What Healthy & Active is and what the offer is
Healthy & Active is an online adult toy shop that sells vibrators, male masturbators, dildos, anal toys, bondage gear, lubricants and sex furniture, among other lines. The about page says it has operated since 1999 and ships worldwide from a California warehouse with a California-based customer care team. The terms of service, last updated March 18, 2026, give the operator's address in Huntington Beach, and the site's own structured data names the legal entity as XR, LLC d/b/a Healthy & Active. The home page claims more than 1,000 orders shipped every day, which is the shop's own figure.
The offer comes in parts. A coupon code in the banner sets the price on marked-down products across the catalog, a clearance section carries the deepest cuts, a low price guarantee promises to beat a competitor's price, and shipping and free-gift thresholds reduce the cost of bigger baskets. There is no trial, membership or subscription. What a buyer gets is a one-time discount and a set of order rules, and the rule that matters most is the return policy: it pays out in store credit, not in cash.
The coupon and the clearance section
The banner across the top of every page reads, in October 2026, "Up to 85% OFF! Coupon: TEMPT35", and the clearance entry in the menu repeats the 85% off figure. Product tiles do not show a plain sale price: each prints an old price, a new price, a "You Save" amount, a percentage and the words "After Code: TEMPT35", so the printed price is the one the code produces. The same format runs through the overstock and clearance collection and the ordinary category pages, among them sensation play, dress-up accessories and dildo accessories.
As of October 2026 the clearance collection listed a silicone dildo at $119.95 down to $31.33 after the code, and most clearance tiles showed cuts of a similar depth. On the other collections the after-code cuts were smaller, mostly just over half, and the "up to" ceiling of the banner appeared on a single candle set in the sensation play range. So the code works storewide in the sense the tiles show, but the depth of the cut depends on the item.
The site prints no end date for the code and does not say whether it is for new customers, whether it can be reused, or whether it combines with other offers; the tiles simply assume it is applied at checkout.
Price match, shipping and the free gift
The low price guarantee page says that if a customer finds one of the shop's adult products for less on a competitor's website, the shop will beat the price. The claim is made by phone: the customer calls support, the team verifies the claim and then places the order at the discounted price. The exclusions are explicit. The competitor must be, in the page's words, "a legitimate business that we can reach by phone", and marketplaces and auction sites such as Amazon, eBay and Overstock cannot be matched.
On shipping, in October 2026 the shipping page offered free standard shipping within the continental United States on eligible orders over $79.00, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, and free international shipping on eligible orders over $189.00. The free total is based on the subtotal after any coupons, so a basket that drops under the line once the code applies loses the free option. Free shipping cannot be combined with other shipping offers and does not apply to express shipping, and a small number of very heavy items are not eligible, which the product page notes. Below the threshold, standard shipping is calculated at checkout from destination and weight, with express options offered too. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific ship the same day, and a guest checkout gets its tracking e-mail within 48 hours.
The free gift threshold is stated two ways. As of October 2026 the shipping page and the about page say eligible orders over $59.00 include a free gift, added automatically, while the top banner and the home page say "Spend $19 +" for a free gift at checkout. The site does not reconcile the two figures.
After the order: no renewal, no add-ons
No page describes a recurring charge, a trial that converts or a pre-selected add-on. Each order is a single payment. The terms say prices may change without notice and that the shop may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, pricing or product errors, or fraud concerns. That last point matters for items priced at a steep reduction: the shop reserves the right to cancel an order over a price error, and the terms set no deadline for doing so and do not say how the customer is told.
The terms also describe an optional SMS marketing program that a customer can join at checkout or through a web form. Enrollment is never a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and replying STOP unsubscribes.
Billing and payment
The terms say the shop accepts major cards and the other methods shown at checkout, and that prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. For international orders, duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. No processor is named, but the descriptor is: the shipping page and the about page both say the billing statement shows only HLTHY&ACT 714-907-1030. The shop presents this as part of its discreet billing, alongside plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or product names outside the box, and a discreet envelope for smaller items. Orders can also be placed by phone, toll free in the US or on an international number.
Returns, exchanges and getting out
The returns page is blunt: the shop offers store credit or an exchange rather than a cash refund. An unwanted item can come back within 15 days of delivery for store credit minus a disposal fee, the customer pays return shipping to the shop, and every return needs an approved RMA number written on the box. The RMA is requested by e-mail or live chat with name, order number, item SKU number and the reason. A defective or damaged item can be replaced with the same item, or credited at the price paid, within 30 days of delivery, and the shop may ask for the item back to validate the defect first.
Returns must be complete: original boxes and packing materials, original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation. Incomplete returns cannot be processed for full credit, and any return sent without an approved RMA also carries the disposal fee, which the page explains by the fact that opened intimate items cannot be resold. Returns are not refunded to the card. Buyers in the European Union have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal described on a separate page, which the returns page says sits apart from this policy and gives a money back refund. The terms set no window in which a customer can cancel an order before dispatch.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The shop positions itself as a wide-range retailer, with filters by brand and material and sections for women, men, couples and beginners, plus a kink range covering restraints, sensation play, electro sex, chastity devices and sex machines. The home page quotes more than 20,000 product reviews, the shop's own count.
The coupon suits a shopper who is happy with whichever toy carries a deep after-code price, since the largest cuts sit on clearance and overstock items. The price match suits someone who has found a lower price at a reachable independent retailer and does not mind placing the order by phone. The offer fits less well a buyer who might want a cash refund, since the policy pays in store credit minus a disposal fee, a buyer who wants to return an opened item for full credit, or a shopper counting on the free gift without knowing which of the two stated minimums applies.
