at the warehouse in Zoeterwoude on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00, or have the parcel sent to a GLS pickup point or parcel locker. The shop advises against the deposit permission option, because if a parcel is lost both Hismith and the carrier say they are not liable. For orders outside the European Union, customs and clearance costs are for the recipient. Gift wrapping with a personal message is offered for a small additional fee.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

This is the area where the shop says least. The shipping page states one refund rule: if a product shown as in stock turns out to be unavailable, customer service contacts the buyer and tries to deliver within 5 working days, and if the buyer does not agree, the order is canceled and the payment refunded. The terms page offers the general terms of the Dutch Thuiswinkel organization as a PDF download, effective from 1 June 2014, and the footer links separate pages on the right of withdrawal, legal guarantee rights and warranty. The shipping, service and terms pages themselves print no return window, return shipping cost or refund timing for ordinary orders.

The customer service page says a complaint receives a substantive reply within 5 days of receipt. If the buyer is unhappy with the outcome, it points to the Dutch home shopping dispute body (SGC) or the European online dispute platform. Live chat and phone are staffed Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Gift cards in euro amounts can be bought on the site and are marked non-refundable.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

A premium machine is controlled through the Hismith Smart App for Android and iPhone, with solo and remote play and a community feature. New premium attachments are released each month, the KlicLok connector is the shop's patented fitting between machine and attachment, and spare parts are sold separately. The dolls and the other toys are sold alongside.

The stacking discount and the bundles suit a buyer adding several attachments in one order, whether alone or with a machine, and the pay-in-3 option suits a Dutch buyer who wants to spread a machine over 60 days. The newsletter coupon is the simplest saving on a single item. The offer fits less well a buyer who wants a discount on the machine itself, a buyer outside the Netherlands who needs a stated return window before paying, or someone who wants the statement descriptor spelled out in advance.
